This pharmacy often has phone problems . The loop often repeats itself no matter what you press. The store manager is rarely in and other managers hang up on you. It often takes 10 rings to get someone to answer. The worst pharmacy I've ever gone to. No one knows anything. I've waited MONTHS FOR-BETTER SERVICE TO GIVE THEM A CHSNCE BUT NOLUCK. read more

Don't deal with CVS if you have problems with prescriptions that have to be transferred. They are no help. Each pharmacist gives you a different story. The bottom line is they will not transfer it without the new pharmacy calling them. They will not go out of their way for you. All my prescriptions are at CVS. I am now rethinking them. read more

I go to this location frequently to pick up my prescriptions or stop in for specific items in the store. Normally the drive thru line for prescriptions is fast and efficient! The employees have always been nice here as well. There is usually a long line for pickups for prescriptions inside the store, so keep that in mind. read more

Been my pharmacy for 30 years. Have always been happiest with them. When we travel there is always a cvs nearby (in the US). Nice staff, easy transfers. PS. Please don't yell at staff when your insurance card doesn't work or when they ask for id to buy cold meds. They work hard and are just following the law and rules. I'm over 60 and I still show my id. Impossible to reach the pharmacy by phone. After dealing with the phone tree they don't answer the phone. They always seem to be understaffed. The only good thing about them is that they are only a block away. read more

If I could give this minute clinic a minus negative star I would. It was a Saturday so my doctor's office was closed until Monday. I knew that I had a sinus and upper respiratory infection because I am prone to them. I could not wait until Monday as I am always prescribed an antibiotic, a nasal spray and a cough medicine. I tried to log on to make an appointment and after 15 attempts I had to go to the CVS and log in on their computer at the facility to make an appointment. I had to go back 5 hours later as it was their only appointment available. It was the weekend so understandably so they were busy. I explained to the nurse practitioner, Christina Gaines , my symptoms and my health history was pulled up on the computer. I told her how I have been treated for over 20 years for this. She indeed told me I had a sinus and upper respiratory infection .She told me there was nothing she could do and I would have to " ride it out". To take over the counter cough medicine. I was told if I was still sick in a week to come back and then she will prescribe my medicine. I told her by then I will be in the hospital with pneumonia and I would also go see a real doctor on Monday so why What I come back here in a week? She told me to go to the hospital for treatment then. That she can only recommend over the counter medication. What is the point of having a minute clinic if you cannot help people who cannot get into their doctor? I have never been treated so poorly. She was completely self-absorbed and had zero consideration for how I was feeling. She did not listen to my needs at all. I reported her to the medical board of New Jersey as well as to my health insurance company. My advice to you is to stay away from the minute clinic at CVS. They do nothing to help you and hand you a bill for $140. read more

Not a fan of this pharmacy (only speaking about the pharmacy in this review). Recently switched my meds & family to this and the lack of knowledge/care is apparent. Meds are not ready when they tell us that they are. They don't file correctly so you are told that it is not there when in fact it is. They auto filled meds that i did not request and the ivr calls count are border line abrasion. Also close early (9p on weekdays and 5&6p on weekends). read more

Went to Marlton VA clinic to look at bug byte, arriving about 1 pm. Clinic verified I am eligible for Private Provider Urgent care. Clinic gave me paperwork so Atlantic Urgent Care could verify it Travelled to Berlin, Atlantic Urgent Care, filled out paperwork, they verified my eligibility Seen by urgent care Doctor Stone, he gave me a tube of antibiotic ointment and prescribed an antibiotic pill. Urgent care phoned script to CVS Tuckerton Rd, Marlton NJ about 2 pm, they told me it would be ready at CVS. Stopped for a snack and did some shopping at Wal-Mart. Stopped at the pickup counter at CVS about 4 pm, "We don't have anything for you, sometimes it takes an hour or an hour and a half to go thru" Was redirected to the drop off window, we don't have anything for you The pharmacist then discovered they had made a misspelled my name on a previous order. The Pharmacist then states that will be 75 plus dollars. I said no , the VA is paying for it, At that point I reached my limit. I told her I would be on my computer spreading the word. I called the Urgent Care Office, they transferred the script to the other CVS in Marlton. About an hour later I arrived at this CVS, couldn't find script Not ready yet, we'll call you on intercom when its ready. I went to supper, 1 hour later, shift change , couldn't find it Oh, you have 2 accounts "that will be $75, time 6:00 pm HOW DO I GET MY TIME BACK? BTW asked CVS workers their thoughts, NONE had ANYTHING good to say! read more

Horrible service at there minute clinic. Wait time was an hour to see a nurse practitioner with a bad attitude. I could get that at my pediatrician's office and at least I could see a doctor. CVS converted a closet into an the minute clinic. Really? Invest some money into it! I'm also puzzle as to why they had to swipe my drivers license before my daughters sport physical. What information were they captioning and what are they using the information for? I was told its an nj law??? I could find that particular law listed any where. A simple intelligent answer that wasn't made up would've been nice. This place has a long way to go before I can take it seriously as a minute clinic. At least it was inexpensive. read more

This CVS is pretty busy. They had a nice selection of Easter candy a few days before Easter. There was a large line at check out but it moved fast. I don't like that they have individual lines instead of a bunch of lines.. Doesn't quite seem fair. Their prices are reasonable. read more

The pharmacy seems to be understaffed. Plan to spend a lot of time waiting, and waiting, and waiting. It is not uncommon to receive a huff or less than professional interaction with the clerks. The pharmacists always appear to be working at superhuman speed. I am not sure how they do not make mistakes or burn out. read more

Besides wawa, pretty much the only other thing that is open 24/7 in Marlton. Convenient and accessible to 73 and the street. Certain items are OK to purchase from here. On the other hand, there are certain things I would stay away from and get from other places. read more

My daughter was getting married last Sunday, and I came into this store frazzled, as I needed to print out a few pictures for a memorial display at the reception. There was a kind soul, Sheila, who is an employee, and she saw how stressed I was and proceeded to help me. She was like an angel who calmed me down and helped me to use the photo area when I couldn't even think straight! I just wanted CVS to know they have a special person working for them, and she made a stressful experience much less stressful! I would have given 5 stars, but I was double charged (not by Sheila!) on my debit card, and need to give them a call to straighten this out. read more

After getting our flu shots here the last two years, we came today to get one for this year. After spending around fifteen minutes giving insurance information, we were told to go sit and wait and someone would be out right away to give the shots. After waiting a half hour, I went over to the desk to inquire why we still hadn't received our shots. I got a non-answer like the pharmacist knows. After another ten minutes, I asked again why it was taking so long. The cashier said it's because three of you are getting shots. What did that mean? We never had an issue before. Then, this rude person, Wendy B., the pharmacist on duty, yelled over to me that she's busy and it takes time or something like that. A competent pharmacist could have done it in five minutes. She ignored us the whole time we were there. I asked if she was going to give us the shots now, and she sniped at me. She said we could go get the shots somewhere else if we wanted to. Her behavior was rude and appalling. After almost an hour, we got our shots. I would definitely say, unless you want to wait an hour and be yelled at by an incompetent and rude Wendy B., then do not go to this store for a flu shot. If you want courtesy and competence, go somewhere else. In my opinion, she is a disgrace to the profession. read more

Will never do business here EVER again. Took my 3 year old daughter in to the Minute Clinic 1 hour before they were closing. There was a person in the room, and 1 waiting. Never been there before, I didn't know you had to sign in, so me and my sick daughter who was screaming with an ear infection, and a newborn waited. After 1 1/2 hours of waiting, and my daughter crying, (and after the other patient was finally seen), the Dr came out and told me she was closed, and that "Well you didn't sign in, because we saw too many patients today, so you were NOT ABLE to sign in" My daughter was flushed in the face, tears, and in so much pain and she refused to help a sick little girl. Told me to go to the hospital. I explained to her that this is a minute clinic where even on their sign, they say appointment from 5-15 minutes, and if she didn't waste so much time with the previos 2 people, she would have had more than enough time to help my daughter. After calling the store manager when i got home, and contacting CVS corporate, I was told that they are sorry, but thats how it is. thats all! This is devastating to me that a helpless child could not be seen. So, because of this....I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! read more

Pharmacy staff are RUDE. Three years ago they embarrassed my daughter and I when they were out of her ADHD medication. At the time my daughter was only 11 years old. We presented the written script and were told they didn't have enough to fill the entire script. I asked if they could fill as much as they had left and I could come in and pick up the remainder of the meds when shipment arrived. The pharmacist came barreling around the counter and loudly announced that this script was a controlled substance and they are not allowed to fill it partially. The line of customers were all staring. In my horror, I walked out and was questioned the entire ride to my daughters school on "What is a controlled substance?" My daughter was so upset she stayed home from school that day. In the 3 years since then I have continued to use that pharmacy for convenience purposes only, however the majority of the time they are out of the med, I am told to come back on a certain day and time. Then when I go back it's a 50/50 shot they will have it in stock. Today was the last straw. I called to see if the med was in stock before driving there, of course they were out of stock and told me to come back Tuesday after 6pm. I will never step foot in this store again. I called Walgreens, spoke to such a nice pharmacist, the meds are in stock and I'll be heading over there shortly to hand in the script. Being a health care professional, I would like to remind CVS and their staff that every person with a prescription for a controlled substance is not an addict. Please don't treat us like we are addicts. My daughter has to live with the struggle of ADHD every day, These meds help her get through the school day and hold her thoughts together.
