I went in to purchase a new glass piece. The price was more than I was given with the original purchase. I asked if the store could honor the original sale price to help out with this issue. I was told no and offered no assistance. Bottom Line, the pieces are overpriced. The employees were less than helpful. They could have had a customer for life but instead now I write out this review. Would give it 0 stars if I could based on their customer service.

A "head shop" (old timer speak for a place to buy weed supplies like pipes papers and screens) like this is the perfect candidate for a legalized place to buy actual legal cannabis but our state legislature still has their heads stuck in the sands on 1950, and many products, services and businesses like this fine shop are currently excluded from selling it. Some day hopefully we will rid NJ of politicians who try and stop what the state voted for in the legalization of cannabis, but for now, 1 South Vape shop has you covered for anything you need to enjoy these legalized products at home or on the go.

One of the ladies with me, was there 2 weeks prior and didn't need reservations. We did not have reservations, the place was fairly empty but we were told that there was not availability other than 2 share a hight top round with a gentleman that is already at the table; we declined. I understand some areas of the lounge being reserved but some should stay open for the general public. Beautiful establishment but our experience does not reflect what we normally experience with cigar lounges, which is inclusiveness. I have been to several lounges before and am a member of a cigar lounge, this experience does not align with the cigar lounge culture.
