Before I could ask for the exchange or credit the cashier bluntly stated "we can't accept that because it was opened". Their return policy on the receipt states "product must be in original condition and package (With all tags attached) for returns/exchanges."' No where does it states that the packages couldn't be opened. Exactly how are you to know if the product is correct if you don't open the package. I'm not a beautician and clearly this was my error. However, the product was not used and we put in it right back in the original package with all of the tags. Wasn't worth arguing with her about it. They just lost a customer that's all.

I paid an extra $20 up charge for the gel nails and now they won't fix it free of charge because it's already been fixed once....this is not a way to do business if it's supposed to last AT LEAST 2 weeks according to your nail tech. There should be no reason that you can't fix my nails...it's due to the application and the salon is not meant for people that might have an oily nail base.
