I ended up picking out @10 total and my wife loved everything. 3 pieces ran too big and my wife had no issues swapping them for a smaller size with no issues and loved her experience with Daria also. Yvonne and Devon immediately made me feel comfortable at my appointment-- along with my mom and maid of honor. They understood my style, and only pulled dresses in my price range, which was about the lowest price at their store (~$1200). I went during a trunk show, when all dresses were 15% off. They never made me feel less than for looking at their lowest price gowns, and did not try to upsell me, either! I had 10+ gorgeous dresses in my style and price range to try on -- and guess what. I ended up changing my mind about my initial dress. I called back the next day, and they allowed me to credit my deposit to another dress in the store (they gave me a long second appointment to try on more dresses to confirm which one I wanted).They continued to be so kind, taking me through multiple fittings with their preferred seamstress. She made my dress fit like a second skin, which really brought my dress to the next level of breathtaking. I see some negative reviews on this page, and I just want to counter them with my extremely positive experience. There is nothing we did, or nothing about us, to "deserve" special treatment, so I really think my experience is an absolutely fair representation of Devon and Yvonne (the owner). They were so kind to us, and made the experience of my multiple fittings dreamy and fun!!

One email, and a few phone messages I finally got her when she answered the phone and she assured me that I was all set and I would be getting a contract soon. Two weeks before the wedding, after receiving nothing, I emailed her twice and she ignored those. I then left three voice messages and she also ignored those. Needless to say, I did not have a dresser for my daughter even though I was assured that I would. Everything went just fine on that special day but I would be very hesitant if I were a bride searching for a gown and having to put my trust in Yvonne and Country Way Bridal. Stay away!

It's a relationship the offers the workers/owners a fair price for their goods. This is important for independence and in many cases survival. On each shelf or hanger there is a story. Most items come with information about the artist or business owner. The owner of this store enthusiastically touts information about all of the items. Her zeal, passion and friendliness is another reason to stop by. My purchase was a beautiful blouse made in Thailand and a small change dish made in Kenya. The prices were more than fair and I'm enjoying my purchase. The shopping experience gave me a feel good moment. Would I shop here again? For sure!

After limited shopping done mostly online, it was fun to be in a store searching the racks. My reason for going to the store was an online return. Nordstrom has a great return policy. The return line was long. I almost left but it seemed to be moving so I waited. Well the line moved pretty fast. Marquita, the cashier, was so efficient with the returns/pick ups that I only waited about 7 min. Not only was she efficient, she gave the customers personal attention and was friendly and nice! She had my returned processed so quickly but still was able to have a conversation with me. The store has a lot of merchandise but it clean, staff wear masks and hand sanitizer is available. The bathrooms are open and clean. I felt comfortable shopping here

We appreciated greatly that they said up front there's no haggling on the price, and that they'd work within our budget and not push us to go above that. Working with Bear to design the perfect ring was a breeze. He took a picture I had as inspiration and designed exactly what I had in mind. His recommendations on stone size, the width of the band, etc were spot on. The coolest part was getting to try on a 3D printed model of the ring with the stones inserted! This was at no extra cost to us. We could not be happier with the finished product and our experiences there. We'll definitely be repeat customers for our wedding bands!
