The setup is beautiful. Digging deeper everything there is name brand, there are no off brands like family Dollar or other dollar stores with all Chinese product. We were able to find 90% of what we need for daily hygiene and household items. We were VERY pleased with the selection and thankful we went in. The staff was really nice and very helpful. Talking to the owner on site this is their 2nd location, the first is in Delaware. If you haven't already tried this store you need to stop in. Prices are better than Walmart.

The ear had been split for several years, and I wore clipped earrings until I decided to get the ear repaired. Today, the stubs came out, and I finally saw the results. Amazing! My earlobe is healed, and I am ready to wear pierced earrings again. Believe it or not, it's been about 30 years since I wore pierced earrings! The care was phenomenal. Dr. Spears is an A-1 plastic surgeon and a female to boot. The staff members are the nicest people you ever want to meet. Customer service is exceptional, above and beyond what you typically get in a doctor's office. Reminder notifications are sent in a timely fashion. Staff will take the time to personally phone you if there are concerns or a missed appointment. But most of all, the team relates to patients on a personal level. Today, I called to change the appointment time, and Stephanie, the office manager, asked me about a health concern I shared with her during one of my visits. She then said she had thought of me and prayed for my recovery. It was so lovely of her to say that to me. All of the staff members demonstrate that level of personal care and concern. There is very little wait time. I have only waited up to 15 minutes to see the doctor. I have always been seen within a reasonable time frame of my appointment time. I can't say that for most practices. The office is clean, and the decor is warm and inviting. I don't know if I will have reason to use a plastic surgeon again, but if I do, and the concern fits her expertise, I'm there! I'll find some reason to go back! I have shoulder length natural hair for about 10 yrs now...I can braid and wash and blow and iron my own hair but sometimes you want someone else to do it Doris is very knowledgeable about African American hair and gives well needed advice which I appreciate. It came out awesome, I have natural 4c-4b hair texture, I say 4b due to many coloring to cover those grey hairs (yikes!!)
