First time checking this mall out. From the facade of the mall seeing how beautiful it looked, I assumed it would be a great mall to check out but it was a bit opposite. Half of the stores were unfortunately closed! There were a fair amount of shoppers present. Half of the stores present are just your typical chain stores. The food court is bustling at least which happens to be conveniently right next door to the movie theater. Mall is well maintained with plenty of great amenities. Overall, Casual mall experience though it could of been way better. read more

Pot holes everywhere .... 2/3rd of the stores gone. If cooper and the restaurants weren't here it be closed completely. Can't mall walk because trash comes in and solicits you to buy candy from them. They were also coming into the restaurants and the wait staff chased them out security and the police showed up but I doubt it will stop because they're minors. This mall is going to be nothing left but cooper soon because the low income housing that just went up in walking distance is what's ruining it. Just stay away!!! Love this terrific little family mall! Miss these malls so much, smaller mall but fun to stroll through with fun atmosphere. You don't see these kinds of malls much anymore, usually malls are mega malls with two floors and huge outlet stores and restaurants. This is a sleepy, fun mall that is just a pleasure to walk through. Great if you've got little kids they got lots of little fun things to do here. The mall is extremely clean and the stores are really handy and fun. I love the little food court in the middle of the mall. Such a great place to go especially with kids they have little parks in there. Cool little buggy cars for them to ride. This was also the location for the Burlington county coronavirus vaccine mega site. And that's how I got my chance to see the place. All I have to say is definitely stop in sometime you could walk the entire mall in five or 10 minutes. Cute place I wish I had one like this left in my hometown. read more

Nice mall, even though it's a little lacking. Came to this mall because I was going to Yard House. Afterwards, I decided to take a walk inside. It's actually a nice, spacious, and generally comfortable mall. It has a good look to it and I'm not sure if they renovated it more recently. There was a lack of "name" stores however, though the selection isn't too bad. They have the anchor stores of Lord & Taylor and Sears along with a Regal multiplex. They have a basic food court and some restaurants such as Yard House. There's also the typical mid mall staples like Auntie Anne's and Cinnabon. Overall there's no a bad selection of stores, though it feels empty in spots and some areas where stores used to be are abandoned. It could be because it was a Thursday, though it's a summer Thursday at the same time. Some new stores are opening, such as Go - but there seemed to be missing something here. I'm not referring to those brands that consider themselves "high end" (could care less about those brands honestly) either. There's Hot Topic, Five Below, H & M, an F.Y.E., Hallmark, Home Sense, Children's Place, the Foot Lockers, and so on. Again, not a bad selection for shopping. They have a kid's area, but there's only statues and some rug for the kids to play on. There's ample parking. They post the mall "rules" or "code of conduct" in a few spots. Can't say I see that too often. Overall a nice mall for a visit - whether to shop or just to browse. There is a good enough variety, but hopefully some different stores can make their way in here to give a little extra here. read more

Your typical mall, relentlessly declining due to online buying. Most of the big boys have left. Most of the few replacements are lightweights. About two thirds of the stores are empty. Essentially, one big glorified five and dime with a smattering of mostly no-name restaurants. But this was a gorgeous, thriving, full mall just 15 years ago. This review is for the Food Court ONLY: .... IF you could call it a food court. More like an Airport Waiting area! I went there for lunch today for a change of pace. There are (count them) FOUR stores for a quick lunch. Saladworks was the busiest venue (but $10 for a salad? It's a treat and where I ended up buying lunch) but a few folks also bought lunch at the Hot Dog place (formerly where Taco Bell stood). There was also a Pizza place and in a kiosk-type place in the middle was a Japanese-style food counter. The tables and chairs were nice, as were all the charging stations. Hence, the appearance of being an airport gate area. This mall is really dying as I saw few stores open in the area. I didn't walk around but I haven't had a need to check out the rest of the mall since Macy's closed. read more

Im thinking and hoping that this mall transforms for the best! I dislike big malls so this one is my speed. I like their anchor stores of Macy's, Lord & Taylor & Boscovs. Sears os so so. They also have a really nice Hallmark, Gertrude Hawk and some upscale shops. The 'dining court' is being refurbished - right now it only has a Subway (yuck!) & a Saladworks. The area itself around where the future fast foods will be boasts plenty of room to pull out your electronics and relax. The ladies room is quite large, lovely & clean! Lastly, there is a movie theater that has reclining seats - hopefully like the AMCs! I like shopping centers over malls but this one has a little of everything of what you need for a decent day of shopping or perusing. read more

I feel like this mall really needs A LOT of work. Theres nothing wrong with the food court everything in it is delicious! The stores on the other hand... very week. Only a few stores in there can hold their own. They need a serious upgrade, its sad and gloomy in there. The only thing people come there for is the movies and food. Those are the things that is keeping the whole entire mall alive. I feel bad because the mall has so much potential. Every time i go there its basically empty. And the walk is short...When you walk into a mall like...Cherry Hill it gives off this rich and never ending vibe. Like the mall is filled with so many stores and great things. My check in and review is only for the food court. Although the Mall has some great restaurants attached and some decent chain options such as Panera, Noodle & Co.,The Corner Bakery, Pei Wei, etc. that are nearby, the food court itself is pretty sad. There were only 5 choices when an errand took me to mall recently. The choices were (1) Subway, (2) Salad Works, (3) a Hot Dog grill type place, (4) Suki Hana -Asian mall food place and (5) Phila. cheese steaks. It does look like they are renovating the food court area and hopefully they will be opening up some more and better options. I like this mall and I would like to see it do better and be able to come back and add a star or two. read more

Moorestown Mall - Shopping Centers Near Me - Moorestown, New Jersey

I feel like this mall just needs some TLC to improve and it could soon become a destination like the Cherry Hill Mall. The vacancy rate here is just much too high and some of the current stores are a bit outdated as well. There needs to be more variety, more "oomph." I love the 90's style Boscovs here (it's a great place to shop during Christmas), but otherwise, the mall is lacking. Macys and Sears are standard, but the food court feels like a major step back in time. It was probably last updated when I was an infant. The location is great. It's just up to the mall managers to invest in the future and bring in some fresh retail faces to liven the crowd. That's just my opinion, though. read more

The Moorestown Mall is doing its best to stay relevant and popular. Recently the Mall has added new restaurants and a boutique row. It'll be interesting to see how the Mall does with the recent announcement of the Macys closure. The eateries here are great- my favorites are The Yard House & Harvest. Both places have some killer happy hours. Their food court has a salad works and a Ritas that is open all year. While the Mall doesn't have nearly as many stores as the Cherry Hill Mall, they do have some good ones. The Moorestown Mall is home to Boscovs, Sears, Lord & Taylor, Cotton On, Claires, A&E, Bath and Body Works, Kay Jewelers, and so much more. Moorestown Mall also houses a movie theater with reclining seats! Make sure you book your tickets ahead of time if you want good seats- all seats are pre assigned. Moorestown Mall also frequently holds different events- like pictures with Santa or the Easter Bunny for both kids and pets (book online to avoid the lines and pay the same price). read more

I like this mall. They say that good things come in small packages, and I believe that applies to shopping centers too. The anchor stores are the usual suspects, with the addition of Boscov's of which I am not completely familiar. And even though the mall proper is one level, the anchors have 2 or more. The smaller stores are some common ones, but also a few that are unique. My favorite store is the EMS, but that's just me. Food options are much better than normal mall offerings. There are 2 spots that are by well known chefs, and another 2(?) somewhat casual/upscale choices. The only thing lacking is the food court choices, but it appears they are soon to be opening more venues. And there is even a theater that boasts those really sweet reclining seats. Ample parking rounds out the package. I would like to return to explore Boscov's and eat at Vetri's joint. So does that make me a fan? Almost, shall we say 3.75 holiday spirit Yelps read more

The lady at Claire's in Moorestown mall was so rude and ignorant. I can't believe people actually talk to people the way she did. I asked the young girl that worked there what was the lady name she said that the lady runs the store there. I was totally surprised of her being the boss after the rudeness from her. The young lady said the boss name is joyce. Someone really needs to speak with her about how people should talk to people, TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! This is possibly the strangest layout of any mall in any state, although it seems equal with Christiana Mall in Delaware. This used to be a big deal, but then came Promenade at Sagemore, and Moorestown Mall is no more (or just a lot less important). Between Sagemore and Cherry Hill Mall, this mall has become almost irrelevant. That's sad. The parking lot was easy for designers but it's craziness for shoppers. I'm guessing that the designers did the whole job on the cheap, and the shoppers deal with all the compromises. read more

I actually grew up hanging out at the Cherry Hill Mall but I prefer the Moorestn Mall . I used to work in Mt.. Laurel so it was great to be mins away and do my shopping or go there 4 my lunch break. I tend to like more smaller cozy malls and Moorestn fits the bill. I also just bought a case for my smartphone recently , from one of the many kiosks they have. They have a pretty good food court , no it's not as big as Cherry Hill But,u can get a bite to eat , do some shopping , great anchors stores like Sears which , I have bought all my appliances and TV from here. Then there is Boscovs, Jewelry stores, Sport and athletic stores and lots of the popular teens and juniors clothing stores. If ur anything like me and do not like major crowds , then go to Moorestn. Mall. They have a multiplex theater which is great and it's right next to the food court which is super convenient . They just renovated and expanded the theater. As well as opening up from the theater a cool bistro style restaurant. There is a saladworks, & a plethora of eateries in the foot court. I am a salad luver I luv their turkey club salad &green goddess dressing , def worth.trying . It would make a nice date nite , get a drink or bite to eat at the Yard house sports bar or Firebirds Steakhouse wood grille, haven't had chance to check them out but def want to and then catch a nice flick,. Hoping one day , just need some some major good karma in my life .& a sprinkle of happiness coming my way. But def try out the Firebirds, Grille and guess what? I've been a Moorestown Mall shopper since my allowance days. This was the mall of choice during my grade school years, when Spencers, Time Out, the food court and movie theater were the only things that mattered. As an adult, the variety of stores is limited, but less crowds makes for better parking and getting in and out and on your way quickly. This isn't the mall I'd choose if I were doing a major shopping trip, but if I just needed a basic top or pair of shoes or something in a cinch, it would do the trick. I'm a fan of Lord and Taylor for those items. And after all these years, the food court is still pretty decent. read more

Meh! I can't figure out this mall. All I want to do is get in, get what I need, and get out. There doesn't seem to be any way to get to where I want to go without a hundred stop signs, and people running the stop signs and almost whacking me. And I can't ever find the right door?! It is NECESSARY to try to run me over with the bus, Sir? After all this crazy, I'm supposed to SHOP? I like to hit the Lands' End section of the Sears and escape. One year, they had a big clearance sale and I stocked up on some nice stuff for the kids. Never again since. If I needed something from a "Mall Store" I'd call ahead and ask them what anchor store they're closest to. It's small and not many exciting stores, but it is beautiful. It has a Boscovs, which is nice considering there aren't too many here. This mall works nicely if you are going out to eat at one of the various restaurants connected to it as a place to waste the time while you wait to be seated. This is my "go-to" mall because it's smaller and far more manageable than the Cherry Hill Mall, and therefore way less crowded, too. There's a selection of standard mall and department stores, including Macy's and Lord & Taylor (really the only nearby location of this one). A personal favorite is Eastern Mountain Sports, full of friendly people and great discounts. The food court is decent, and recent renovations have brought in a sparkling new movie theater. Additionally, there's been a bit of a culinary renaissance, and the mall now features new restaurants like Osteria and Firebirds, as well as fast-food options like Chipotle. read more

I only been to Moorestown Mall once after I left Coco Keys in Mt. Laurel. I was pleased with this mall and it was very peaceful. It wasn't too crowded and they had all the good stores. They almost as good as Cherry Hill just a little smaller. read more

The Moorestown Mall is pretty much the red headed step child of the Cherry Hill Mall just down the street on Route 38. I will say that because it is less popular than Cherry Hill, that it is a much easier mall to deal with in terms of parking and crowds. The parking lots are huge and there are many convenient entrances to the mall unlike Cherry Hill. It does appear they are trying to turn it around a bit now. The addition of Vetri's Osteria and a branch of Jose Garces' Distrito will bring some much needed quality restaurants to the mall. PB&U and Chipotle are still solid quick options though. They also just added a movie theater, although I haven't checked it out yet. Anyway I would highly recommend it if you aren't going to a specific high end store. Most of those are at Cherry Hill. At the end of the day, who really needs a mall when you have Amazon at your fingertips? read more

I used to think this mall was good when I lived here but after moving to Northern Virginia, if a mall doesn't have at least two levels then it just seems to be lacking. For a Saturday afternoon this place seemed to be a little dead. The closed skate park seems to add to the void. read more

It is great to see that management is really trying to make this mall better than where it was before. There are more new stores showing up, new restaurants by world-renowned chefs, a new movie theater. There have been major improvements on this location, and I am happy to see that it is trying to compete with the Cherry Hill Mall. This mall is still an easier mall to get in and out of - traffic wise - compared to the Cherry Hill Mall. Granted the CHMall has more high-end stores, but I always come to Moorestown first unless there is a store that is only at the Cherry Hill Mall. The poor Moorestown Mall has gone through many phases as many malls have and most malls do. It's definitely a lot better now than it was 10 years ago. I typically stop at this mall on my way home from work if I need to do some shopping because the Macy's and Boscov's are much better at this mall than at the Voorhees Town Center. The Moorestown Mall also has a Lord & Taylor and Sears attached. Pretty much the same stores at other malls except for some specialty shops like Sephora and Lush. It's definitely not as high end as Cherry Hill, but not a bad place to shop. Decent food court. Clean mall. Ample parking. Plenty of dining options around the mall if the food court doesn't cut it for you. My favorite part of the mall: PB and U near the food court. You can never go wrong with peanut butter and jelly. read more

Not the biggest mall, certainly not the best mall, but it's not bad if you're close by. Boscov's (one of the anchors) is a better store than you would expect it to be... and they have a classic candy counter upstairs. The usual variety of Gap, Express, Children's Place, Bath and Body Works... and a pretty good food court, with some healthier options like Subway, Saladworks, and others. Keep in mind that adjacent to the mall itself sits the huge East Gate shopping center, with bigger stores like Best Buy, Barnes and Noble, Old Navy, and Loehmann's -- so you can definitely do a LOT of shopping in the area. Additionally, if you have little ones, this mall is a great place for kids. Except for the anchor stores, it's all one level, so you don't have to worry about navigating strollers from level to level. They also have free strollers you can use while you're shopping. Just be sure to have lots of pennies ready for the kiddos to toss into the many fountains. :-) read more

Depressing. At this mall, you'll either find closed stores, or stores that are closing. It's rare to find open stores here, but most of them are just piece of crap stores. Even Boscov's can substitute this mall, heck, it's even better. read more

Getting better. It's been like 3 or 4 years since they started renovating and somehow they're still not finished. The food court looks beautiful now but only has two restaurants; the worst subway I've ever been to and a Saladworks that is somehow still in business despite this not being 1998. There are plenty of "coming soon" displays, but who knows. Maybe soon means next month, maybe it means 2018. Wait and see, I guess. There is now a playground for small children (no slides, just little climbing things) and a few coin op rides as well. Not a bad place to take the tiny ones, but for 6 and up there isn't much to do but shop. But that's kinda the point, I guess. Other than that there's not much to say. The place looks nicer inside than it once did but it's still just another mall. read more

Good Place.... it has a simpler very nice circular food court with a nice fountain-- prefer it to the 'too busy' bigger malls. Nice Shops. This mall has a long history and the community feeling is felt here. Yes, there are 'bigger-is-better' malls, but the crowds can give you headaches. if you want simple quick small-town shopping ambiance and still have the bit of dazzle of the mall with the large Lord&Taylors type stores, this is it. Oh.. and the movie theatre is always nearly EMPTY in weeknights for its 10:00 PM shows. We watched 2012 ALONE on a Tuesday night and felt we owned our own private theatre. not bad (should not have mentioned this.. as we probably want to keep any crowds away.. heh heh). read more

Eh, this place is boring. As a good and stereotypical American I go to the mall to alleviate my boredom, hoping perhaps the crowds of people and bright lifts will cheer me up, but this place really lacks any cheer. Even from bratty teens. There's no interesting stores, just your average mall fare. (Except one restaurant; the name escapes me but it specializes in peanut butter or something like that. It's interesting, but pricey). The food court is lame, it's all your average stuff yet somehow none of it looks appetizing. Not to mention the mall is tiny so you can't get a good walk in, and its size means there's little in the way of stores. Unless you need something specific or you're close by, skip this one. read more

I grew up in South Jersey but moved away nearly 18 years ago. My, how things have changed. So much urban sprawl and the malls have to compete with dozens of strip malls now. The Moorestown Mall has always been one of my favorites - easy to access, lots of variety in shops and a decent selection in the food court (once a place that we used to frequent for dinner after long days and no desire to cook). Not so much now, but it looks like it's been renovated. I don't get Boscov's, personally - just no identity to that store but it's a major anchor and draw here. read more
