They are very friendly, patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and believe it or not they actually know precisely what they are doing. They always have my relatively uncommon medication in stock (that has NEVER been the case at any of the pharmacies I have used over the 12 years I've been prescribed it). If I have questions they are more than happy to assist. On the occasion that they only have a partial fill on a medication, they fill it and always have the rest the next day. Honestly, it sometimes took 5 days at my last place. The store is also great - high quality, environmentally friendly makeup, skin care, vitamins, home cleaners, baby supplies, and on and on. Appointments are required, but easily obtained through their website. All you need to provide is name and address, health insurance information (if insured) and knowledge of the shots you want. Scheduling is handled directly on that site, with location convenient to you offered as alternatives. Once selected, the available dates/times are shown and you click the best for your needs. Mine was made for the following week. Upon arrival, I checked in with the pharmacy, showed my photo ID, vaccination history card and health insurance information, answered a few questions about Covid symptoms or exposure and took a seat. Within minutes, a pharmacist approached, introduced herself, and took me to a small private room where the injections were quickly given. I had two that day. Bandaids were applied to protect the tiny wound and I was out the door. No significant side effects that evening nor the next day, except for minor discomfort at the injection site. No fuss. No muss. My only suggestion would be that they make an effort to make that room more comfortable, because it appeared they were still using it for storage in addition to seeing patients.

I then followed up with a phone call to see if they needed anything else - they said nothing. When I went into 5 hours later to pick up my drugs they were not there - they said I had to call to confirm my transfers ... which I had done. Anyway I let that slide and then dropped off my old prescriptions in person to transfer them. They said it would take an hour to fill - I came back in 2 hours - only to find that the prescription wasn't filled because they needed to know if I wanted generic or name brand. My question - why the heck didn't they call to ask that? Anyway, I'm not pleased with my switch so far ... and not sure that there are any pharmacies around here that know how to treat their customers or use technology.

The nurse Jacqualyn C. delivered stellar customer service at the mini-clinic. The mini-clinic offered wide opening hours seven days per week. The wait was under twenty minutes. It is so convenient and you receive quality care. The waiting area had at least four chairs. If you were to have to wait longer, you can also request to receive a text message when you are registering. The text message will inform you when your appointment will be within thirty minutes. Thus, you can run errands nearby instead of waiting. Ample free parking, the CVS pharmacy is located at an intersection, etc.

The short lady with black hair who works in the pharmacy is not discreet at all. I think she tried…read moreto embarrass me on purpose. I came in with 3 prescriptions for gastric issues. At first, the short lady with black hair used the pharmaceutical names of each of my prescriptions when she was talking to me. But, as soon as my significant other came and stood next to me, she started using the common name, i.e., stool softener. The first time she said stool softener, I looked at her like I was alarmed. She smirked in response. Next, while my significant other was standing next to me, she proceeded to explain to the both of us that "mineral oil is what they give to LITTLE babies to make them poop." I didn't ask her for an explanation. There was no reason for her to explain what mineral oil does. All she had to do was scan the prescription. Would you use the word "poop" in a professional pharmaceutical setting? Would it be appropriate for a pharmacy clerk to say "cancer drugs" or "fungus pills"? She also read the directions for my prescription out loud when she was showing us the product location in the aisle. Again, I didn't ask her for an explanation. Still, she chose to to read it out loud then say, "Yeah I'm not sure why it says APPLY the mineral oil. You're usually supposed to drink it." If she wasn't sure, then why did she read it out loud? Again, I didn't ask her for an explanation at all. To me it seems that her entire goal was to embarrass me. If that wasn't her goal, then she needs training on how to be discreet. If you have an issue that you want to be discreet about, make sure you don't meet the short lady with black hair at the drop-off counter. She'll make sure everybody knows your business.
