I went to purchase perfume last night from Kohl's Sephora 3 associates and all clueless in the store for 25 mins left with no items one associate standing there just looking at me when I told her what I came for / Mugler alien perfume she stated she was about to go on break, the next associate clueless never offer assistance and couldn't find items even though it stated 2 in stock. third associate didn't even no where the sample bottles are I went home and purchased online this store is good for testing products but not purchasing. these people aren't knowledgeable and like to stand around doing nothing not Sephora standards. read more

I haven't shopped at Sephora since I left NYC over a decade ago. I was always impressed by the customer service and was not disappointed in Philly. Skye, the sales associate gave me personalized service and was very pleasant. She actually seemed to like her job which is hard to find in retail. read more

Non existent customer service. I opened this store in 1997 and remember customer service being a priority. Not only was no one willing to help me today when I attempted to use the coupon that they had just given me at the Amazon return desk, but there is no phone number or email that is viable on their website. This is the worst business ever and I will never shop at this store. What a shame. read more

I've never been to Kohl's before. A friend sent me a text telling me to check Kohl's out and raved about Kohl's cash. After a miserable day of Black Friday he'll, I swung by this Kohl's and this experience changed my entire day. I managed to buy Christmas decorations for my house which I would never do, I also got some throw pillows and a pair of running shorts. I walked the store and if I had my wits about me, I probably could have finished all my holiday shopping, earned a vault full of Kohl's cash and still could have planned a trip somewhere exotic to escape winter. The store was clean, orderly and the cashier I had was super nice; there was even a Santa Claus though a little too skinny but maybe Santa went on the the keto diet. If I were more of a holiday person, I'd say that my kohl's experience was like a cheesy hallmark channel holiday movie. Poor lonely person that hates the holidays and people had his heart warmed and becomes a huge fan of Christmas!! Anyway this Kohl's is awesome and since it's my only experience with Kohl's I hope all Kohl's are this fantastic. read more

This Khols is nice with a good inventory. They usually have good savings on name brand items which is great, especially for kids. This area doesn't have many stores like other neighborhoods so it's nice that Kohl's is within convenient distance to satisfy shopping needs. read more

Go into this Kohls at least once a month to find some good sales. I decided to even get the credit card to take part in the good coupons and deeper sales that come with the credit card. The staff here for the most part is helpful, though it make take some searching to find someone who is available to answer a question. They just recently re-did the layout of a few sections of the store, so now I have to get used to that, but other than that I would recommend coming here for simple purchases. A few of the clothing lines are a bit pricey, but you get good quality for what you pay, depending on how much you shell out. The best purchase I had was a shirt I bought for work that was on clearance for $2.50. It's definitely worth going through the clearance racks if you have time to kill. read more

This location is right man door shopping center. It's convenient if you live in Roxborough/Manayunk and don't want to cross over onto City Avenue to go to the Kohl's over there. I've never been in that shopping center where the parking lot was full. Today when I went into the store there weren't a lot of people in it was rather peaceful. The only reason that I did not give it more stars has nothing to do with a particular location but will the Kohl's as a whole. I went into by the new coffee cups for my Keurig Brewer VUE, they sell the Brewer that I have which is the newer version but they do not sell the coffee to go with it. They have an abundance of K cups yet I cannot find any of the cups that were compatible with my new machine it requires larger cups. I would just suggest that they get coffee TO COINCIDE WITH THE BREWERS THAT THEY SELLING THEIR STORES. THE STAFF THERE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND TO CALL AROUND TO SEE IF THEY DID CARRY THEM, I WOULD JUST SUGGEST Kohl's CORPORATE THAT THEY SELL COMPATIBLE COFFEE. read more

While most Kohl's are similar, this is a pretty good one. I went in recently specifically on a quest for fun lingierie for a bridal shower. Their selection exceeds other Kohl's locations, as they even have special bridal products. Nowadays its hard to find nice, but inexpensive lingiere so that's definitely a plus to them. They also carrie Essie brand nail polishes at market price. There are so many places that carry Essie polish at this price, however when you tack on the extra coupons they offer, you are getting an awesome deal. Overall the store is clean and the employees are friendly. read more

I bought an upright sleeper here. I have tried all complicated head and neckware, and this is by far the least uncomfortable. The main benefit of this product is that there are no extra parts putting pressure on your eyeballs, grinding away at your scalp, or blasting your head with lasers. I would also make an additional purchase to supplement this item: The NeckPro Traction Device. I effin' love it. Makes me feel like gentle angels are reaching down and grabbing the base of my skull and pulling upward as if to remove my head from my body completely, only they don't and the disorienting euphoria that follows briefly frees me from my neck pain for a good 10-15 minutes. read more

While I don't always leave with something, this Kohl's is the best in the area in terms of selection and number of discount racks. Us bargain shoppers know the Kohl's clearance racks are where it's at. The employees here are always polite and helpful. My only complaint is that the racks in the women and juniors sections frequently are in disarray, but that may just be because those racks are gone through more than the other depatments. I come here at least every other week to see what I can find. read more

Still a Khols. But they don't seem to hire people from the neighborhood. I have several friends who are more than qualified who have applied and been rejected.-myself not included-this is not a favorable practice. Also the employees seem clueless when asked questions. All in all I will avoid this department store location when I can and I suggest you do the same. read more

I was having a major issue with on-line ordering and your a 30% off code that I got. I called the on-line department to help me out but they just told me no. Told me the code I had on my coupon was not good until September 24. But on the coupon it said September 15-25. I asked to speak with a supervisor and still got no where. I called the Androa Store where I always go and spoke with Elaine P! She was wonderful. She listened to me and helped me right away with what I need to do. Being in customer service myself, I found this to be what it is all about. She took ownership of the issue and understood where I was coming from. I have been going here for 10 years and am always impressed. The best workers are Milton and Shelby they are so kind, thoughtful and hardworking. Employees and manager are always eager to help and work hard. Also even during the holiday season (and all year round) they keep the store so clean and organized which is impressive considering some stores become waste lands. Especially the dressing rooms! Always clean. The coupons and the Kohl's cash make shopping so affordable! Always have good begins too. Kohl's is amazing! read more

Kohl's is a great place and the one in Roxborough is very well run. The black Friday lines are virtually non-existent.

i like this store. it is a little over priced. employees are not as friendly as others. nice selections for clothes. I like how they have a bathroom because some stores do not have bathrooms. They play nice music while you are shopping. Their dressing rooms are average. i would recomend this store but beware of their prices. read more
