I didn't receive that coming here. This place had a nice interior with beautiful art pieces on the wall. When we walked in, myself and my partner were greeted nicely but there was an assumption that we should know what to do upon entering even though this place opened up in December of last year and we have never been there before. The main interior is laid out very nicely with an informative and detailed book about the strains. The music was nice too. It reminded me of the trap museum in Atlanta if you've ever been. But the main issue came when we tried to ask for recommendations from the person at the register. They weren't as informative or helpful as I'm used to when searching for a new product. It felt like my few questions were stressing them out. Even though this place advertised a wide variety of options, the items we thought we wanted were sold out. So when we asked for substitutions, it seemed like a hassle and strain for the employee to help accommodate us. All in all, the place is aesthetically pleasing and the products seems pretty good but the service wasn't what I expected and if you are new to THC I would not recommend it. All of Breakwater's wide variety of products are made in house and they are consistently fresh and of the highest quality, purity, and potency. I tried the other big cannabis, multi-state dispensaries and found their products lacking; dried out flower, hash rosin that was crystallized instead of buttery, and you have to argue about every discount. I went to Breakwater Cranbury yesterday, medical sales only (they have medical and recreational at their Roselle store). They are having a fantastic sale that's going on until February 15, where they stacked all of their discounts without my even having to ask. I saved 42 percent on my order! That means a $400 order cost me just $240! No tax! THIS is why I stay with medical only and Breakwater only! Breakwater is the best by far of any ATC in New Jersey.
