I lived in East Windsor NJ for 5years and I was using Future Pharmacy even thou it was far from me. As at 2021 They had very good customer service and whatever you needed was there. I can testify to the set of people at that time.But it seems they have changed their staff or a new family member is in-charge now . I had a bad experience this morning at about 9.54 am 5/6/24 I called from out of state to verify if they had Symbiotic colostrum vitamins. I wanted it sent to me or ready to pick it up once I get to NJ. The Lady I spoke to was unbelievably rude . I kept telling her and explaining she keep saying she doesn't have high cholesterol medication. I went further to explain it's a vitamin but she was too impatient and cut the call . I called back and tried to explain what I wanted and told her it's not cholesterol medication .She absolutely told me she cut the previous call because she didn't want to hear my complain again. OMG! I was absolutely stunned that she cut the previous call on purpose. I asked for the pharmacist . She said she was the pharmacist and slammed the phone a second time. This could definitely will be heartbreaking for a person who thinks they can get some sympathy from a pharmacist but ends up receiving such treatment.If this attitude is not addressed Future Pharmacy is definitely going to lose many customers. read more

I've made this my official pharmacy because they always have everything you can possibly need. I used to go to the Future Pharmacy in Old Bridge, which my parents still go to, but I've since moved. Future Pharmacy of East Windsor is my 'happy place". This is truly the best pharmacy I have ever been to in the Tri-State area and beyond. Once you go to a local pharmacy, you will never go back to your run-of-the-mill chains. The pharmacists know me by name and it's one of the best places to shop for your health. If you are looking for natural alternatives to synthetic drugs, look no further. I can talk to the pharmacist, who is like a textbook on integrative medicine. Huge selection of vitamins and supplements at much lower prices than I bought online. I sort of want to keep the secret all to myself, because I have never looked better after the stuff I get here. I have never experienced better customer service than I have with Future Pharmacy. From the first day I dealt with the staff at FP I knew I was finished using the big chain pharmacies. They have always gone above and beyond to make sure that their customer is happy and taken care of. You just do not get the same friendly, personalized service at CVS, RiteAid, etc. Personally, I've never had to wait longer then 10 minutes for anything I was filling and if I did wait longer it was from interacting with their staff due to their warmth. So thankful to have such a have such a reliable, well stocked drug store in the neighborhood. This is my regular drug store for my monthly prescriptions. The pharmacy always has what I need and fills my requests with a very short wait. They work cooperatively with my doctors and give me useful input when they see potential for an interaction. They've also made many valuable recommendations for OTC medications that may be helpful when me or my family members are under the weather. This I by far the best pharmacy!!! Staff very friendly & knowledgeable, never ever a long wait for my prescriptions & always have your medications in stock. They also have a beautiful & clean store that has some of the best cards, gifts& products available. I even found stuff there like favorite candies & other specialty items u do not fund in other drugstores. Used to go to CVS & Walgreens always had a long wait stuff always out of stock.
