A great little spot for framing and gifts in "downtown" Collingswood! They are SO helpful and patient when it comes to the framing process. I went in with a rather large print and they helped me select the right frame and mat. Full disclosure I decided that it was too expensive for me right now (although the price was totally fair for that large a print), but they were very understanding - and I will be back post-holidays! You will be in good hands. Plus they carry a nice selection of handmade objects like pottery, prints, jewelry, knickknacks, ornaments, socks, and one of my favorites - Jonathan's Spoons! Such a nice place for a little shopping spree. Great for little gifts or home decor. Beautifully set up, not too crowded, reasonable prices. You can anything from hanging glass globes to scarves to jewelry, lovely cards, paintings, purses, etc. Quite a few original pieces and apparently, they try to support local artisans. The sales staff are quite nice, not pushy at all. In the heat of the summer, the store was not stuffy at all. read more

Awful service. Decided to buy some Christmas gifts here and spent well over 200 dollars. One of the gifts wanted to be returned for something more my daughter's style. We came in looking to return for store credit and pick something she would like more. Talked to the owner who was extremely rude. It's been less than a week since Christmas but since it was bought in November we were past any return window even with it being the holiday season. The owner was rude and condescending towards me and my daughter. Very crazy that they have no holiday return policy and treat their customers like garbage. I will not be shopping here again as they seem to only care about getting into your wallet and not customer satisfaction. read more

This is a great store in the center of Collingswood! My issue is that I see items in there that look unique and nice, and have to think: "Where would I put it? Do I really need that paperweight?" They have a varied selection of items to purchase, including scarves and dainty gift items. I'll definitely stop back in this fall for Christmas gifts. I really enjoy shopping at Arts Plus Gallery - especially for gifts for family members and friends. They have a great selection of jewelry, pottery, and other handmade items. Most recently, I purchased a mug for my mother-in-law, earrings for my mom, and a puzzle for my Dad. The staff there are friendly and I feel much safer going to a small business (especially on a week day) during COVID then to a bigger box store. This is one of my favorite shops in South Jersey. This store has been open since 1978. It is not just part of the renaissance of Collingswood; they helped start it. arts plus is super cool, it is my favorite shop in collingswood. it is like a merge between an art gallery and a gift shop, so there are things there that are pricey (about 300-400 dollars seems to be the limit) but also plenty of affordable stuff. we go there whenever we need to get a special gift or just to browse because there's lots to see. everything there is unique, they feature artwork by local artists and there is a framing area in the back where they'll do custom frames. if you need a one of a kind gift or something special for your home, this is the place. read more

I love shopping in this store and have done so for several years, but it wasn't until recently that I had a need to get a framing job done for a gift -- and quickly! Sam spoke with me on the phone about what I wanted to have done. He completely understood what I was hoping to achieve and quoted me a fabulous price, so I dashed the photo right over to him. He helped me choose perfect colors for a double mat and then cut it while I waited! Since the mat was going to be signed by many, he marked in pencil where the frame would cover it so no one's message would get cut off after the piece was finished. And he reserved a space on the mat for an engraved brass plate. When I returned the mat to him he put everything together in record time. The finished product came out even better than I'd imagined and was absolutely PERFECT! The person who received the gift was blown away by the elegance of it and there wasn't a dry eye in the entire crowd. I had several people ask me where I'd had the framing done and was thrilled to tell them about Arts Plus. They did an ultra-professional job in record time, were easy to work with, and had the best price by far. This was a total win all around! Can't wait to work with them again. read more
