Usually I get pretty intimidated walking into dispensaries because I'm not the most knowledgeable when it comes to picking out the right products. I mean the options differ from dispensary to dispensary. Ahmad took the time out to help me pick out a few items that he'd recommend for a newbie like me. I'm from Chicago and we have so many options here. However, the customer service at Citi Roots left a great impression. The team at Citi Roots was so welcoming, informative and fast. They stock quality live resin/rosin vape cartridges at good prices. They are helpful and recommend stuff. They don't generally stock a lot of cheap distillate. Someone said there's no parking: there is parking behind the store, as well as behind other business on that main street. read more
