The pharmacist, Rosanna, was very friendly and helpful as she answered questions about a new medication my doctor prescribed.

**Review is for free COVID-19 testing administered here for "Project Baseline."**…read more With more testing necessary to safely "re-open" economic activity in the midst of this pandemic, I took a look at covid19.nj.gov and saw that this was the most convenient testing site to me. The "catch?" One must have a Google account, and sign up to "project baseline" with said account in order to be able to go in and schedule a testing site and time. The cost? Free, at least in terms of cash money. Some have expressed concerns with what Google's biotech (whatever happened to just being a search engine? Those were the days...) division does with the information gleaned from this testing. To me, it was a worthwhile trade off to find out that at the time of the swab, there was no COVID detected. The process? Easy!! At the Robbinsville Rite Aid, I pulled up to the drive-through pickup window at 12:25 on a Sunday afternoon. There was only 1 car in front of me and they were in and out quickly. So was I! The pharmacist verifies your information, sprays down the drawer with disinfectant, and then proceeds to place a cotton swab, a vial with some liquid in one end, and an alcohol wipe in there for your use. With the building and safety glass separating you from the pharmacy, the staff then directs you over the speaker (with you in your car) to insert the swab into one nostril for 20 seconds, giving it a couple of complete turns while roughly 3/4 of the way inside your nasal cavity. You then repeat this process on your other nostril. When complete, you have to break off part of the swab, as it is too long to fit in the tube (swab shortages I assume), place the cotton swab in the provided tube, put the lid on, place in the drawer and off you go! They email you results if negative, phone call + email if positive. In my case the results were emailed very early Wednesday morning, very quick turnaround! The staff were friendly, and the Robbinsville Rite Aid is right at the corner where route 33 and main st come together in the midst of the newer fake downtown where DeLorenzo's and Dolce & Clemente's is.

OK, I admit it, I'm not the biggest fan of CVS as a matter of fact, I'm not a fan at all. However,…read moresince I am forced to use them my conscience is clear regarding every lousy review that I've ever written with them in the crosshairs. To speed things up at the pharmacy counter my favorite drugstore has installed touch-screen kiosks that check you in and send the staff scurrying after your pills and potions. So far, no problem. However, for an enterprise that has aspirations to be the nations dominant health provider, the kiosks are filthy beyond belief. I've seen more hygiene displayed in the Penn Station men's room at 11pm after an AC/DC concert or... at the Wuhan Lab for that matter. Lucky for me, CVS has a greeting card aisle so I can send myself a Get Well Soon card. Yikes. One filthy star.

The CVS in Plainsboro is a total disgrace! They are an embarrassment to the pharmacies that…read moreactually have a clue and that care about their patients/customers. Overall, this place is a complete NO class dump - and that's being polite. There is a whole laundry list of things wrong with this place! They don't answer the phones, they don't call people back, they mess up people's prescriptions, and the two clowns they have running the pharmacy (Katchaul and Sung) are the most arrogant, smug, rude/disrespectful people who have absolutely no business being in a so called medical professional environment. CVS should be ashamed to hire people like this. This is exactly why they have such a high turnover of pharmacists, just completely and total incompetence in every way, shape and form. I also am including in this some of the techs that have extremely poor attitudes. The people in the front are the most pleasant to deal with in the store. Look, everyone out there read the reviews and do yourself a big favor, take your business elsewhere like so many others have already. Hey CVS, its about time you get your act together. Start hiring people with class and respect and start having your employees treat people with the dignity and respect that they deserve. 0 stars
