A "head shop" (old timer speak for a place to buy weed supplies like pipes papers and screens) like this is the perfect candidate for a legalized place to buy actual legal cannabis but our state legislature still has their heads stuck in the sands on 1950, and many products, services and businesses like this fine shop are currently excluded from selling it. Some day hopefully we will rid NJ of politicians who try and stop what the state voted for in the legalization of cannabis, but for now, 1 South Vape shop has you covered for anything you need to enjoy these legalized products at home or on the go.

Parking is free in the huge and well lit parking lot. Customers enter into a security room first and go to either the recreational line or the medical line. After showing ID to staff at the counter, customers are buzzed in through a locked door to the dispensary showroom. The staff here is knowledgeable and very helpful. Bloc Somerset also has a reward-point a program and offers discounts for different groups such as veterans and teachers. Customers can order online and everything is packed and ready to go. The business is cash only. An ATM is in the showroom. I like the progressive values of this business and that they support social justice organizations. For security, customers leave through a double chamber door. I'm grateful that this high quality dispensary opened close to home. Thank you everyone at Bloc Somerset for offering great quality products at a good price in this well-run store.

The dude at the counter also literally pretty much called me a liar when I said that other dispensaries in the areas let you tap to pay. As well as when I said I didn't have to register as a first time customer anywhere else. So that's annoying. Maybe adopt a more customer is always right attitude. Not that that's always the case but geez. This was the worse dispo I been to in the area forreal even though as I said they were kind. But there was no inventory. Overpriced and taxed because I used a card. And I literally had to provide 2 IDs and then they proceeded to type in all of my info and say their system was asking them to take a picture of my ID which I was not with. And they did not want to either, but what kind of system are you running my info through??? Like forreal.. sposed to grab a quick preroll to smoke during lunch and instead prolly got my private info sold to 10000 phone rooms in Ft. Lauderdale. And I didn't have any time to smoke at lunch Cuase I was in the dispo for 30 mins as the only customer looking for a single preroll. But hey thanks for the free lighter!

The hookah flavor I bought was expiring in two months, which is ridiculous. I bough one hookah flavor and a small pack of coals for $30.00. Definitely overpriced. Next time, I'll stick to going to New Brunswick, where I can get a better deal and a better variety. Plus, it's only 20 minutes away, which is t a big deal.
