Their gas station has a very small sign located way on the other side nowhere near the Sam's Club building next to the dollar tree. You only get enter From One Direction, which makes sense but they have the cars facing you where you enter in there's no signs telling you where you need to go so you're facing the right direction. That was very frustrating after having to drive around looking for where the gas station was located. I had to ask a worker. I hope they get some signs.

I asked him if Member Services could refund what money was left on my membership and he said they would and then he walked away.

I spoke with a pharmacist today on the phone about prescription order that was handled…read moreincorrectly. Not the wrong medication, just an error that caused a long delay of a much needed medication. When I found out what happened, I questioned how the mistake was made. The pharmacist could not have been less concerned about the fact that my medication was delayed for an extended period of time, or why it happened. Her response to me was "I'm filing it now, so I don't know what more you want me to do." I needed assurance that this wouldn't happen in the future, but she said she was too busy to find out what happened. I pressed for an answer and she hung up. When I went in to pick up the medicine, she was incredibly rude and dismissive and stated that she had no way of finding out how this happened. As she walked away from me, a pharmacy tech who had heard the conversation had already looked it up and easily figured out what had happened. She explained the reason for the misunderstanding and offered a sincere apology. That was really all it took, two minutes of attention to my very valid concern after waiting over 2 weeks for a medication I didn't need to wait for at all. It has fostered a lack of confidence in the pharmacist for me. She is in a business where mistakes matter. People's lives are affected by extended and unnecessary delays. All that was needed was a few minutes and little compassion to resolve the question I had. It's a shame I can't expect that kind of transparency from my pharmacist.

Quite a few carts are left in the Handicap parking area... This Walmart has a customer pick up parking area... Where the employees come out and load the customers vehicles... I think this is a good idea, that area has very wide parking spaces...

There is no charge to you, but your insurance company foots the bill and handles the getting paid-reimbursement process. (Enough of that.) It used to be Rubinos but has recently been renamed. The same professional team is on hand. They are courteous and kind and are very helpful. I have been using this Pharmacy ever since I was old enough to get my own prescriptions. My Mother came here for prescriptions when I was a child. There is plenty of street parking and the store is immaculate and very well kept. It is very organized. The prescriptions are filled in a timely manner and they are fantastic with advice if you should need it. I always came here and will continue to patronize this Pharmacy because they are simply the best.

He snapped that I shouldn't call back until I "know my dosage" -- even though I was simply asking if they had my medication available. His tone was dismissive and unprofessional. Pharmacies dealing with stimulant medications are already under strain from shortages and high demand. That context might explain delays, but it does not excuse this level of rudeness. If you're struggling to get your medication, spend your time calling other pharmacies--especially smaller independent ones or those outside high-traffic college areas. These tend to have more personal service and may be more helpful.
