For a prescription I had already paid for. To make matters worse, the guy who rang me up made no mention of the fact that I would have to get back in line. It was only after I asked to speak with the pharmacist that my prescription was somehow miraculously ready. On top of this, the men's room was filthy, with urine on the toilet seat, toilet seat covers on the floor, and no toilet paper. When I mentioned this to a cashier at the suggestion of a pharmacy tech, I was told that the bathroom wouldn't be cleaned until midnight due to a lack of staff.

The staff on the store side are always friendly, helpful and will go the extra mile... They are also the front line of the store monitoring people as they come in... Making sure that people are wearing masks as they enter... They will tell you that a mask is required to shop there... The pharmacy section is open 24 hours... The staff in this area is also friendly and helpful... I don't get any medication here but my wife does... She has never been turned away because of a lack of anything she has needed...

The lead pharmacist, Kristen (I think thats her name) is absolutely the rudest pharmacist I've ever…read moredealt with. She constantly interrupts, interrogates, and makes the entire process stressful. When I went to pick up medicine, she asked if this pharmacy had called me. I said I believed so since this is where I always pick up from, and instead of just clarifying, she raised her voice at me saying that wasn't the question she asked. It was uncalled for and completely unprofessional. The other pharmacists aren't any better--they just let her do the talking while smirking in the background, which makes the whole experience even worse. Kristen rushes people, acts like you're lying, and treats customers with nothing but bitterness. I'm done dealing with her attitude and will be transferring to another pharmacy. If I had the contact information for the district or regional manager, I would absolutely report her behavior, because this level of rudeness should not be acceptable in healthcare. Third chat revealed the delivery got lost. Unbelievable--from the Lumberton store, just 20 minutes away! They issued a refund, not a reorder. That's not good enough.
