When we got to the door there was a sign up saying the store was closed for inventory....oh no I was so disappointed BUT the lovely lady inside saw me peeking in and opened the door. I told her my story and she was so kind and gracious to let me in as long as "I didn't mind the mess". Alas, the dress was nowhere to be found (my fault for not snatching it up when I had the chance). The co-owner even called her partner while I was there to see if she knew the location of the dress. I love when someone goes above and beyond what is expected in order to help a customer. Kudos to you Lulu...I will be back.

i first came upon linda's loft by accident when i first came here to help my ill father. imagine my…read moresurprise when i learned the entire store was 70% off to clear the way for next season's merchandise! it carries high-end designer clothes, a retailer few and far between around this crappy area. i quickly picked up a chan luu necklace, a pair of loeffler randall shoes and a red haute top at real steals and vowed to return. this time, things were only 50% off. i guess it's not the end of the season. but i still got a steal on the most adorbs pair of loeffler randall sandals i couldn't pass up. linda's loft has great stuff and you can almost always find a discount here. everyone is friendly and not pushy. the vibe is lovely and shopping is fun, not high-pressured. enjoy a treat for yourself!

Unlike other boutiques, Linda's carries lines that you will not see everywhere (and definitely not at major department stores). In March I had a day off and decided to go shopping with some of my friends to purchase a ring. After shopping for about 30 minutes I found a ring I really liked. It was "sterling silver" with a black gem on it. I had wore that ring for my everyday jewelry, and unfortunately about a week ago I was at work and went to pick up a hotel pan to wash it and the whole ring bent and was not fit-able on my finger any longer after that. I paid over 45-50$ for it but did not have receipt with me when returning it, because I never would think a "sterling silver" ring for that much would ever bend from picking up a 1 pound hotel pan, knowing its every day wearing jewelry. When I asked to return it or to receive store credit, the lady FIRST told me I would be getting store credit for it, but then called the owner and then switched her story, and blamed it on me and saying I'm the reason the ring was bent in half. She told me it looked like it was ran over by a car. Which definitely did not happen and she did not believe my story about the ring, which is unfortunate and unprofessional. At the end of the day it's very frustrating that there was nothing worked out, knowing I work hard for my money and wanted to reward myself and now that is down the drain. I wish the business owners were more understanding. Will not be coming back and will not recommend.
