I'm not one to shop much for clothing but I'd come back here if I'm in the area again. Beautiful clothing displays and accessories. I honestly can't wait to get back to take a thorough look.

Unfortunately coolness comes at a price...a very high one at that! I fell in love with a victorian-esque black floor length layered ruffle skirt that cost $347! However, they are definitely quality items! Sid was a fantastic help in helping find items that would both fit and flatter my friends and I. It was great. If I had the cash, I'm sure a large portion of my wardrobe would be from this store!

I had the pleasure of meeting Tammy at Urban Princess today, and what a wonderful experience!…read more I stopped in looking for a gift for someone I work with who is moving back to the West Coast. Tammy was so helpful without ever making me feel pressured. She showed me crystals, some beautiful light oils, and necklaces that could be worn multiple ways--as necklaces, bracelets, or anklets. At one point she simply said, "Get what you feel. Get what you think." And that was exactly what I needed to hear. This person happens to be my birthday twin, so I initially thought I was going to go with garnet. But then I found the most beautiful silver lotus earrings! One pair was $15, or two for $25, and since I was shopping on a budget, the lotus earrings were perfect. And honestly, how could I pass up a lotus? Tammy made the experience feel personal, relaxed, and enjoyable. I left with exactly what felt right--and already knowing I can't wait to come back and see her again. Thank you, Tammy, for your kindness, your ideas, and your beautiful energy.

The boutique is airy and modern with white walls framed with floating shelves and wood elements. She attempted to hide behind structures so it wouldn't be so obvious that she was following me, but it was. I was modestly dressed in casual clothing; nothing out of the ordinary. I was in the store for about 20 minutes. So why was the young black salesperson following me? Either the salesperson is racist against her own people or staff is trained to follow black people. Either way, it's not good. Needless to say, I'll never shop at this store again. My recommendation: don't shop in this store if you're African-American.
