Marshalls, HomeGoods, Homesense, and TJ Maxx are establishments that provide value for your purchases. When retail business declines, these companies continue to flourish for a reason, they have an operation, where regardless of city, state, or socioeconomic difference, you can always expect to find quality items at discounted, and/or affordable pieces. Because of the aforementioned, I initially opt to not take a car through the store, knowing that when I do, I'll definitively purchase many more items than intended. Reason- there's always a treasure chest of great finds, and items you forgot you need, want to get, or the price is so reasonable, how could you not purchase the item you're drawn to. The Marshalls and HomeGoods store is divided into one space for the former and the latter. The store is maintained extremely well. The store is clean, add organized, which is often difficult because customers believe they have a sense of entitlement wherever they shop, and whatever they decide they don't want is not placed back where it was found, nor the way it was found (on a hanger, hanging from a display, in the correct aisle, shelf, department, etc.). The store is well lit and spacious. In Marshalls you can find clothes from toddlers to adults of any gender, jewelry, accessories, outerwear, workout essentials, confines, perfumes, shoes, luggage, hair care products and appliances, facial and skincare products, toys, collectibles, sports fan gear, and much more. In HomeGoods, there have seasonal and non-seasonable items well organized and displayed. There's aisles with each of the following, lamps, rugs, furniture, furniture accessories, framed artwork and photos, mirrors, pet supplies, clothes, and accessories, bedding, linens, pillows of all types, sheet sets, comforters, and duvet covers of all sizes, bath products, bath furniture, storage, and accessories. There's bath towels of all sizes, colors, and patterns, washcloths, hand towels, stationary, cleaning products for home and car, cards, gift wrap, bows, ribbons, gift bags, bag accessories, bedroom accessories, chairs, cookware, appliances, states, glassware, accent pieces, laundry items, storage containers, picture frames, cutting boards, tableware, stairwells, oven mitts, serving trays, kitchen utensils, step stools and ladders, teapots, coffee cups, barware, holiday items, books, desks, desk organizers, book ends, vases, accessories for children's and teens rooms, decorative decor from around the world from ceramic to glass to wood, food items, sauces, oils, sweeteners, spices, paperweights, dried fruit, decorative baskets, electronic and mobile phone accessories, beverages, gift cards, holiday outdoor display items, and the list goes on. If you walk out empty handed, it's an anomaly, and near impossible to do. The staff is friendly, helpful, and moves lines along at an expedited pace. Wonderful stores. The clearance deals on clothing at Marshalls are outstanding. The problem is (for me anyway) there seems to never be much to choose from in regards to men's clothing, especially in my size. The Marshall's of Moorestown by far had the biggest Men's clearance section of any other Marshall's location I've been to. I have trouble finding jeans that fit me and that I like. I found 3 pretty nice pairs of jeans that fit me great on clearance, the most expensive pair being $13. The other Marshalls I've been to recently have also had super weird/strict fitting room rules. They'd count your clothing prior to entering and after leaving the fitting room. They'd take from you whatever you weren't going to purchase. This Marshalls didn't feel the need to count the articles of clothing I was entering/leaving with and allowed me to place my unwanted items back on the clothing racks myself. read more

I just want to thank Dilaura (I apologize if I misspelled it) for her outstanding customer service at the Moorestown store. I misplaced my car keys in the store while shopping and went into panic mode because the store was about to close and I could not find them. She was kind enough to volunteer to help me look for them. I had no clue where they could be (it's a pretty big store) and it felt like I was trying to find a needle in a haystack, but she patiently helped me re-trace my steps and she was able figure out where I had left them (in the pocket of a coat I had tried on! LOL). If it was not for her, I'm pretty sure I never would have found the keys. She deserves praise (and a raise!$) for truly going above and beyond as an employee. read more

Docked a star for one reason: The Check Out Line. Goodness. I had two things in my hands to buy and was stuck behind dozens of people with carts filled to the brim. I honestly didn't think I was ever going to get out, which wasn't good, as I was on a time limit during my visit. There must be some way for the store to fix that issue. Otherwise, I was pretty shocked that I was able to find such nice brands (IE: Calvin Klein) at such a low price. I mean, I guess that's what Marshall's is all about, but in the past I had never struck gold, so this was fun. I'd like to go back sometime when I'm not restricted by time and check out the Home Goods side, too. read more

I go shopping here all the time cause they have such a wide selection of merchandise! It's a Marshalls and HomeGoods combined so it makes sense that they would have a lot of stuff. The staff is super friendly and helpful! They're also taking super great precautions during COVID-19. The only bad part is the long line but it usually goes by fast and it is two stores in one so there's no way around it. Highly recommend going here! read more

Pretty good finds for half price. Although I never intend to spend 50-100 bucks or even minutes in here, that's usually what happens. It's easy to go overboard considering Home Goods is connected. Great having the two together for one stop home and clothes shopping. read more

Marshalls - Making life just a little easier - Department Stores Near Me - Moorestown, New Jersey

I've been here a number of times, as of late it's been mostly for the Home Goods section. The selection is decent, it's home goods so you know it's kind of see what they have and get it while you're there or risk never seeing it again. You can come on a Tuesday and find absolutely nothing and come back on a Friday and find absolutely everything. Here is what I have noticed about this particular location, a LOT of their items are damaged. Especially, their furniture pieces, it's a little annoying. As far as the Marshalls (Clothing/Shoes/Bags) section I just don't have it in me to look through racks. Everything starts to look the same after one aisle. When I do find some things I head to the fitting room which is pretty spacious... I like the different Definitely, Possibly and not today hooks. I usually stick to shoes here. I usually find one or two pairs within first glance. So it's A-Ok with me! The lines can be LONG on the weekends, but, they usually move fairly quickly as they seem to staff appropriately. But of course you are in line long enough to be tempted by the tons of knick knacks you are surrounded with as you go through the "temptation lane". Lol read more

Huge store! Love it here, don't be intimidated by the checkout line-they have a lot of registers and it moves fast! They have an amazing selection of kitchen and bathroom items. Their shoe department is also large with a huge selection for women. read more

I wish I could say I love this store.. I try to give it a chance because I find things I love! However because its Marshall's and Home Goods together in one,they need more cashiers or to separate the cashiers for each store. I shouldn't have to wait 25 minutes to purchase my items. Once you do get up to the cashier they are mostly all miserable.. Never smile and/or having a convo with the cashier down from them! I had to rip my own receipt off because the girl was too busy talking to a co worker. Hopefully changes happen soon ;) read more

This place has rarely been a good experience for me, I can't speak as much for the Home goods section, as for Marshalls. The clothing is mostly junk, which is probably why its in a discount store, I have rarely walked out with anything all the times I've shopped here. Other reviews are correct about the employees, they are rude, and unfriendly, hardly a hello, or goodbye. Register lines are very long even when their are few shoppers since they only have one or two registers open, and takes forever to check out, at busy times you will spend forever and ever trying to check out. If you plan to shop here and expect long lines, and rude staff, and you wont be disappointed. read more
