I asked Mike to remove bose crap and install Polk MM6501 components the front doors, with the tweeters in the sail panels. In addition, I asked that he run power to and install a Precision Power 5 channel amp. I asked that he rewire the existing Bose subwoofers to be powered by the new amp. Flawless work. He did everything I asked at the price quoted, and in the time quoted. Walked me through the sound test and tweaked the amp to my specifications. If you want someone who does the job right, go to Mike. I traveled from Downtown philly, past another car audio shop, and over into NJ because I knew he would deliver. I've used another car audio shop on Vine street in Philly before. Very, very average work, focused mainly on ghetto blaster types. Again, not a bad shop, but not nearly up to par with Audiosonic. They have random techs that do the installs. To contrast, Mike does all the work at Audiosonic. I paid more, and it was worth every penny.

As I entered the store the Loss Prevention security guard greeted me with a smile as I entered and exited the store. The lady working the area near the fitting rooms was alright I suppose. My cashier "ALexis" was great, she smiled and thanked me for my business. If I had to name something I disliked about this store it would be that Alexis was the only cashier and the line was long. It wasn't Alexis's fought at all-but that's the only thing I didn't like was that there was only one cashier station were available for use. Great Ross store though, I shall return!

I bought 2 pairs of jeans thinking they would fit. They didn't, I was told I could return them if they didn't. I returned to the store a couple days later with my receipt and the original price tags in hand. They told me because I cut off the little plastic thing that holds the tags on was cut off they would not give me credit or let me return the items. Really? I didn't hear from them at all, so I ended up sending a message that I'm no longer interested. I believe in keeping your word, and if you say you're going to call and do this & that by a certain time, at least give me the common courtesy of reaching out instead of just leaving me hanging on the day of if this have changed. The dealership has informed me that I need a new engine due to what they claim is negligent maintenance, yet they have not provided the diagnostic trouble codes that were present when the vehicle arrived, explained whether a specific mechanical failure occurred, or identified the actual root cause of the issue. Instead, they are relying solely on the presence of sludge to deny warranty consideration. What is especially concerning is that they have refused to perform or submit an oil analysis, despite having an oil sample available. An oil analysis could help determine whether contamination, a mechanical failure, or another issue contributed to the engine condition. They have also refused to submit the claim to warranty for review, even though my factory warranty expires in just a few days. Communication has been extremely frustrating throughout this process. Nick has been difficult to work with and has not provided the information needed to understand or evaluate the diagnosis. The only way we have been able to get updates has been through my husband speaking with Mike in person at the dealership. I understand that warranty claims sometimes require extensive investigation, but after more than a month, I would expect a thorough diagnosis, transparency regarding the findings, and a willingness to provide supporting evidence before recommending a complete engine replacement and denying warranty coverage. I have also requested that the dealership contact Stellantis and request a factory field technician to inspect the vehicle. Given the lack of a clear root cause diagnosis and the severity of recommending a complete engine replacement, I believe an independent review by a Stellantis field engineer is warranted. Unfortunately, this request has not been acted upon. Instead of thoroughly investigating what actually caused the failure, the dealership appears focused solely on attributing the issue to maintenance without providing the evidence necessary to support that conclusion. Based on my experience, I DO NOT recommend this dealership's service department.
