As soon as I opened the door, I was great by a bright smile and warm welcome from the woman at the counter, I'm sorry I did not catch her name. She was beyond courteous! Then I met the pharmacist, Joe! As he was working, he stopped to say hello and asked how I was doing... total shock! Normally I go into pharmacies, the same one, monthly, for over 3 years due to auto accidents and they always sell make you feel like you are a bother to them! Joe was the exception to my years of experience dealing with my current pharmacy! He came from behind the counter to explain to me in detail about my prescription and my insurance. I've never had this type of service anywhere! I am still in awe. I came home and told my fiancé about it like I had just won the lottery lol. To be treated like an actual human is a rarity today, still amazed. I just wish they were a bit closer as I hate getting in vehicles now but do when I have to. They sent them automatically without us having to call every month. Second, this pharmacy never has the medication done on time. This is our second month ordering and we gave them our credit card to pay the shipping fee. They never refilled it and sent it to us. When we call it says it's pending. The bottle even says it's expired on 3/5/26 and now we are out of the medicine and it hasn't even shipped yet! I had to call our prescriber to get the medicine in pills as our daughter can't be without this medicine. I would NOT use this pharmacy!

They recently added self checkout machines, so u can generally avoid that person holding up the line complaining about something or asking for a rain check on a coupon. The two of the last three times I've had to go they've had a sign up saying that they'd stepped out, but would return in 15 minutes. The first time I waited for a while, but ended up leaving. The last time I waited, and the owner returned within about 15 min. I definitely recommend it!
