Donna took one look at my face and said, "I have the perfect dress for you." I'm between 12-14 and am working through some insecurities, so when she said that, I said "yeah, right." Donna told me I deserved to feel delicious in my dress, so I tried it on. My God. I looked and felt like a mermaid Goddess. The dress is a beautiful mermaid/trumpet style gown that hugged my curves in all the right places (I'll update with pictures soon!). It was affordable and very well-made. Normally, I would've walked right by it. Thank God I listened to Donna's advice. She is honest, smart, so so stylish, and she sees and celebrates the beauty of everyone who walks into her boutique. I felt like Cinderella and Donna was the fairy godmother (the Brandy/Whitney Houston version with the sassy and fabulous Godmother!). I could go on about our wonderful, h uplifting conversation, but I'll end my review with this: Stop in and say hi. See what's there. I guarantee you will leave feeling "delicious!"

Just picked up my very beautiful mother of the groom dress. I have a mixed review of this boutique…read more The particular sales person (Mirella) who worked with me was really lovely, as was the seamstress Christine . It seemed clear to me however that the owner of the boutique, who had initially been extremely friendly over the phone, was not particularly interested in my business. Although she had originally told me on the phone when I made an appointment that she would be happy to help me select a dress, when I arrived she seemed cold and disinterested and handed me off to another salesperson . She then approached a second customer who seemed lovely - and was a size 0 for sure. I have heard that this is the reputation of the boutique, mostly catering to the size 0 and size 2 set. I feel very happy with my beautiful (expensive) dress . Again when I returned to pick it up today after it was fitted, the owner was fairly perfunctory with me. She didn't ask if I was happy with the dress that I was going to be wearing to my son's wedding. When one has a special event coming up and goes to a lovely boutique like this to pick something special out, one wants to feel like a special customer.

I had an extremely unprofessional experience with this business…read more I dropped off materials to be altered and was told that an invoice would be sent later that same day. The invoice never came. After hearing nothing for an entire month, I had to call the store myself just to find out what was going on. During that call, the staff seemed confused about my order. The person I spoke with apologized and acknowledged that the store had failed to send the invoice as promised. Despite their mistake and the lack of communication on their end, I was later told they would no longer work on my materials. This was completely unexpected and very disappointing, especially considering I had been patient throughout the entire process. What made the situation worse was the tone and lack of professionalism in the response I received when trying to address the issue. As a customer, I should not have to chase down basic information about an order that has been sitting with a business for a month. At this point, I have asked that my materials simply be returned in the same condition in which they were dropped off. I strongly recommend that anyone considering using this business be aware of the poor communication and lack of professionalism I experienced.

While searching the racks, my Grandmom asked to use the bathroom where she received a whole lot of attitude. I felt that our presence was a bother. Their reduced rack (50%) seemed more on the line of where their regular prices should be. The rest of the store is wrapped in plastic which makes dress shopping difficult. The have great dresses although extremely overpriced. On the staff attitude alone, I would not give them any business, even if I fell in love with a dress. Went to another boutique a few stores down, the staff was wonderful. My Mom tried on 12 or more dresses where Trish was patient and so helpful. They were welcoming, friendly and had a much better selection.

What a horrible experience! I have never been treated so poorly by a salesperson. When I visited…read morethe store I was the only costumer on the premise and they could not give me the time of day. I was shopping for my wedding dress and evidently they keep all the dresses (let's be honest, they probably have a laughably small selection) on the second floor and costumers are not allowed up there. So when I asked what the process was of learning what dresses they have, she gave me the most condenscending look and the poorest attitude. It was so shocking and appalling---all I was doing was trying to give them business, why we're they treating me so horribly? Little did this salesgirl know, I know a number of people who have shopped at this store previously and since hearing about this they have all pledged never to spend another dollar there. To anyone considering shopping here: not worth your time (such a small selection of items and the store was poorly set up) and be prepared for truly shocking customer service (or lack thereof).
