This is a small business and you get that level of care you'll never ever get at a chain store. I've walked I'm straight from surgery and waited less than ten mins. Always friendly and helpful, they have never once made a mistake or miscount in the 5 years or so I've gone there. Never that laziness when a call has to be made. There aren't many small pharmacies around anymore and that's sad. I have no choice but to go to a large chain now and I miss them alreafy.

They set me up in their system, confirmed they deliver to my zip code and answered all of my questions. I wound up picking up my prescriptions and they actually have off street parking, in the city! The owner, Eric, is very friendly and he is very knowledgeable about the latest innovations in nutrition. He is not a salesman but is a consultant of health and looks to determine what you need before making recommendations. I have gone in to many health food stores where they are looking to sell you a bunch of things that you may not need. As far as the products that he sells, he has a full range which include vitamins, food items, snacks, and skin products. Also he has a full line of health technology which includes air filtration systems, water alkaline filter, and laundry water system that eliminates the need for detergent, fabric softener, bleach, and hot water. If you haven't checked this store out, I suggest you do as you won't be disappointed.

At other Costco's, I have never seen a dedicated area for plants like this one. The store has pharmacy, hearing aids, optics, eye exam, and a food court with a decent sitting area. This location is spacious and well stocked. The lines are pretty long but they move quickly and efficiently. Staff is friendly and helpful. Costco always delivers good value if you're willing to buy larger quantities. It is also a very good one stop shop option because the merchandise it carries are usually of high quality.

The "manager" Rob (whom I have never encountered in my 3 years of going to the Cherry Hill, NJ Costco) was extremely condescending and rude. I was instructed by a Costco employee, at the entrance, to scan my membership ID and enter the warehouse at 8:59am on Saturday 8/1. I was then yelled at and treated as if I was trying to enter the warehouse without permission or authorization by Rob the manager. I was asked to step out of the vestibule to speak to the Rob, who promptly walked away from me while I was attempting to explain the situation and instructions provided by his employee. The manager's (Rob) only response was to continually respond they allowed customers on the floor at 9am for their safety. Rob then called on 8/2, after my partner had filed a complaint via the Costco app, displaying the same disrespect, stating he was calling to offer a "personal apology", in which his tone remained disrespectful and condescending. I have never felt so disrespected in a store by their staff. We will not be renewing my membership and will not be returning to the Cherry Hill, NJ warehouse for the remainder of our current membership. If you have the means and ability to shop at an alternate Costco, I would highly encourage you to do so.
