Although the store was busy--being the weekend--Chase went the extra mile to help me problem solve through my unique set of circumstances. I left the store a very satisfied customer. I had a similar experience last Fall with another staff member, whose name I , regrettably, did not ask before leaving. But she was a female member of their staff. I figure after two back-to-back similarly positive experiences, I ought to leave a review.

The woman who attended to me looked me up and down like the shop worker from Pretty Woman. I was informed that I needed a wedding date and venue already booked to even get access to their services and was sent on my way. I have never felt so profiled and judged, which is unfortunate because their dress selection was in my price range. Got a one star because the dress selection looked stunning from what I could see, but the service was horrible.

Nicole's Bridal wasn't on the short list when my dtr and I shopped for her wedding gown. Although…read morewe were confident in the selection and quality offered at Nicole's, we were concerned that the prices would be too high for us. When we arrived at our appointment we were warmly greeted by Maria and Nicole. We discussed styles we had in mind, and styles we were open to trying. The selection was impressive and we were made to feel very comfortable. The quality of all the dresses surpassed what we'd seen elsewhere, and there were many more unique and sophisticated designs available. At no time did we feel pressured to exceed our budget or to engage in the " say yes to the dress " role play (although we did celebrate once the choice had been made). For brides looking for quality material and design, fair pricing, and excellent service and tailoring, I couldn't recommend Nicole's more highly.

I love this little store! The other day I had wall sconces on my mind but, as usual, when you're…read moreactually looking for something, it can be rather hard to find. I wanted sconces that would hold taper candles, not the electric sort that leave you having to hide the trailing cord. So I decide to run to Sweet Magnolia to replace a candle that had recently burnt out completely when, lo and behold!, there is the most gorgeous pair of gold-leafed wall sconces hanging right before my eyes! This is why I love Sweet Magnolia - you can find such elegant pieces here when you least expect it. I also appreciate that their prices don't put a huge dent in your wallet. $58 for the pair? I'll take them! The store also carries the greatest soy candles ever by Aquiesse which last a rather long time and come in several delightful fragrances. They also carry an array of other home goods - Forte teas, place settings, bath and body products, stationery, baby gifts, and jewelry. Definitely a great little shop for finding last minute gifts or a treat for yourself. I've seen similar items at other stores like Anthropologie for twice the price, so why not patronize a local entrepreneur instead?

First off, I wish I took pictures because this place was kind of a mess. The first thing you notice…read moreis the security , there were about 3 security guards and one cashier. While walking around the security guards are looking at you and make you feel really uncomfortable. On top of several security guards walking around there was not a lot of merchandise to look at. This store was all over the place and in my opinion was not an enjoyable shopping experience. I finally got what I came for and waited in line. The line was about 10 people deep and there was only one cashier. It was not until 20 minutes later that the cashier called a 2nd cashier to help. There was more people behind me and you could tell people were annoyed with the customer service. I live around this Ross and do not remember the last time I came, and now I remember why I do not go to this Ross. I most likely will not be coming back to this store again. I would rather drive to the Warrington Ross then go to this one. Suggestions for this store would be: have more than one cashier at the front of the store when busy. And if they are short handed a simple apology for the long wait would have been okay with me. Also organization of the merchandise would also make this store a lot better. I do not mind the security, the thing I did mind was the Security people "hawking" us ( the customers) it felt awkward and made it seem like we were all thieves.
