I found a great variety of over 85 stores including Adidas, American Eagle, Coach, Reebok, Banana Republic, Kate Spade, Puma, Starbuck's and others. You can shop the outlet online but experience of going store to store in this well organized outlet mall is worth the trip. I found quality items from store to store, however I can't say that I found it at a discounted price. BTW. No food court. read more

Outdoor, closer to the cities compared to Philadelphia premium outlet. Has converse, Ugg, Francesca, J crew factory, Gap, and a few others. Missing a Coach outlet store. Maybe in the future they can bring that as well as Swarovski, Victoria secret? Forever 21? You can easily spend several hours here. Most of the stores have a nice clearance section. Great prices! Nice parking arrangements. There is a center park area where kids can sit and play. Most bathrooms are now open. read more

Easy to get to from Route 42, I visited the Gloucester Premium Outlets midday during the work week (I believe a Thursday). There are lots of outdoor areas where you can sit, and a nice water fountain. I saw parents with strollers walking around there and enjoying window shopping and being outside. There's a wide variety of shops but it's not overwhelming (tip: check the website to see which stores are open and call to confirm they can do what you need - like if you're going there for returns. Website is pretty accurate). Haven't tried the food options except for the Cinnabon, but there is a Starbucks there. I would (most probably will) come back here again. Have been here a few times they have a lot of different outlets most of which don't really have good deals. The facility is nice and the shops are what to be expected, there's a lawn area to picnic or hang out if that's your thing. They have a huge outdoor fire place to sit by on chilly or cold days. They used to have a nice food court but got rid of it for some more shops which I thought was disappointing, though I didn't eat there it seemed like a nice area to complete the vibe and give people an option while shopping. Also, why have a big lawn area to sit and eat or chill if you don't have any food options or a reason for people to want to hang out? Anyway, most of the times I've gone there I spend most of the time walking around and maybe buying 1 or 2 things. I guess it would be a good trip if it's nice out and you have nothing better to do. read more

First time at this outlet--I usually go to the one in Limerick but this one is actually a lot closer to me so I decided to give it a try. Typical set up and similar stores so I got what I expected, which is good. The parking situation is always hectic no matter the time of year, I'm noticing. I was in and out of a lot of stores; some places like Ugg and Nike had a line out the door but surprisingly the wait times weren't long at all. Found some good deals at Ugg, Columbia and the cutest little purse from Coach. I have to say, this might be my new go-to instead of Limerick because they're practically the same place. These outlets are amazing. Wide variety of different shops. We were especially shopping for shoes, and they have a bunch of shoe stores there. Got some Nikes and Adidas for great, affordable prices from clearance. Friendly's there is also great food and great service. Definitely shopping here. read more

Ok this is your typical outlet mall as far as the stores go. The setting is nice and it's all outdoors. The food court no longer exists but there are a few food truck options. However, when we visited only the lobster truck was open so it was lobster or Starbucks if we wanted something to eat. There is a Friendly's restaurant where you can sit down and eat a full service meal as I didn't see any to go counter. But do you really go to outlets to eat? I sure don't although I enjoy snacking more that spending time in crowded stores. Overall, the setting is nice, the grounds are well maintained and clean and all the usual stores can be found here. For some reason certain stores such as Nike, Ralph Lauren, and Adidas had unusually long lines extending outside and several doors down. I'm guessing big sales and capacity limits enforced which is a good thing. read more

It's a nice little location; it's almost like this little christmas village of clothing stores. It was clean and quiet, with ample parking and a pretty good selection of stores. Why the low rating? Because it's just another strip mall. Back in my day, (a classic old person sentiment,) outlets used to be great places to find deals. Nowadays, it's just another place to spend normal prices on the stuff you like. I guess I just have a problem with this place having the moniker of an "outlet." "Gloucester Premium Outdoor Mall" would be a much more accurate description. There is nothing "outlet" about $70 Crocs, or $40 polo shirts. You can literally go to Marshalls, Ross or Burlington to get real "outlet prices." It was a pleasant enough experience, just walking around the grounds, but I see no reason I would ever go out of my way to come back. I can go to the mall to pay full price for Express shirts. read more

The layout of the outlets was nice with tons of outdoor space which included a grassy area for the kids to play in. Tons of cool stores to choose from. I'm not sure if I will be back. On Sunday I was looking for a pair of boots that I found in a Cole Haan in the Poconos, but they did not have my size. While on the way back to New Jersey, I called to see if they had the boot in my size. Jackie who answered the phone was so nice and helpful. She checked for my size told me she had it and would hold it till I got there later that day. When I arrived the shoes were waiting at the counter like she said. She came over and asked if there was anything else she could do for me. I asked some questions and she answered them all for me with a smile the whole time. You really don't find customer service like this anymore. She is a real gem. I will shop here more just because the service was so amazing. And oh yeah, I love the boots too. Michael Kors Store Kayla, Kayla, Kayla! This young lady was absolutely outstanding. When I entered, I was simply looking for a passport holder. I told her what I needed and I ended up purchasing the entire set below. I would have purchased an ear bud case but they didn't have one in the same color as the set I purchased. Kayla, was personable, kind, attentive and an absolute joy. She truly did not leave my side until I was done. The store was well kept and sanitized. The entire staff practiced social distancing and masks were used. This was a truly a pleasant shopping experience. Thank you Kayla!!!! read more

I've been to this outlet mall hundreds of times, and end up buying clothes from the same place every time - Banana Republic. The prices are affordable, and every time that I've visited, there's always a sale! It's best in the summer time, however, I have been here on a cold wintry day as well. You can warm up with a nice coffee drink at Starbucks. I wish this outlet mall was similar to Woodbury Commons in NY because then I would be here ALL the time. Sadly, it's not. I would love if they added more designer brands. Also, Nike doesn't belong here because everything is full price. read more

I like Gloucester because it is smaller than most outlets and therefore more approachable. The odds of losing your car in a sea of vehicles and wandering aimlessly is significantly lower here than other outlets. Even though it is small it has all the heavy hitters you'd hope for, Nike comes to mind. They also host a few food trucks like the always fabulous Cousin's lobster. My only issue with the outlets is the outrageous lines to get into some stores. I wanted to check out Nike but there was a bouncer and a line about 200 people deep, so it looks like I'll be paying full price for my sneakers. read more

I love an outlet experience however my quick trip to steve madden was mu less than pleasant. I went in to exchange some sandals I purchased from the Delaware outlets the previous weekend. I walked in and observed two employees standing behind the register. I approached and asked to ask a question about my return. the female staff, who later stated she was the manager, immediately responded by saying all the reasons she wouldn't be able to facilitate my exchange/return. i eventually changed my mind about exchanging my sandals as the "manager " became increasingly rude and irate. i walked away from the register to shop for some sandals. the manager proceeded to follow me repeating that i had only paid $20 for the sandals. I asked her to leave me alone and to stop following me at which she behan to scream " how r u gonna check out! Get out! i was so confused at both employees behavior. they ended up closing the store early... I probably will not return to that store. I should have called the police as both employees made me feel unsafe and attacked!!! for a high end store that was very low behavior! not wat i expect for my high end money!!! very disappointed!!! read more

Disappointed that there isn't any higher-end brands like Coach, Kate Spade, and Michael Kors so Ill still need to go to AC, DE, or PA for good brands but it's nice this is within 5 minutes of my house. The outlets are so nice! The Landscape is awesome and walking around isn't confusing like the Limerak ones in PA! The outlets here are basically in one big square. Some stores were definitely not ready for this grand opening. Some lacked customer service. Kudos to Shawn from Reebok who actually greeted his customers and knew his products! I ended up buying shoes there. Clearly this store was prepared for a grand opening and trained all their employees properly. Everyone was so friendly and nice there. And Francessa's location here is big and they have a lot of product here! I was able to get two gifts. Only thing that sucks is the greeter did not greet us, she just stared at me when I walked in. Definitely either go in the morning or at night to beat the mad rush. I hate going shopping when it's too crowded. I hope they plan on building one or two restaurants near the outlets. Not everyone wants to eat at a food court when they're shopping. read more

Well, they're coming along! Okay, so I haven't actually been keeping tabs on the progress of these outlets. I'd likely be much more eager to know about shop openings if I still lived in South Jersey. Nonetheless, it was nice to spend a couple hours browsing here recently. Sure, lots of the storefronts are still listed as "coming soon," but these outlets have plenty to offer already. Like Loft! RIP money. And Yankee Candle. And a bunch of other recognized names. Also, their bathrooms are nice. FYI. I'm excited to see this spot evolve over time! Definitely a nice addition to the area and a worthy alternative to the Deptford Mall. read more

This is a big deal for folks who live in our area. This center is beautiful and only 5 minutes flat from my house! My prince and I went for a stroll and checked everything out. I was especially taken by Lindt's walls and walls of colorful chocolates (and samples!) but also am thrilled that NY & Co is there! Lastly, on my radar were - Toys R Us Express and Yankee candles - WOW - it's the biggest store I've ever seen - I was in olfactory heaven! I spied some shoes for my daughter in Rack Room Shoes and then returned at night with her to purchase what she chose. I loved the store - a great variety for all ages and sizes. I got a really good deal on cuff down boots for my daughter and Nike sneakers (as a BOGO!) for my son. I will absolutely be going back and keeping this center thriving! read more

I have been back to the Gloucester Outlets a few times now. The Kenneth Cole store has been very good with some deep discounts. The staff at KC is also very helpful. The Asics, Adidas and Puma stores have a nice selection of discount merchandise. The Under Armor store is large and they have some good deals on clearance items in the back. The bulk of the items at Under Armor are only discounted slightly. I didn't see any real great deals at Nike, Converse. Lucky, or Oakley. The bathrooms are large, bright and clean. There is a lot of parking. There is a larger Starbucks on premises. The Gloucester Outlets has a good array of shops and there are some decent bargains in some of the stores and worth checking out if in the area. 3.5 stars, 4 for Kenneth Cole. read more

Super clean, nicely maintained facilities. Lots of stores. Personally I would probably like to see a couple more stores that I like, but that's just me own selfishness talking. The stores that are here are great - and plus, there's a nice variety/selection of everything! I checked in on Yelp (!) and got a free Savings Passport which has all kinds of discounts and whatnot. It seems like you can also redeem your AAA card for one of these. Parking lot is plentiful, lots of seating if you need a break. Also, there is a food court - it's not the greatest choices (we ended up leaving and eating elsewhere) but it'll probably do if you're here for a long time. Restrooms are pretty clean! read more

This is a really nice outlet! My wife and I stopped here on the way from NY to DC to check out their Fossil store. That store was quite big and the decor and design of the whole place looked very new. We were pleasantly surprised! They even have a big grassy area with lawn games (which weren't too utilized since it was a cold day). The selection here is pretty standard and it's not a huge outlet. The Fossil, Kate Spade, Michael Kors, and Nike are all nice and big stores though and even though there were a few lines due to it being Black Friday weekend, we had a great time! read more

Very unhappy! I visited the website, went to the outlet for @Gap factory in the Gloucester last week purchased 3 pairs of jeans XL (35) inseam. Size 8. Unfortunately when they arrived the jeans were a size 20 and the length were a size 30‍ I called the outlet store and I was assured that they had the size. However when I arrived they said they're completely out of my size and offered a store gift card. I'm sorry if you don't have the size I need,I definitely don't have any use of a gift card! They were reluctant on giving me my money back but I received it back! I will never shop her again!‍ Don't send out any size just to keep the money and give store credit!!!! Just say you're out. Well, living in a much less populated state meant that going to an outlet was a big deal, so having a rather major dislike of malls, at least here, you can run into a specific shop and get out as soon as you can. I was looking for comfortable shoes, so it was convenient to stop at a few places along the way. Prices were ok, keep your eye out for sales because premium outlets doesn't automatically mean you're getting a great price. Bathrooms were plentiful and clean, located near a small food court. Parking was convenient and quite easy. The only problem we had was getting the hell out - no easy signs to get back to the expressway! That killed about 10 minutes as we wandered out of various exits. read more

This outlet mall is the prettiest one I have been to, with a fountain, open space and benches u can enjoy relaxing on. The stores are well maintained both inside and out. All the standard outlet mall designers are represented here. There are plenty of deals to be had. A Yelp check in gets you a coupon book in return. The food court could be better. Love these outlets! A quick pit stop to or from the jersey shore... or any weekend. As long as it's not raining it's a great place to shop. Bring an umbrella just in case. Levi's outlet has insane deals on jeans (as low as $10 sometimes), Fossil has great deals, I always check out Gap too. First time visiting the Gloucester Premium Outlets in Blackwood, NJ, but it likely won't be the last. I am usually averse to "outlet world" experiences, as being over the top gross commercialism, that no longer reflects the factory overrun and slightly defective merchandise where the concept began; but is now part of the corporate master plan to produce specifically for sale in this setting. Too, so often there is no real saving going on, but only the false perception of discount. Certainly, I saw some of that in the Michael Kors Armani universe. But, surprisingly, other shops provided some true value. Calvin Klein had many casual shirts available at good prices, as did Banana Republic with their slightly eccentric styles. My biggest score was in Columbia Outdoors, where their outerwear was discounted up to 60% from the real online catalogue prices I had seen the day before. Picked up a really nice water resistant green vest and some camping gear. The quasi-village look of the the center was attractive. Plenty of surrounding parking, wide walkways throughout, enough directories to keep from getting lost, and a few food outlets for when shopping no longer overcame hunger. Yelp-wise, not every store was listed separately, making check ins and reviews impossible for we addicts who need to record our every move. That will hopefully take care of itself eventually. Nonetheless, Gloucester Premium Outlets proved worth the drive and a pleasant consumption experience. read more
