This is our second month ordering and we gave them our credit card to pay the shipping fee. They never refilled it and sent it to us. When we call it says it's pending. The bottle even says it's expired on 3/5/26 and now we are out of the medicine and it hasn't even shipped yet! I had to call our prescriber to get the medicine in pills as our daughter can't be without this medicine. I would NOT use this pharmacy!

Had I done what they told me to, I would have stood in line. TWICE. Given the number of people in line, my second time through would have probably forced me to wait another twenty minutes. For a prescription I had already paid for. To make matters worse, the guy who rang me up made no mention of the fact that I would have to get back in line. It was only after I asked to speak with the pharmacist that my prescription was somehow miraculously ready. On top of this, the men's room was filthy, with urine on the toilet seat, toilet seat covers on the floor, and no toilet paper. When I mentioned this to a cashier at the suggestion of a pharmacy tech, I was told that the bathroom wouldn't be cleaned until midnight due to a lack of staff.

The staff on the store side are always friendly, helpful and will go the extra mile... They are also the front line of the store monitoring people as they come in... The staff in this area is also friendly and helpful... I don't get any medication here but my wife does... She has never been turned away because of a lack of anything she has needed...

They recently added self checkout machines, so u can generally avoid that person holding up the line complaining about something or asking for a rain check on a coupon.
