First time here. Arrived next door to pick up food but had to park in front of this store. Lured in by sale signs. Grabbed a vest off the rack, and went inside... greeted cheerfully by staff. Asked if I wanted to try on vest, so I did. Was surprisingly offered to be shown like 3 different ways to wear it. I was in a hurry so I didn't really get to look around. Traffic was steady with people constantly coming in. Staff were very polite, helpful and engaging. I'm not one to shop much for clothing but I'd come back here if I'm in the area again. Was just at Finally and couldn't believe how rude the owner was. Just because I wanted some jewelry in a gift bag, she keep putting me off to wait on the next person in line. When there was no one in line, she leaves to go hug some one who just came in. Then tells me I can give you the ribbon and wrap it yourself. I guess because I don't stop there a lot, I was treated like a second class citizen. They are closing that location and will be in a trailer doing business. I have been shopping here for several years and have been very satisfied until now. This is the second time that a pair of flying monkey jeans have ripped on me. The first time it was within three weeks and I had my receipt still so they did an exchange for another pair. I purchased that pair at a friends charity event for cancer so I think they were more willing to exchange them. The new pair ripped in the same spot but since COVID I wasn't able to get back there for several months. Fern told me to contact the company. I did contact flying monkey and they said it is the responsibility of the place in which you bought them to exchange them. I'm not going to argue the point with Finally because Fern seemed very uninterested in keeping the customer happy. My only recourse will be to not shop there anymore! This store is amazing. Myself and my girls shop there all the time. If I need anything in a pinch I run in and they dress me for my occasion. The staff is so helpful and kind. The clothes are stylish and up to date. You will not be disappointed. There is another review on here about a bad experience and clothes smelling of smoke. I was actually in the store that day with my daughter. I witnessed the whole encounter. The owner was not rude at all. The clothes smelled very bad of smoke, the clothes were not able to be resold, nor as a customer would I want to buy them. It wasn't about being racist, etc. read more

This store is so cute! My friend suggested coming here to look for evening bags and cocktail rings. It lived up to all expectations. They had a lot more accessories, clothes, shoes, bags, etc. Donna was so helpful and sweet. Mrs. Vespe was also so helpful. The inventory is constantly changing so it's always fun to drop by and check out the new stuff. The owner, Fern and the other sales staff are so nice and they all have a great sense of style. Fantastic gem -- this shop has a large selection of very cool, interesting and unique accessories and clothing. I totally agree with the first reviewer. I went to the store just to purchase a hip evening bag, and left with 2 stylish bags, a bracelet and two scarves that I wear all the time. Surprisingly inexpensive, too. I have worn all items over the last month and get a lot of compliments! The sales staff are super nice (no hard selling at all) and actually help you. Great accessories. Found a great dress. Reasonable prices. Helpful staff member who actually took a pic of me in the dress and used it for social media. Willing to accessorize clothes u bring in- except I can't seem to get in during the standard business hours. 6pm on weekdays is nearly impossible after work and the site says 8pm on Thursdays but I tried that too to no avail. I was out trying to get donations for a local Army fundraiser, and I no sooner got the words out of my mouth and I received an absolutely what would you like! This was from the owner of the shop, I was so surprised by her response that it took a minute to realize that she said yes. Fern was incredible and the staff are great. BUYERS BEWARE.....Of 'FINALLY' Lovely one of a kind women's boutique, tucked away in a strip mall on route 70 east. Having said that, it is not without some disturbing flaws, of the human kind. The day after Christmas, my husband and I paid them a visit to exchange one of the several items (Five) to be exact that my charming Santa delivered under our tree. Only to be stopped in our tracks by a very rude woman who described herself as the owner. Not sure if she was playing the race card, but I am interracially married...when she began to rant and rave about the smell of smoke in the garment. There were several shoppers in the store and her antics got their attention and ours. Now, I'm aware that smoking in this day and age is still a hot topic, but that's not what's bothersome, it's the way it and we were handled. After those embarrassing moments I was "Finally" offered $20.00 back on a $40.00 purchase of which I didn't want in the first place... only to look around for whatever. Afterward it dawned on me, the smoke was not from any cigarettes as she suggested, but rather from the fireplace next to my tree that would surely air out in a day or so. So, what is the moral of this sharing you might ask? Just this: Be careful of how you treat others, for you may be in the company of Angels! read more
