Mark helped me out while I was there. I told him I wanted an upgrade from my Sigelei 150 cause it shitted out on me. So I wanted to go big or go home. He recommended the Fuchai 200 and said it's the best one on the market right now. It comes with a skin but I decided I liked it better naked. It feels really good in in my hands. I came back a couple days later to pick up some juices, and enjoyed watching the game with some of the staff. Mark was also able to help me fix my old mod and rebuilt my RDA. I have never felt so welcome and relaxed at a vape shop. I will definitely be recommending friends to come by and enjoy the chill atmosphere. read more

Purchased my first vape here and bought a couple of flavors! Mark was very helpful in helping me choose which vape to buy. He helped in explaining how to set up the vape, how to add/change flavors, and how to change the cotton and the coil. I even got to taste test the flavors before buying them with the flavor tester bar. I feel super comfortable with how to use my vape after leaving the shop. The location is super convenient since it's in between the two malls closest to my hometown, and is across the street from Fire & Ice Hookah Lounge. There's a couple of great food places around the area to hit up if you're hungry afterwards as well. Overall, it's a great place to just hang out and chill. I was also entered into a raffle to win a mod, and another raffle to win a bottle of juice... just from my one purchase. I hope I win the raffle! BEWARE!!! Shop sells counterfeit and defective items and does not take ownership. Purchased a few disposables from the owner Mark; opened the next day, they do not work. Went back the next day to address the issue with the store, unwilling to offer a solution to the issue. The owner read to me the "All Sales Final" dialogue on the receipt. Clearly if they truly did care about their customers, I should have been refunded. This business practices immoral techniques and does not care about you after they make the money. DO NOT BUY the VAPE BEAST PEN. What a complete POS. And what a horrible shop owner! The Vape Beast pen has the name right on the damn side, owner dude sold me one! Mine lasted exactly 1 week and died a blinky death last night after minimal use. Now, i dont expect store owners to remember all of their customers, but he would not exchange my brand new 1 week old non working Vape Beast pen for a working one "without a receipt". I'm sorry, who among us has ever kept their receipt at a vape shop? Seriously. I live in Staten Island, but bumped into this Vape shop on my way home from Menlo mall. I recently started vaping (to quit smoking cigarettes) so I dropped in to get some new juices. The employee Dominick was working and he taught me so much stuff about my vape that I didn't even know I was doing wrong! He took his time helping me with everything (even when closing time was soon approaching!) just to make sure that everything was perfect. My boyfriend and I both ended up purchasing new vapes there, a bunch of accessories, and more juices. We have already been back twice and were helped once by the owner, and another time (so sorry I forgot his name) a male employee with a beard - anyways, they each did an amazing job spending time with us to make sure all of our needs were met. I honestly won't go to any vape shops in my area now. I'll make the trip over the bridge to The Vape Beast :) I love giving my business to establishments that actually care about their customers needs! read more
