Updated review by one little star. I only get a 1/2 hour lunch and I can get to WM in literally 2 mintues from my job. I have a bad cold and didn't want to go out after work so I returned here, which I said I wouldn't. I'm not sure if it's because I visited during lunch or that it wasn't the holiday season like last time, but this visit was pretty good. I found almost all of the specific, unrelated items, that I was after - hamster bedding, sand, and detergent. I crapped out on nausea bands for my daughter and a gorgeous "one year rose" that I got at the Somerdale, NJ, Walmart a few weeks ago. What can you do? Been sitting in for my pickup order for over thirty minutes and there were a bunch of cars before me here too. Not one person has come with anyone's orders. Who knows how long they were sitting here before the two people left. Oh here goes 3rd person leaving. Why do you have a pick up when you don't bring orders out? Why even offer it. These orders don't take that long to get and bring out, Target does it and they have an expectation and toke frame to get out which keeps them motivated. Here they say f it we don't care. Ever since the original owner of Walmart passed away they have been in scandal after scandal and lessen their care for customers. If they don't want to have drive up then they should shut it off bit pure people in here on false advertisement, which is a literal lie, anyone who's got an education in business knows that one. It is illegal too. Their values, norms, and virtues lack. Their vm is a Christmas message from Christmas of 2025 about how they won't be open for Christmas lol and then makes you leave a VM. Appalling I just called their CS and they say oh yeah it's just a little girl back there alone. Wth you mean the entirety of that store is well aware that they don't have enough staff that they are not sending anybody else to go and help her. Anybody in that store can do that job. Standard Walmart...big, lotta stuff, pretty much everything one needs. Stopped with my son who's in college in Philly to get some stuff he needed in his room. A few hundred bucks later he had everything. The place was big, well stocked, but also kinda snug in the aisles. Easy parking. read more

I have been to this Walmart a few times, when Target doesn't have what I need. This store is always extremely crowded and the items are all over the place. The store seems dirty and unorganized. They have good prices on the items I was looking for. I have also done curbside pickup here a few times to avoid going inside and it takes forever compared to other stores. read more

PLEASE READ THIS "ENTIRE REVIEW" BEFORE GOING HERE!!! Customer service is TERRIBLE! At the front end during self check-out, my mother was accused of stealing something; nearly all the registers were closed, and there were "employees" standing around in a group by the self check out. ALSO!!! A section in the dairy department (milk refrigerator specifically) smelled as if something DIED! And Walmart's way of cleaning the stench was baking soda. YOU COULD SEE THE DRIED MILK RESIDUE IN THE MATERIAL OF THE SHELVES THE MILK CONTAINERS WERE ON!! SUMMARY: Do NOT do the self checkout, unless you want to be accused of stealing by lazy "workers" who have nothing better to do aside from accusing you of stealing; and DO NOT... I REPEAT!!! The women, pualia at electronics told me and my friends to stop looking at the phones even though we were looking forward to purchasing one. She told us to behave ourselves or else we would get kicked out after doing absolutely NOTHING. I cant believe the treatment we just got. Unacceptable. read more

The Customer Service Desk is full of grumpy, unfriendly and unhelpful people. Literally five "workers" standing around at the Customer service Desk doing nothing other than chatting to each other. I stood at the counter waiting to be served and they all pretended they didn't see me there! I said "excuse me" to one woman and she acted as if I was bothering her. I told her I had money wired to me from a vendor and I told her I was there to pick it up. She stared at her monitor and typed and stared and typed and finally after 15 minutes another woman behind the counter took over. The second person took no more than 3 minutes to process and give me my money. Both workers acted as if I was bothering them by asking them to do their jobs. read more

IMAGINE the ungodly amount of money this corporation is racking up by not accepting returns of faulty merchandise or exchanges of faulty merchandise. Using Covid-19 as an excuse, the Marlton/Evesham store in NJ is failing its customers with this unjust policy. Less than a week ago, I purchased a pair of eyeglasses from this store. The frame came apart before I had a chance to wear them once. When I went to exchange them today, "customer service" told me exchanges and returns are not permitted. "The manager is right there, if you want to talk about it." I turned to see the store manager staring at me as if I had two heads. He did not approach or say a word. The clerk, too. She looked at me as if I had lost my mind. The customer service is non-existent at this store. My advice is to patronize Home Depot or any other business that makes reasonable accommodations for the return of faulty merchandise. Can't find the items you need at Home Depot, buy a hammer instead. It will, probably, work just as well. read more

April 25th.2022. This store and mt Laurel are the pits!! Management is poor the employee supervision is the worse yet. The Marlton store tried to call me playing a manager to try and resolve an issue with taking from my cart (dog food) that's covid saying I couldn't have it with other items in the cart ad well. This place should go! Target Doraville do this procedure at all. Reminds me of Kmart when they went out of business. Walmart dog care about no one but themselves. Their employees run the show not the Management. At either place. I never seen such childish ways with no customer satisfaction at all. The store is ran down in Marlton. The Management is sub par.if that they lie to your face and act as if you're wrong. I will update this review every month until I get satisfaction from the BBB or consumer advocates office. This is gotta stop and I will do my best to let the public beware of this abuse. Don't call 1800 Walmart they shift the complaint to the store to stop any further escalation not getting it to Doug McMillan CEO Walmart. I am so angry at this Walmart. I ordered a Walmart pickup/delivery. It said it was out for delivery. So I tracked it and watched her drive past my house while I tried to flag her down. She then marked it as delivered. Well, I don't have my groceries. I tried to call the store multiple times to no avail. They never answered. I tried to call the driver, they never answered. I tried to call Walmart customer service, and their answer was "oh well it's being taken back to the store, and is going to be cancelled." WHAT. THE. HECK. Why. Wal Mart...where you can see the oddest pajamas, the funkiest shoes, and the weirdest hair colorings and that is on the shoppers at 4pm. I go to Wal Mart when I need something cheaper than other places. I am not a huge fan just because the place is always crazy. The parking lot is a mad house, the store tends to be in disarray, and there are never enough registers open. I do have to say that they have good prices, the employees are often nice to deal with, and they have a little of everything. If it was not such a pain to get in and out, I would probably shop there more often. read more

Jesus H. Macy, NEVER A-FREAKING-GAIN! My guy and I went here awhile back, and all I wanted were new some earbuds for my iPod. I waited 10 minutes for the woman behind the counter in the electronics section to finish her personal conversation to help me. After telling her twice what I needed, she point to some guy behind me and said, "He'll help you" and went back to conducting her private life on WalFart's time. The guy she pointed to? Some Dude. No, literally. Some Dude. He was standing in the middle of the aisle talking to people and not about electronics or whatever else they sell. Nor did he have a uniform on. So, bored salespeople, take note. Don't want to do your job? Just designate Some Dude to do it for you. Watch customers leave and go to Target. Considering how long this location has been open, I'm surprised that I am the first to review it. Maybe its not that surprising, after seeing the clientele I am thinking that there is a good chance most of them do not know how to use a computer. Wow this place is gross. I only came here to compare some of the prices on items I was purchasing at the Target on RT.73. The store is filthy, smells like rubber, and the lighting is so poor. This is the dirtiest, least organized Wal-Mart I've ever been to and that's saying a lot. The first impression was terrible with garbage littering the parking lot. It doesn't get much better inside with dirty aisles and products in general just thrown on shelves. If we were ever going to get car jacked, it was going to happen in this parking lot. The Walmart Pharmacy is awful. Customer service is dreadful. Personnel is frequently spiteful, rude and disinterested. Wait times are often long, for no seemingly good reason. There is almost always some sort of problem, communications with the doctor, processing payment, etc. I do not routinely leave comments, but this service is beyond the pale. It wasn't one time. I don't understand Walmart. I am paying for grocery delivery, the contract employees no-show, takes three phone calls to customer service on hold to even get a response. Their solution is to "resend" order to be delivered in 20 min. Two hours later - email that 80% of items not in stock....and they are going to deliver (someday). And they charge for this service? They need native English speaking customer service and employee delivery people. Contractors clearly can't do the job and don't cost walmart a dime. I assume they are working for tips. read more

The only reason I go here is for my cheap insulin I don't need a prescription for. Other than that I don't step foot in walmart. I made the mistake of buying a tv from here, and it never worked right. Even after the repair man. Good for cheap shit. I've never used yelp to bash a company or employee. That all changes today. I took a ride to with my sister to drop her 86 yo Mother in Law off to shop at this Walmart. So we pull right in the front now we know you can park there but keep in mind we're dropping off a 86 yo woman. There's a over active shopping cart gatherer who getting the carts. He pulls with in 6 inches to my sisters door and yells at her about parking in front. She explains she's just dropping off someone. Then he throws his hands in the air and says something other than the English language. My sister is like 1 minute he's like no move. Little did this coward know I was in the backseat. So I just out get right in his face and explain that we're dropping off a woman who doesn't move around to good and we'll be a minute. And of course I get a dirty look and give this coward a few choose words and a piece of my mind. I think his actions weren't called for after all Walmart is about customer service. I think he should be retrained in customer service. Of course when he saw me and what I had to say he started to walk away that's why I use the word coward trying to use his fake parking lot security on a 86 yo woman and a young mother. He changed his tune and walked away when he was confronted by my geee I wonder why. But by way my friend you kept say can't you read the sign and there was no sign to be seen and I doubt you knew the English language anyway. Every time I go through the self-checkout, an employee comes up to my cart and snoops around in my bags and/or asks "is this or that paid for?". This is the 1st & only place I've ever gotten that--even the other Walmarts nearby don't do this. Maybe I should switch to a more formal attire....?? read more

It's Wal-Mart that should almost be enough said. This store does not have a very big selection of items and definitely lacks friendliness and helpfulness in customer service. The parking lot always seems to have an accident or drama unfolding. The store is not laid out well and never looks like it has been recovered from the night before. The cashiers say as little as possible with as much attitude as possible. It's the closest Wal Mart to my home but I am more than happy to go to a competitor now. They do have a Subway Sandwich shop in this location. read more

It's a Walmart. Nothing special about this place, just your typical, run-of-the-mill Walmart. Consistently long checkout lines. They have 15-20 registers, of which only 4 or 5 are open at any given time. They have a Subway and a Pretzel shop in this one, in case you get hungry while shopping (or waiting in the checkout line). I went to the Cherry Hill store on Route 38 yesterday, Sunday, late morning to do a quick return with a receipt. Went into the store and notice right away that the Customer Service desk was not lighted and no one was working at the counter. I went over to ask one of the retail associates who was milling around and I was rudely told that it was closed because no one showed up for work. I asked to speak with the manager, who walked over to myself and other customers waiting by the service desk and was told that she could not do a return because only the customer service employees have the needed "codes" She at least apologized. I rarely, if ever, shop at Walmart but the one time I did and decided to return a 20.00 item, big mistake, I decided to just donate it. Never again. Can't understand why anybody shops at Walmart or why this multi-billion dollar company does not have better trained, more helpful employees. Can't understand why a manager can't step in to help with returns or store pick ups or have a cashier pulled to help out if needed. Bad experience all around. read more

Very very bad service. Item prices constantly ring up with wrong prices or ring up too many times and when you go to customer service to correct it they treat you like a criminal. I bought a car battery there and they charge you a fee that you get back when you return the old battery. That is fine, BUT no one at customer service knew what I was talking about and it took a half and hour to find someone who did even though it was right on the reciept. The store is also dirty and poorly stocked. I travel to the Turnersville location instead if I need something from a Walmart. Items there are cheaper than Marlton anyway because the area is a different demographic. This I don't understand with a company that will price match a competitor, but not it's own stores. It's B.S. That is why it has lost so many customers to Target. read more

This local Wal Mart was remodeled recently. The best thing about this place is the hours. They open early and close late.

I visited this Walmart while in South Jersey. The exterior is deceiving. Where I live, all our Walmart's have been totally updated, a few times. Upon walking into this Walmart, I thought I had walked into my Hudson, Massachusetts Walmart... circa 1996. This store is in SERIOUS NEED of being gutted and restructured to like 2017 stores in eastern Massachusetts. It's EXTREMELY DATED. read more

Walmart on RT 70. Very convenient in the Evesham township. Lay out of the story is similar to all other Walmart stores and have a relatively easy time navigating through the store since I go there often. Very reasonable prices on the items I purchased today. I'm good after shopping today. read more
