We had to wait an additional hour to get the prescription filled. I called the corporate number and was told the prescription would be ready at 1:15 pm...but that was a lie! I was basically told the same thing...to make the minor wait longer to get the electronic prescription filled. They can care less about your loved ones/children they only care about their loved ones. The worst pharmacy ever. The prescriptions are sent electronically 2 hours in advance and still not ready. FIND ANOTHER PHARMACY! The West Windsor location is even worse!!!! Before the pandemic this pharmacy was good now they make you wait 3 hours for a basic medication.

Worst pharmacy ever…read more Scheduled a COVID test which my dad needed prior to surgery. When we arrived, their computers were down. Went home, they called back in 90 minutes saying we could come back, so we returned and did the test. They said the results would be available in 3 hours. They weren't. Called and they were having computer problems and rebooted. At 4 hours called again. Waited on hold while they rebooted 3 more times. Still no luck. Had to drive back a third time to get the results on paper. It would be nice if they hired pharmacists who understood their computer system better than just turning it off and on again. Requested emergency prescription refills for myself (I'm from out of town extending my visit for my dad's surgery) for just a few pills. They told me the cost without my insurance which was fine and that they would be ready soon. When I returned, they didn't have one of them because they told me it wasn't covered by my insurance. But they had already told me that and I had already agreed to it! One last prescription refill I needed to get authorized by my doctor. I contacted my doctor and he authorized it. I called this pharmacy and they told me it would be ready that evening. When I came back, they insisted my doctor had declined the authorization (even though I had a message from my doctor on my phone saying he had, and I confirmed that with another phone call). Then, they said they didn't have the medication in the first place. So why tell me it would be ready when they claimed it wasn't authorized and they didn't have it? Just to get me off the phone? The pharmacist I spoke to did the same thing with the person in front of me in line, insisting that the doctor declined their prescription, too. She was condescending to both of us, explaining that doctor's often get it wrong. While I'm sure that happens, when multiple people come in to pick up prescriptions you think are denied, particularly on a day when you are having computer problems, maybe it's the pharmacy's fault. In summary, this is a great pharmacy to go to if you like poor customer service and having to return again and again for things that should take only one visit. Best to visit when you're in a good mood, not when you're dealing with medical issues for you or your family or need things quickly.

The first two visits were fine, browsed around and picked up some snacks without any problems. However, my third visit for drive-up pickup was extremely disappointing. I ordered three containers of Chobani oat milk, the same brand I regularly purchase from other Target locations without issue. Every single one went bad within 24 hours of opening. At first I thought something was wrong on my end, but when all three had the same problem, it became clear this location has serious issues with how they're storing refrigerated items for pickup orders. I've never had this problem at any other Target, which tells me this is a location-specific issue with temperature control or storage procedures. The oat milk isn't supposed to expire until February. Won't be returning to this location. My home Target may be in the ghetto with nightmare parking, but at least they know how to properly store refrigerated items and I actually get quality products. Made me realize I should count my blessings and appreciate what I have!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ the grass isn't always greener on the other side.

There's nothing like high prices and a limited selection to keep the crowds away from Target's…read moregrocery aisles. In a weird way I kinda like it as it allows me to fill-in some stray items missing from my weekly grocery binge without the demolition derby scrum at Walmart clogging all the aisles. There's no loss leaders here as everything is MSRP+ versus most standard supermarkets but the question remains... what's privacy worth to you. Three stars.

Every single time I call in a prescription refill, (every single time), there is a GIANT problem with communication and I must jump through hoops, do cartwheels, pull teeth, etc., to straighten out YOUR problem. This problem happens 100% of the time. Once again it happened, YET again, when I called in a prescription refill for Lantus Glargine insulin. I called in, not only for the insulin refill, but I also called in for the needles. For each prescription, CVS told me that they need to call my vet for authorization for the refill. Don't dare tell me that I didn't call in both prescriptions. I KNOW what I did. I've been down this road several times, because CVS is so inept. CVS messed up, and messed up very badly, and you're looking to point fingers. You said that you were going to call my vet for both prescriptions. You dropped the ball. When I called the vet, they told me they never received any phone call. I asked the vet if they would call CVS, which they did........3 times. And you STILL dropped the ball and blamed my vet for not calling. And I STILL do not have the insulin, and I am NOW at such an emergency level, after waiting for almost a week to find out that you did absolutely NOTHING on your end. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. They absolutely called. I NEVER EVER had this problem before with any other pharmacy. ONLY CVS. I am going to have to change pharmacies because I cannot depend on CVS to refill prescriptions. You have failed COUNTLESS TIMES. I cannot afford to give CVS another chance. I am going to transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy. I have had enough with CVS's ineptness, extremely poor communication skills, and playing the blame game. I have put in 2 complaints already, and you NEVER improved your service. I am going to file an official complaint either Department of Consumer Affairs, Better Business Bureau, and your corporate headquarters, and on Yelp. I have had enough. I tried calling CVS at 70 Princeton Hightstown Road in East Windsor, NJ repeatedly. No one ever answers the phone. I keep getting a machine asking stupid questions when all I want to do is speak to a human being. A human being NEVER EVER picks up. I just get that stupid machine that does not understand what I am asking. Then I called the main customer service number, and after pressing countless buttons to select countless options, I FINALLY FINALLY FINALLY FINALLY FINALLY got to speak to a customer service rep, who gave me yet another number to call. When I called that number, the person asked me about 30 questions, when ALL I WANTED TO KNOW WAS THE STATUS OF MY PRESCRIPTION REFILL. I was becoming extremely frustrated at her because there is no reason I had to waste 10 minutes of my time answering endless stupid questions before I could tell her why I'm calling. Even with answering her questions, she was steering me in the wrong direction. She asked me if I am a new customer. She asked me if I wanted to set up an account. She had no clue why I was calling. I asked her if she was going to ask me for my bank account next, or my mother's maiden name. After wasting all my time, getting absolutely nowhere with this lady, she finally said I called the wrong number. The wrong number was given to me by one of your reps. IS ANYONE AS CVS COMPETENT? I am past the point of absolute disgust with CVS. I am done with CVS.
