I go into stores without buying anything from time to time because they don't have what I'm looking for. Or I got into a store to browse to see what they do have and if they can be a store of service to my needs--most likely that is my first time visiting. Unless the demographic she was referring to steals items, she shouldn't have anything to complain about. She didn't say this demographic steals anything--she said they come into the store and don't buy anything. She is unbelievable. Her energy can be put it better use by asking how she can be of service. That female cashier complaining upon entering the store was very off-putting to any customer coming in to patron a business. I should've turned around and said something to her but I am practicing when to use my words wisely and I believe writing a review is more effective. I made my purchase and left. I didn't catch her name but her aura and her comments inappropriate. Complaining like that, especially when a customer enters--it's unprofessional, and possibly passive-aggressive. She needs to do better. Or hide her biases better.

To the cubicle dwellers at CVS corporate this arrangement probably makes more sense than allowing me to pick it up in person at the pharmacy. What do I know. Again, this arrangement makes about as much sense as one of their 100 yard receipts that has killed more trees than napalm or a random infestation of locusts. For decades CVS has simply defied logic and is truly deserving of one star.

However, for an enterprise that has aspirations to be the nations dominant health provider, the kiosks are filthy beyond belief. I've seen more hygiene displayed in the Penn Station men's room at 11pm after an AC/DC concert or... at the Wuhan Lab for that matter. Worst pharmacy ever…read more Scheduled a COVID test which my dad needed prior to surgery. When we arrived, their computers were down. Went home, they called back in 90 minutes saying we could come back, so we returned and did the test. They said the results would be available in 3 hours. They weren't. Called and they were having computer problems and rebooted. At 4 hours called again. Waited on hold while they rebooted 3 more times. Still no luck. Had to drive back a third time to get the results on paper. It would be nice if they hired pharmacists who understood their computer system better than just turning it off and on again. Requested emergency prescription refills for myself (I'm from out of town extending my visit for my dad's surgery) for just a few pills. They told me the cost without my insurance which was fine and that they would be ready soon. When I returned, they didn't have one of them because they told me it wasn't covered by my insurance. But they had already told me that and I had already agreed to it! One last prescription refill I needed to get authorized by my doctor. I contacted my doctor and he authorized it. I called this pharmacy and they told me it would be ready that evening. When I came back, they insisted my doctor had declined the authorization (even though I had a message from my doctor on my phone saying he had, and I confirmed that with another phone call). Then, they said they didn't have the medication in the first place. So why tell me it would be ready when they claimed it wasn't authorized and they didn't have it? Just to get me off the phone? The pharmacist I spoke to did the same thing with the person in front of me in line, insisting that the doctor declined their prescription, too. She was condescending to both of us, explaining that doctor's often get it wrong. While I'm sure that happens, when multiple people come in to pick up prescriptions you think are denied, particularly on a day when you are having computer problems, maybe it's the pharmacy's fault. In summary, this is a great pharmacy to go to if you like poor customer service and having to return again and again for things that should take only one visit. Best to visit when you're in a good mood, not when you're dealing with medical issues for you or your family or need things quickly.

I can testify to the set of people at that time.But it seems they have changed their staff or a new family member is in-charge now . I had a bad experience this morning at about 9.54 am 5/6/24 I called from out of state to verify if they had Symbiotic colostrum vitamins. I wanted it sent to me or ready to pick it up once I get to NJ. The Lady I spoke to was unbelievably rude . I kept telling her and explaining she keep saying she doesn't have high cholesterol medication. I went further to explain it's a vitamin but she was too impatient and cut the call . I called back and tried to explain what I wanted and told her it's not cholesterol medication .She absolutely told me she cut the previous call because she didn't want to hear my complain again. OMG! I was absolutely stunned that she cut the previous call on purpose. I asked for the pharmacist . She said she was the pharmacist and slammed the phone a second time. This could definitely will be heartbreaking for a person who thinks they can get some sympathy from a pharmacist but ends up receiving such treatment.If this attitude is not addressed Future Pharmacy is definitely going to lose many customers.

This is truly the best pharmacy I have ever been to in the Tri-State area and beyond. Once you go to a local pharmacy, you will never go back to your run-of-the-mill chains. The pharmacists know me by name and it's one of the best places to shop for your health. If you are looking for natural alternatives to synthetic drugs, look no further. I can talk to the pharmacist, who is like a textbook on integrative medicine. Huge selection of vitamins and supplements at much lower prices than I bought online. I sort of want to keep the secret all to myself, because I have never looked better after the stuff I get here. But I'm a Yelper, so there you go. Just trust me.
