The foam in the seat cushion and the lumbar cushion in one of the chairs had deteriorated over the years. I called and asked if they could get replacements. They did. I went to pick them up and, when I offered to pay, they told me no payment was necessary because this typical after the sale service. My chair, the one where we replaced the foam in the cushions, has to be at least 15 years old. With renewed foam in the cushions, I'll be good for years to come. I got just what I needed at no cost. What a great store operated by great people. We will be back. Thank you, Patricia's.

With some antique stuff thrown in here and there, the overall theme is fairly conventional. When you enter the shop, you'll be overwhelmed with the huge selection of amazing home decor and gift items. I was immediately drawn to the baby section which was filled with adorable products- everything from hair bows, to bibs to small toys. The prices start low and can get pretty steep but worth it. Throughout the store the items sold are made by small businesses from around the globe. It's a relationship the offers the workers/owners a fair price for their goods. This is important for independence and in many cases survival. On each shelf or hanger there is a story. Most items come with information about the artist or business owner. The owner of this store enthusiastically touts information about all of the items. Her zeal, passion and friendliness is another reason to stop by. My purchase was a beautiful blouse made in Thailand and a small change dish made in Kenya. The prices were more than fair and I'm enjoying my purchase. The shopping experience gave me a feel good moment. Would I shop here again? For sure!
