Half of the stores were unfortunately closed! There were a fair amount of shoppers present. Half of the stores present are just your typical chain stores. The food court is bustling at least which happens to be conveniently right next door to the movie theater. Mall is well maintained with plenty of great amenities. Overall, Casual mall experience though it could of been way better.

Hopefully it just closes down and can just be a medical facility.

Moore, and a Barnes and Noble all in the main stripmall and a nice Panera Bread in the other smaller stripmall on the other side of the lot, in addition to many smaller and decent sized businesses. I found it was a bit of a pain to navigate and find my way around for my first visit, but I'm sure it'll be fine the second time around and the stores are awesome!

There are a dozen or so restaurants and eateries, a movie theater--Movie Tavern, Wegmans, LA Fitness, Dick's Sporting Goods, Pet Smart, Michael's, and even some upscale retailers. There is also a medical facility in this complex. I've been to half a dozen or so restaurants and eateries here for the last two years such as Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, Red Robin, Olive Garden, Zoup!, Panera Bread, and Zoe's. We frequent Wegmans when we're looking for some specialty grocery items, fresh seafood, and bulk poultry or meats. Having a large-scale grocery store with pub and restaurant (unfortunately currently closed, however) makes it very convenient for shopping and dining here. They also offer buffet-style ready made foods by weight for take outs. Speaking of which, they offer a myriad of ready-to-eat packaged fresh foods. Providence Town Center seems to offer a very good variety of eateries and retail stores for your needs and wants, and it's conveniently located off the Collegeville exit off Rte.422.

Located on an ass ugly stretch of U.S. Route 1 in Langhorne, PA, across from Reedman Toll Auto World, the impression of too much blacktop in front of a long strip of stores, is hard to shake. The commercial zone is anchored by Rednor's (discount groceries) and Marshall's (discount clothing), with smaller retailers filling the gaps. There are several fast food outlets (Chinese, Panera, Duck Donuts, Chucky Cheese, Tacos, etc.), all more or less decent, but nothing to get excited about, not drive too far to indulge. So, you go there if you live nearby and can arrange a multipurpose plan to capture various needs in one trip, like pick up you dry goods, a box of Ducks and drop off your tax prep stuff at H&R Block, or some other variation. Of course if your a cheese steak maven, you might be tempted to go there hungry and visit Steve's Prince of Steaks in a free standing store that sits in front of the shopping center, but feels like a part of it. It looks like they have plans to modernize and construct new buildings along Rt.1, but until they do, this will be at best a mediocre low budget place to shop. Great merchandise in the women, men, and children's clothing section. Halloween and Christmas PJ's out for the fam for those holiday photos. Customer service/sales associate Tyra said hello when we walked thru the door and gave the warm, "Can I help you find something today?" She took us to the women's section and to the sales for the day. The line moved quickly. My faith in outlets has been restored. I will be back. To be continued.

The store is stocked BUT it's not clean, it's dirty and dusty all of the time. Young staff members…read morewander around the store and aren't helpful. Discounts aren't even that great, unless you get their credit card, which I won't. The store layout is awkward and too congested. Either clothes are too short or enormous, there is no in between. I've lost interest in the store. The fitting room has a lot of returns, I think people feel the same way as I do about the clothes.
