First time visiting this CVS as it's the location I selected to have my RX transferred to. The store is massive! And the layout is quite appealing to the eye ... there's a full Minute Clinic inside, a large pharmacy, featured aisles with great displays and it's just bright, open, well lit and airy. The pharmacy was busy but there were ample cashiers and technicians available and I was in and out in no time. Glad I selected this location as my go-to! read more

My child temperature is 101 today I went to ER the doctor send Ibuprofen fever to this cvs. I went there immediately it's about to close the black girl said I'm not taking anymore people we are closed so I said it's emergency I need the medicine for his fever the thing is the black bad girl talked very loud and yelling at me and said hey it's not 24 pharmacy you can go to other places we not going help which is really shocking me how she's disrespectful and rude first I don't mind and I understand that the pharmacy is closed now but why you have to talk like this front of everybody she was absolutely disgusting and nasty I wonder who hire her!! Not only this I spoke with the other Indian lady she was wearing a mask I told her please I know it's closed now would you please tell me how I can find it in the counters she used her hand and fingers and said no you find it by yourself she was defend on the black lady because I called her rude after she yelled and said go to other places. What a shame behavior I can't believe that those people are supposed here to help not to fight the patients those people could put someone life in the risk. Like this the pharmacy doctor she used her hand and said badly go find it by yourself and it doesn't matter to her if I picked a wrong medicine!!! Everything recorded by a camera I hope if the manager can investigate this and make a look. The doctor was absolutely rude disrespectful and nasty wouldn't show me the Ibuprofen fever for my child the black lady actually after the way she talked I have to say that she's look criminal I don't know how people like this works in cvs. Come on guys you have to make sure who you hire that's garbage I'm sorry but this people are disrespectful and the doctor sounds like she realize that she's did wrong by not helping me and saying go find it by yourself I did found by myself I went to check out she came to ask me if I found what I'm looking for I told her thank you but you rejected to help and I don't think you can do this job I advise the Indian lady and black girl just stay home please don't bother the patients you're unprofessional and so far to practice job like this. Respond to customers at the counter more quickly and return calls to your customers who leave a voicemail within the hour. Additionally, notify your customers when policy changes occur in regards to any insurance issues that will affect their ability to refill any/ or all of their controlled substance prescriptions. And advise them to make their physician aware of these changes before a refill is needed. Also, if they have a customer who is locked into their pharmacy, then they should ensure to have the prescription in stock before the refill or new prescription is sent to them to fill. I had to choose between a 2 star pharmacy and a 3.5 star pharmacy! I chose the latter, and since then, the ratings have reversed! I am outraged that my caregiver is kind enough to go to the pharmacy during his lunch break. He has repeatedly stands at the counter for up to 15 minutes prior to even being acknowledged by the pharmacy staff, and is made to feel like he is an annoyance rather than a valued customer! Come on guys... Step it up!! read more

This CVS has been wonderful! We've switched from the CVS in Eastampton on Woodlane Rd. and we are so much happier with this Mount Holly CVS! They actually answer their phone, to which the other Eastampton CVS never does and the Mount Holly CVS is on top of things and know what they are doing, unlike the the one. We have to travel a little further for the MH store but believe me, it's worth it!!! I highly recommend them! read more

Horribly staffed.. 40 minutes to try to pick up medicine in the drive thru. You can call me 10 times after my prescription was filled to let me know it's ready for pickup but when I go pick up there is a huge weight. Was so disgusted I left. read more

Worst pharmacy ever. Had to switch to that pharmacy per insurance but they suck. Spouse needs new pain medication and because they order once a week can't get for 7 days. The help is awful. Pharmacist even worse. She clearly doesn't care about the customer. read more

It's called minute clinic and I've been waiting for an hour now. Would have gone to my own primary Doc but their office is closed today.

The Mt. Holly CVS store is where I shop on a regular basis for all my health care needs. Tracie is always extremely helpful and pleasant and I enjoy interacting with her!! Also have been to the Minute Clinic twice and only waited 15-20 minutes. Would definitely use this resource again. read more

I've never had a negative experience here and I stop often on my way to and from work. Staff is always friendly, no problems.

CVS as a brand has been going down hill for a while in this area. This is one of the worst. 3.5% sales tax is about the only thing I have that's good to say about them. read more

Absolutely awful service. A young lady named Shiela rang us up. My girlfriends total came to around 30 something dollars, so she turned to me and said "crap i forgot that one coupon," to which the cashier said "well I don't know how to help you then." Whatever, a one time fluke. So we gave her our number for the cvs card, during which she mis-hits buttons on the screen and yells "F*CK" 3 times. So now my girlfriends transaction is done and now its my turn! A simple 5 dollar Halloween mask (i was too excited not to get it) and a mountain dew. She REFUSES to bag my items, why? I dont really know. Another customer asks if cvs does cash back, to which Shiela says "unfortunately we do" while sucking her teeth at the customer. So we use a coupon from my girlfriends transaction for 5 dollars off, and boy did we get some attitude for that. Not only did she get mad for us asking to use it, she took 2 minutes to read "$5 dollars off next purchase" and got angry when we got impatient and said nevermind. But, she scanned it and we got our money off. So we give her our phone number for the card again and she, again, messes up and yells "F*CK" two more times. We said politely to have a nice night, to which she replies, "Yeah." I'm never going to CVS again after this encounter. Hello Walgreens! read more
