One of the cashiers complaining about a certain demographic that comes into the store without buying anything. Since when did entering a store without buying something become a crime? I go into stores without buying anything from time to time because they don't have what I'm looking for. Or I got into a store to browse to see what they do have and if they can be a store of service to my needs--most likely that is my first time visiting. Unless the demographic she was referring to steals items, she shouldn't have anything to complain about. She didn't say this demographic steals anything--she said they come into the store and don't buy anything. She is unbelievable. Her energy can be put it better use by asking how she can be of service. That female cashier complaining upon entering the store was very off-putting to any customer coming in to patron a business. I should've turned around and said something to her but I am practicing when to use my words wisely and I believe writing a review is more effective. I made my purchase and left. I didn't catch her name but her aura and her comments inappropriate. Complaining like that, especially when a customer enters--it's unprofessional, and possibly passive-aggressive. She needs to do better. Or hide her biases better. read more

I was happy with my last pharmacy and was bummed when I came back from my summer out of state to discover that the whole business had shut down. My doctor suggested Santè Pharmacy. Honestly, I'd wanted to check out the shop ever since it opened. So I gave them a try for my next prescription and I am so relieved I did. They are very friendly, patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and believe it or not they actually know precisely what they are doing. They always have my relatively uncommon medication in stock (that has NEVER been the case at any of the pharmacies I have used over the 12 years I've been prescribed it). If I have questions they are more than happy to assist. On the occasion that they only have a partial fill on a medication, they fill it and always have the rest the next day. Honestly, it sometimes took 5 days at my last place. The store is also great - high quality, environmentally friendly makeup, skin care, vitamins, home cleaners, baby supplies, and on and on. Lots of natural and vegan products as well. I recommend both the pharmacy and the store to everyone. read more

This is an incredible pharmacy. Having lived in Manhattan for 34 years before moving to Princeton six years ago. I have been in dozens of pharmacy's and going to Sante' is the first time I ever got an offer to help me with knowlege about my hearlth from a whollistic viewpoint. Do not get COVID testing done at this pharmacy. They do not contact trace and their online portal system makes mistakes. I have no comments on the pharmacy itself, prescriptions services, etc which seem to be great. Just do not get COVID testing done here. read more

I got a prescription filled here yesterday (a Sunday). They were open until 6pm and my usual place (CVS) was only open until 5 and it was an emergency, so they totally delivered. When I picked up the scrip, they also helped me pick out a probiotic, they were super fast, knowledgeable, and not bureacratic (unlike CVS and other run of the mill pharmacies). Another bonus is that they have tons of natural healthcare items - supplements, skincare, baby/child items, etc... And I even picked up a kombucha! Everyone was helpful and kind. I will definitely be back and will use them for prescriptions going forward. I should also note it is extremely clean, unlike CVS. I want to be getting medications from a place that values cleanliness, which Sante clearly does. read more

Been shopping here since it opened & customer service is always above and beyond. They answer all my questions, are knowledgeable and their selection is always dependable and top-notch. This place helps take some guesswork out of any shopper's eternal question: "is this stuff any good?" It's pretty much all good here! While their stock is not vast (it's not a huge store), all the brands and items were obviously selected with care. From the dependable drugstore mainstays (Advil, Neosporin & basic nail clippers to the rescue!) to the wonderful & lovely (e.g., the awesome Laundress line for all laundering needs, the eco-friendly reusable menstrual cups, the gentle but effective Acure hair care products, the more-local Joe's Tea & locally-made seasonal chocolates to satisfy snack attacks). They change things up from time to time, so I enjoy peeking in to see the newest -- this week for example, they had the prettiest, almost-framable bamboo-based greeting cards. I truly appreciate their tendency towards stocking less toxic, more organic, more cruelty-free, more sustainable & reusable products. (Our fragile planet needs businesses & retailers who care.) And importantly, their service harks back to a time when staff treated you like a human being (FWIW, I'm a non-white female & always felt welcome here, always treated with courtesy). Oh, lest I forget, it's also an unexpectedly calming space....I think it has to do with the big storefront windows (natural light!), nicely-arranged displays up-front, and absence of messy clutter-y aisles like the ones that assail you at CVS). I have a child with a major chronic condition and let me tell you: time after time, Sante hasn't just gone the extra mile for us. They've gone the extra ten miles: helping us navigate distribution interruptions for a crucial med, keeping his regular prescriptions in stock, flagging any problems with refills before it's too late. It's also a clean and pleasant place to wait in a line that is never too long, and that leads to a pharmacist who knows me by name. CVS and Walgreens are bigger. Sante is so much better! read more

My boss and I come here from Flemington and Hamilton to exclusively get our supplement needs just because of the 5-STAR customer service from Randy!!!! Randy has had so much knowledge on every single supplement and item we were needing each and every time. If something isn't in stock, he orders it immediately and calls us as soon as it arrives! It is truly such a blessing to have such a helpful employee like Randy because health is life. Randy is knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful. He provides a customer service experience that sets the bar way high above any other store I have ever stepped into. This place is wonderful! I always shop here for supplements, and they have the best selection in town by far. The staff are always kind and knowledgeable if I have a question. (Also FYI street parking in downtown Princeton is free on Sundays, so you don't need to feed the meter ;) read more
