So I called again. After waiting on the phone the pharmacist finally answered after 10 minutes of of me letting it ring. He had an attitude because I asked why he wouldn't answer my calls. Hung up on me and wouldn't acknowledge me when I arrived. I've never seen that guy in there before. His Poor English and a bad attitude is going to drag him down.

I went there twice today for my prescription. The first time I went in, there were no customers waiting and 3-4 staff behind the counter. Not a single person looked at me or acknowledged my existence until after about 5 minutes of me standing there in silence. They told me my prescriptions were not ready and I needed to wait another hour. Within 10 minutes of leaving the store I receive calls stating my prescriptions were done so clearly they were working on it and were finishing within a couple of minutes. So I could have just waited if they were so close to being done instead of having to make another wasted trip. Fast forward to going back many hours later in the day because I wanted to be certain I did not have to return again. I watch a polite customer in front of me be told repeatedly "just go sit over there" in a rude tone by the older Indian woman behind the counter. Then it gets to my turn I ask about a medication I was prescribed which she (the same older Indian woman) said I needed to speak with the pharmacist then just stood there in silence and stared at me. I broke the silence after a little bit and said "well is the pharmacist here? And can I speak with her?" The Indian woman said "go over there to talk to her". I spoke to the pharmacist and was sent back to wait in line for the second time. This time I get to the counter and I tell her I have a new insurance. She said "well then you're going to have to wait over an hour because they are going to have to rebill everything." I told her okay then I will just use whatever you have on file but I will only be taking the medications I desperately need until I can figure out what's going on" then she proceeds to only partially grab some of the items I am requesting so I remind her that I needed one of the other items she was about to put back. She then just takes everything out throws it in a basket and gives it to the pharmacist telling her to rebill it. I did NOT request to have it rebilled and she clearly just passed me off to the pharmacist because she didn't want to speak with me anymore. I then had to explain to the pharmacist again that I do not want it rebilled because I do not have the time to wait around. Luckily the pharmacist was able to help me and check me out because I was on the verge of having to wait in line for the THIRD time within 1 visit to the pharmacy. Almost EVERY single person I have met at this pharmacy has absolutely NO customer service skills!! And for the record I was not rude at all to anyone despite being jerked around for almost 30 minutes because I've worked many jobs dealing with customers and I know how difficult it could be but this behavior was unwarranted and just plain rude and disrespectful. The only positive aspect of this experience was the pharmacist in the hijab that was working tonight. She is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. She was extremely kind to me and very helpful. She also apologized to me for my mistreatment. She appears to be the only person at this pharmacy I have met that treats customers as human beings with common decency. However, unfortunately this will be my last time ever returning to this store. Me and my family whole family will be taking all our business elsewhere from now on at a place where we can be treated as human beings and NOT cash cows. We are all sick and tired of dealing with BS EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. We go here!

I left the large chain due to numerous mistakes, terrible service, never being able to get through on the phone, and because basic knowledge of pharmaceuticals is not required. Since there was one car behind us we were instructed to come inside. Running low on time to get home in time for the kids to get off the bus; She found a spot and we went inside. Unfortunately once arriving at the register She told a gentlemen tech that she was there to put her insurance card on& my friend was instructed that her insurance card was locked& she needed to call her insurance company. My friend then stepped to the side of the "drop-off" desk& began the process of solving that problem. I was still standing in front left side of the "drop-off" desk and was then approached by a wonderful customer who was able to shed some light& give me some information to help with the situation. For that I am grateful for herWhile this customer& I are speaking a female pharmacy tech Carrie O. Decided she would approach the drop off desk and begin discussing my friends insurance policy with me. She attempted to show me her policy information& was just yapping while the customer& I were talking. My friend stepped towards the desk while on the phone and said "please wait" and then turned around& walked towards the glasses area to continue her phone call with insurance. Miss customer decided to end the conversatio& walked away& I let the pharmacy tech know that my friend literally just told her to wait and i don't know why she continued to proceed to explain and write "VOID" on the copies of the scripts that were waiting for my friend to pick up. I told her to stop& reminded her that my friend just told her to give her a minute& she didn't listen. I told Carrie that she had violated my friends HIPPA policy& then Carrie turned around& started to TRASH TALK ABOUT ME TO ANOTHER TECH!!My friend stepped towards the counter&loudly said to Miss Carrie that her job was to help people not trash talk for no reason.At that point my friend was able to figure out why her insurance was locked&handle it.she didn't not feel comfortable talking to that pharmacy manager since he did nothing to diffuse the the situation on his end& just kinda stood there.We went up to the front of the store& I rang the bell to be helped.Liz the Shift Supervisor came out loudly chewing her gum(she already had an expression on her face like she didn't want to talk w/us). My friend told her that a pharmacy tech was rude& the pharmacist didn't do anything about it, so we needed the store managers number (Jim); Liz the loudly laughed in our face, disregarded our statement, and over explained why we didn't need Jim bc there's a pharmacy manager back there. My friend then explained that we know, we need to speak with someone else since the pharmacist that was back there didn't do anything to help with the disrespectful words his tech said. So Liz rolls her eyes& is just repeating herself about how we don't need Jim's#.So I ask her for corporates. Now I'm banned from a CVS I had been going too for over 16 years all bc shift supervisors don't seem to like other people asking to speak to someone else higher up than them. We went to the police station& made a statement.It is discriminatory& unfair to treat customers like that.Violating customers rights and then allowing this kind of behavior from its employees whilst punishing the customers?How can you ban someone because they're asking you for help and you're refusing to help them because of your own PRIDE.
