I bought a Geek Vape Mod And tank for $90. It stopped working within ONE month. They refused to exchange for a new one. They gave me a lousy 10-% off if I bought a new one. So I bought a new one for another $100 and it stopped working in 2 months which is today. Again they refused to exchange for a new one. Even though it is still under warranty and I have the receipt. So today I bought one for $60 a lesser model and I get home to put juice in it and use it but it says NO ATOMIZER! So it's not recognizing the tank. I've been to several vape shops in Brooklyn, some good, some not so good, so I have a decent foundation for what to expect from a vape shop. This place redefined my expectations. The layout is great. It's big and open and they have a ton of products. They let you sample different flavors of vapor juice, which is nice. I noticed that their prices were a bit lower than other shops I've been to. What makes this a five star shop is the customer service. The guy basically gives you vaping 101. I've been vaping for about six months and I learned a lot about product capabilities and limitations and general quality of vendors. I'm really glad I went to this place. I would give them no stars. I purchased a device from them and in only a week I had issues with it. When I went back one salesperson told me there was nothing wrong with it even after showing them the video I made of the problem. They said all sales are final no credit or exchanges.
