I've usually had a decent experience at this Walgreens, but lately there have been challenges getting medicines filled. I'm not right around the corner, so when something is backordered I need to call to get updates. They pharmacy either doesn't answer, or answers and hangs up immediately - my guess is assuming the customer will get frustrated and not call back. read more

I have been coming to this Wallgreens for a few years for my medicine. The pharmacists, one named Ryan is very rude and inconsiderate with his customers time. Every time I try to get my medicine there is almost always a problem. Instead of being respectful like other pharmacists he is very cold and unhelpful. I like Walgreens in Evesham besides their pharmacy department. Very untrained and impolite. read more

I'm not sure why the low rating. Walgreens has good periodic sales on essentials, etc. This location is convenient on my work commute. They had the water that I wanted and a toiletry that I remembered I was out of. The cashier was friendly, especially at the early time of my trip. The store was clean & organized. read more

This is literally the worst pharmacy EVER. Never have anything in stock. G*d forbid you have ADD and need your meds on a certain date....that will never happen because they order it once they get your script; by the time they get it delivered, it's way past your due date. Month after month after month. Head pharmacist is absolutely miserable and needs to retire. read more

AVOID...and here's why... Today, December 23rd, 2020, I went into this Walgreens with the intent of picking up my Fedex package - they have a Fedex pickup window here. When I told the woman behind the desk that my package had been delivered on 12/22/20, she asked for my last name which I provided, and then she went back to look. She came back and told me that my package wasn't there and that I needed to call FedEx to find out where my package was. So I left momentarily, called FedEx from my car, who informed me that the package was in fact delivered and they have no other information to give me. I went BACK into FedEx where the manager then tried to look for my package. As he was in the back looking, the woman who helped me previously said "was it a Zara package?". I said that it was, and she replied, "I saw that there today, but now it's not there, I hope someone didn't take it." And I said, "I really hope not, that will be an issue, it's a Christmas gift for someone and I really need it." THEN!!! I started telling the manager what the woman just told me about the package and she started changing that story and said, "we get a lot of Zara packages here, but I haven't seen any today." LIKE WHAT? How shady and weird is that? After that, the manager and the woman went in the back together to look where I could see them whispering to one another. The manager came back and said, "so we don't have the package, it was here, but then we gave it BACK TO THE DRIVER." When I asked why, he said he had no idea why and that it is completely out of their hands now. I told him how important this package was and that I was trusting the Walgreen's location to hold my package for me as they were supposed to. I asked him to help me figure it out and he said that I HAD TO CALL FEDEX MYSELF and get it sorted out. I started to cry and left the store. They didn't apologize, didn't say they were in the wrong and didn't have a solution. I cried because this was a gift for my niece, the only gift for her and now I have nothing for her. I filed an investigation with FedEx but we all know how long that takes... I feel helpless and almost violated because I feel like a staff member took it, or something. I mean it said "Zara" on it, which is a nice clothing store. I would hope that isn't the case, but I really don't know. I am trying to get more answers & get to the bottom of this. I will never trust this Walgreen's with ANYTHING ever again. I'm so upset. read more

The store is fine. Always nice people at the counter. The head pharmacist is the problem. I have spent many years trying to do figure out if he is sadistic or just completely incompetent. My review is in reference to the front store, not the pharmacy. I stopped here because it's near my work. I used to work at a Walgreens so I thought they all worked the same. I needed two very random things that I knew Walgreens would have, or so I thought: bread and seeds (to plant). I went on April 1st- all stores have their spring selection out already. Some seeds needed to be planted in March by the way. When I worked at Walgreens, we put the seeds out with the Easter stuff. First and foremost, I walked up and down a few aisles trying to find them-- the manager and an employee both walked past me and said nothing. Finally I asked the one employee who said "uhh hold on let me ask my manager" and the manager proceeded to say "Yeah we didnt get them in yet." Poor ordering/delivery, whatever you call it. So then I go look at the bread. They had two loaves of white and two of wheat-- their brand-- which is cardboard thin. No thanks. I love Walgs and I am a Walgreens lady but.. I had to go to CVS. read more

Walgreens is alright. I have always been a fan of CVS, their pharmacy, the store and set-up. This Walgreens closes early. A shame because it's CVS competition next door is 24/7. Overall the pharmacist who waited on me here was very kind, but the cashier employees needed to improve their customer service. read more

It's pretty much like every other Walgreens out there that I've ever been to. Everything is neatly organized in their designated locations and the store is well kept. The lady at the counter was extremely friendly and cheerful. All of the employees there were well mannered and had a professional attitude. All in all it was just another pleasant experience at Walgreens. read more

I give a five star review only because of John, the pharmacist at the Walgreens in Evesham, Marlton area. There is one other actual pharmacist, who has been unbelievably rude and judgemental! I am an educated teacher who gets medication prescribed to me by my Dr. who is a professional. She wants to get me on the right medication that works for me. Sometimes that takes trial and error. John is always willing to help with a smile and none of the dirty looks I get from "one" of the other pharmacist that work there. Maybe the other pharmacist should stop judging, or really think about getting into a new profession. Having a power hungry pharmacist is not a good look for a big brand name pharmacy. Hire more caring people like John! John is truly the best pharmacist out there! No matter how busy the pharmacy is, he always makes you feel important and not a bother. Thank you John for having compassion for human beings! He definitely goes ABOVE AND BEYOND his job AND I HOPE HE GETS RECOGNIZED FOR HIS PROFESSIONALISM! read more

This Walgreens is my favorite to shop in. It is always clean and well kept. It usually has everything I need and the associates are very helpful finding things when I need their assistance. The rewards program is beneficial and I enjoy earning rewards while shopping. read more

I sent pictures there for my mom today- of her wedding ceremony, special moments, and fun times. So of course she was on cloud nine going to pick them up. She has the confirmation email sent to her email and everything. Sadly when she gets there and walked up the the photo girl- the Walgreens worker was anything but helpful. When you have this job, your main concern should be the customer and their satisfaction. This tall girl with long brown hair could care less about helping my mother. Even when my mom was confused to why there were no pictures under her name, and showed her the confirmation email- the Walgreens worker just said the email number was wrong and there was nothing she could do. It is such a shock! They let her leave the store! Walgreens all over NJ and PA print pictures for our family...but to insult my mother and not help her and make her feel like she did something wrong (which she was at the correct one and we picked up her pictures, they were there all along)- that is the last time we will be using their services! Customer service is the number priority in businesses today, and obviously Walgreens does not train their employees in that aspect! read more

This Walgreen's NEVER has all of the items advertised in the Sunday circular. When asked why, they say they don't get deliveries until Friday or Saturday. They can't explain why those advertised items didn't come on the truck the previous one or two days. This has been going on for years. They also don't know when their delivery truck comes during the day, so you have no idea at what time to return to find the items. Watch out! If you go back a couple of hours after the delivery, more often than not, they are sold out! Obviously poorly run, or no support from corporate headquarters. read more
