I live closer to a different Walmart that I'm not particularly a fan of so years ago I started coming here and I absolutely loved it but over the years, it has really gone down. The quality of their produce, the selection in the deli and they're not Stocked well. This is a really busy store The parking lot is always full. if you need a one of those little carts to ride around the store, Be aware, you may not get one or if you try to wait for one you'll be waiting for the size of this store, they should have plenty more of those carts available. They have mostly self check out kiosk and not many cashiers so a anytime the cashier is available the lines are long. Overall, this is the best one in my area so again I'm stuck coming here. read more

Pick up is abysmal. It takes thirty minutes or more to get anything from curbside pickup. They straight don't care about people picking up and actively ignore or disregard people. Went to get a money order to send to another country and the lady was very rude the black lady didn't get ​​ name I called for a manager to help and then they told me that the manager wasn't in okay yeah right . She told my girlfriend to be quiet in other words shut up . Because she was talking to me and she couldn't say nothing . I never experienced somebody so rude and I've talked to a lot of people all the time and this is just not right I don't appreciate this at all . This was one of those let me stop and grab some stuff. We dropped in here to pick up some desserts for a family gathering on a Tuesday night. The first thing I noticed is that they had an abundance of handicapped buggies. A+ for that. The second thing I noticed is that the store was empty. There was no hogging up the tomatoes or the apples. There was no saying excuse me or pardon me. It was nice to be able to have virtually the whole store and every aisle almost to yourself. I know that may not be good for the store, but it was good for me that night. Whenever I go to a Walmart in a different city I always go to their home goods, home decor that type of thing. This store did not fail. If I had been in a car traveling I would have grabbed a ton of stuff, but I flew this time. I actually really enjoy going to this Walmart compared to the other Walmarts in the area (Warrington and Hatboro locations). The number one reason being because their selection is so much better always - for clothing , seasonal decor - you name it ! It's a super Walmart so maybe that is why but I think they also are better staffed and stocked in general probably because it is always SO BUSY! They just recently updated their self checkout as well. Sometimes due to how busy it is it can get very messy - particularly in the food section which is why this isn't a five star for me. Sometimes there are a lot of people and it's a little congested but I usually still can get in and out pretty quickly! I wish customers respected the store a bit more because it really is a great Walmart with a lot of resources. read more

Recently went to this location to acquire a garden "shepherd's hook" for a hanging basket ( online quote showed one for $5.00).Found two of them, but neither had a barcode nor a shelf tag. I was directed to the customer service desk and after enduring a 20 minute wait behind 2 other customers, I spoke to the representative who went through an elaborate computer search which resulted in it being listed at over $18 (and the only differences being that it was slightly longer with a hummingbird decoration attached). Left feeling disappointed and annoyed with the lack of empathy and real assistance. Luckily, the Loew's on the other side of Walmart had it for less than half that price, so at the least I got a positive result, but would not recommend this Walmart for anyone needing staff help, as the assistance seems to "go through the motions" with little actual care/help! read more

Due to poor planning at this store, I had to cancel a pick-up grocery order in late August. Walmart NEVER credited or otherwise returned my $135. And when I tried to return a bike to the store that I had ordered on line, store customer service wouldn't process return for the bike. It had been shipped to me WITHOUT BRAKES. Instead they recommended I contact Allstate, their insurance company, who never called me though I left 3 voicemails. What a run around!!! Have cancelled my online account. Probably the worst customer service ever experienced. It seems like every associate is an independent contractor just there to fulfill online orders and has no idea how to help customers. The other 15 employees stand around talking to each other. Waited over 30 minutes for an employee to unlock the baby formula and ultimately left after numerous trips to the customer service desk with no help. When I asked who had the keys it was determined that there was only one employee that could unlock the cage and she didn't know her name or how to find her. read more

I really want to give this Walmart more stars, but they have gone to a new low! First off, this is my go to Walmart! I drive right pass the one near me to go to this one. Love that they are open 24 hours and have great prices, but they don't give a crap about their long lines and customer service. I think that the staff is under paid and over worked and they just don't hire enough people to fill each shift. It's a management issue that need serious attention! I didn't count how many registers they have (at least 12-15) plus self check-out, but on a Saturday afternoon there is no excuse for only 3 lines being open. Even the self check-out was extremely long! Everybody was standing in line so long, we all got to know each other. It was over 45 minutes :( This is not the first time this has happened, and surely won't be the last. I'm on the lookout for another go to store. Hmmm! Maybe Target :/ I do want to give a shout out to Jada the cashier that was being overworked! She was very pleasant, and understanding of the crazy situation. Came here today to return a stud finder and ended up walking away without the stud finder or my money. The original transaction involved a Visa gift card and an American Express credit card. For the cost of the stud finder, I was expecting the money to be returned to my American Express Card or to at least receive cash back. Instead, the customer service rep when she completed the refund transaction the money went back onto the Visa gift card which I no longer have in my possession and the person who gave it to me wouldn't have the card number information either. I asked to speak to a manager, and they told me to call the 1800 number on the back of the gift card and the company can send me a new gift card. I haven't tried this yet, because the first thing I have to do is figure out whether this was a vanilla gift card or something else. I have never had this happen before and wasn't even aware that this could happen. Usually you have the option to get cash back, but nobody asked me anything. So now Walmart has their item back and I don't have my money. Makes no sense why they can't initiate refund back to one of the selected methods of payment. I don't get their system. read more

I went to Walmart to get a crockpot the week between Christmas and New Year's. I expected there would be lines and there were. However a group of approximately eight females who clearly work at Walmart were standing around screaming, laughing cackling, so loud that the people in line were distracted and looked over at them wondering why they were standing in line and these women were standing around not doing their job. They were blue vests, and yellow vests so I assumed somebody in that group was management. The more customers looked at them, the louder they got. On another note, the lady Amy who checked us out was very nice and apologized for the behavior of these women. If all eight of these women we're on break, then go in the break room and take your break, don't make a scene in the front of the store, it's very frustrating to customers who are standing in line for over 20 minutes!! read more

I think it's very inconvenient and exhausting that everything I bring my elderly handicap mother to your location it takes 45mins to search for a handicap cart. This is a great location for a Walmart but there is never enough registers opened. I came here on a summer day to pick up a few things and it always has long lines. Its ridiculous that there is three registers open and the lines were wrapping around the store. Also there is no one there to help. Everytime you approach an employee they are all busy stocking. If you came to Walmart because you like the atmosphere and neatly stocked shelves, well, then you haven't been in this Walmart in about 2 years. This Walmart in the last 2 years has gone really downhill. Employees periodically make derogatory racial comments about people who are white all while not bothering to organize and stock shelves as if things should look neat and somewhat tidy. It's a complete mess. Go down the candy aisle and you'll see things just thrown all over the place like everyone stopped caring a long time ago. I went in looking for velcro strips and the whole aisle looked like everyone stopped stocking the shelves months ago. Things are just thrown on the shelves with no organization or even like they care. If you go there at around 10:30pm until 11:30pm, they'll close all the self-checkout lanes and leave just a single register open and the other 24 ones closed. This always causes a long line at the register that takes about 15 minutes or more just to check out with 3 items. If you're going to do that and restock the machines with money or whatever you do, why not do this at 2am or 1am when most people aren't here. If you're a 24-hour Walmart, then why not close at midnight and clean up the shelves and the registers while no one is there? Only a handful of aisles are actually cleaned to where they seemed to care.... refrigerated aisles, frozen food aisles, cat food section, housewares, etc. But if you go down arts and crafts, hardware, candy aisle, pasta aisle, and a few others, they just stopped caring. The only reason I end up having to go here is because the supermarkets around here are no longer 24 hours. I'll probably end up just having to drive down to Warminster to go to that one because they're newer and they haven't gotten to the apathy stage this one has gotten to. read more

The Walmart at the Willow Grove location has gone downhill for several years. I no longer order milk, bread or fruit from this store because it is never fresh. Milk and bread is usually past the expiration date but they will sell it to you anyway. The fruit is soft, rotted on the inside and bruised on the outside. They don't give you a problem returning this stuff but it shouldn't be sold when it is not fresh. I wouldn't be surprised if this store closes down. I don't want this to happen but you can see from all the bad reviews that this store is awful. It's a shame because many years ago this was a very nice store. read more

I've been here a couple of times now and then to pick things up, since it's on the way home from work. Being from NJ, I always appreciate the Walmart Supercenters, which we don't have across the river. It's nice that there's the option to get a lot of grocery staples here, as well as some produce options. Admittedly, though, the produce isn't of the best quality, so I don't always go for it. The location is quite convenient, and the staff is friendly here. I've never had to wait too long for checkout, and things are easy to locate. Parking lot is usually full, but I figure that just means it's popular! read more

Poor customer service! Attitude galore. Customer' service tone in their delivery is as if I was bothering them instead of trying to help a customer out. Opens at 6 but no one in the store has a key to be able to purchase a 10 portable charger that is locked up along with every other item in electronics. Please explain how employees with the key doesn't come in till later. What if that person is ill and doesn't come in? Sounds to me like poor planning and the cause for sales to be lost. read more

I wish I can rate this place a 3.5, because that would be a more accurate score for it. It's in a good location with ample parking. The employees are usually polite and helpful, but I have encountered a couple of rude ones in the past. The store is clean, but every time I go there's usually one or two products I'm looking for that's out of stock. The checkout lines are not always staffed, and can be very slow. On the up side, there is a self checkout option that is quicker. Overall, it's a normal walmart, and still worth shopping at if you're in the area. read more

Went to this store looking for a tall storage unit/pantry. We found one online and after looking around the furniture section we discovered that they didn't have it in store so we wanted to see if another store had it. The first associate we asked said he didn't know and that he doesn't work in that department. The second associate we asked said to go to online orders and pickup to see if we can have it delivered to that store(reminder, we didn't N.Y. want to order it but merely see if another store had it). The third and final associate in pick up said she had no access to look up online inventory. Needless to say, that was a waste of time going to that store and expecting at least 1 of the 3 associates to be helpful. I think management should really re-educate their staff oh being helpful to their customers. I would given this Walmart zero stars if I could. read more

I wish the save money, live better slogan didn't apply to those corporate officials who are saving money by not giving higher wages to sales associates, which in turn makes it possible for the corporate officials to live better. This is one of my preferred Walmart locations because it's clean, spacious, organized, employees are helpful, and they have good clearance items. The market and outdoor sections are large too. The service at the Pharmacy in Willow Grove 's Wal-Mart is the worst ever. There's an Indian lady that works at the Pharmacy, don't know her name but she is the rudest person I have ever met in a customer service setting. She needs to be fired and I promise I will be writing a letter to the cooperate office so they know how bad customers are being treated. My name is Kevin and I have used that Pharmacy for many years. Zero stars wasn't an Option. This dirty dingy Ghetto Walmart. Store shelves are always empty. No staff diversity anymore. Just a bunch of hoodrats working here young and old. They now have security. Four Employees have walked by me offering no assistance and when I inquire about who's working electronics because no one is around everyone acts as though they do not hear me speaking. I am disgusted in the service here and I will keep complaining on every form of social media, on every yelp and review site I can find until the service here is corrected. Every time I come here I come with intentions to spend my money. If you all do not want my money I can take it elsewhere however I will continue to bash your company. This review is for Walmart Supercenter in Willow Grove, PA. Some of the comments could apply to the other Supercenter stores. Reading other Yelp reviews on the Willow Grove store confirms the why of my experience. A number of the reviewers commented that they drive past other Walmart locations to shop the Willow Grove store. Well, there are times when I have shopped there that it looks like a parking lot cleaner was driven through and whole isles of sheves are sucked clean. With the outbreak of Covid-19, the store has been racing to stock shelves. In the morning hours there are nearly as many employees stocking vs shoppers. All said, there are advantages to shopping at this Supercenter. Location proximity. Like most store chains there is different availability for products. These sleeper items that I like should be found at most Supercenters. Moreover, these cannot be found at competitor stores. Walmart Ciabatta Rolls. Plain and Onion. These are a family favorite. Around our house, Ciabatta Rolls are the base for hamburgers; Nearly any sandwich; and a breakfast bread. No breads are as good in competitor stores in the region. Highly recommend. Walmart - Great Value Organic Ketchup. Because of health concerns, I stood in the condiment isle for 45 minutes reading ingredient labels. To me this is a sleeper, because the product is organic and very price competitive. While shopping I will see others bypass and pick up the name brands will all sorts of stuff I cannot eat. Brahma Steel Toe boots, I have multiple pairs of these boots. One pair is over 10 years old. These have been in dirt, mud, and snow. I call them my Sunday shoes because total wear time is about 1-2 months per year. I am sure if these were worn daily the lifetime would be shorter. For the price, these are a great outdoor shoe. Walmart Scan-n-Go, with the outbreak of Covid-19 I stopped using my reusable bags. However, with Scan-n-Go I have resumed the the use of reusable bags. So, to me the big benefit of this process is that the items go into the cart once. Like online shopping, the running total is helpful. Scan-n-Go takes a little longer, but final checkout is fast. Grocery Pickup/Delivery works hand in hand with instore shopping. Walmart posts instore purchases in my customer favorites. I now have built up a favorites list the makes item selection for pickup and delivery very fast. I have been slow to adopt online for fresh produce and meats. So, when I set up a pickup, I also do instore shopping. Although not related to the Willow Grove location, I also use Walmart.com. This makes for a powerful shopping system. Some items that we consume are more readily available on Walmart.com. Some items on Walmart.com that are instore may carry a higher price. It really pays to compare prices with other online retailers as well. Often, prices are better at Walmart. On odd example is a Raspberry Pi SBC. The price is competitive and can have shipping cost included (free). Walmart needs a rethink on product stocking. My experiences at the Willow Grove location with the employees has been great.
