It's pretty desolate, empty -- surprising they've managed to keep the doors open. On the bright side, the corridors are long and bright. It seems like an ideal space for older folks to walk around in the winter. When all's said and done, if you're starting from Central Philadelphia, you're better off going to King of Prussia for the selection or Christiana for the tax free shopping.

Perhaps one of the worst outlet malls around. Lots of vacant stores, run down and disorganized shops, mall security guards everywhere and in groups of 3 or 4 which tells me this place probably has its share of trouble. Although, there are a few good stores this place is not worth the trip in my opinion.

But great memories were there in that building. Neighbors seeing each other shopping, school friends out with their families. Teenage boys and girls meeting their school sweethearts there. I have never encountered such a morbidly depressing retail atmosphere in my life. We took the kids there to see Santa. As you can imagine, there was NO line. This poor Santa could fall asleep any minute he was so bored. The girl that was dressed up as an elf taking care of was high as a kite, but I couldn't blame her for being high if she were stuck in this place all day. Sears, Game Stop and Bath and Body Works are the only name brand stores here. The other stores are cheap mens suits and some horrifically sparsely stocked knock off dollar store. 2 days before Christmas and this place was a GHOST TOWN. The food court had two unappealing Asian themed restaurants that were practically begging us to take free samples. If you make the poor choice to choose this as your shopping destination, make sure you eat ahead of time if you want something other than Chinese food. This would be a bad place to have a heart attack. Rigor mortis would set in before anyone found you. Bottom line: The wrecking ball and bulldozers can't find this place fast enough.

You'll find everything from a plethora of nail polish colors, to Target linens, to cleaning products to fake trees. Just purely random. Some stuff was priced very well and had deep discounts, others, not so much. The clothing racks were pretty funny - hundreds of plain white polo shirts, hundreds of green polo shirts. Again, random. Worth wandering around for an hour. They actually give you a Target reusable bag for free to bring home your purchases.

I spent a long time trying to pull one towards the bottom out only to realize it was the wrong size. When I found another I had no energy left and Two employees offered to help me. Gavin and Joe worked together to get to the bottom of the stack. There are really a lot of great rugs here but the way they are being stored really made it hard for everyone to look through. This is definitely a great spot to grab health and beauty supplies. They had Native products for $3 which is about 75% off regular pricing. They also have a lot of clothes, but no fitting rooms and a no returns policy. All clothing items are $3 each or $25 for 20 pieces which is crazy! They also have lots of Amazon return bins filled with random stuff that sell for 2 for $5. Lots of outdoor furniture options, toys and baby supplies. This is a fun spot to bargain hunt on a rainy day. Expect a long line but it's well worth it and every employee was super helpful.

It's only a half hour from King of Prussia, which does not help. There is a large amount of parking, but on a busy day you might have to walk a little bit further. The mall is three stories and anchored by Macy's and Bloomingdale's, along with various other stores in two re-developed anchors. The interior is very nice and clean. The available stores, for being in what is considered an upper tier mall, are just ok with a lot of stores you can find in most other malls. There's also more vacancies, local stores, and temporary stores then you would expect, to the point they would add up to about a whole floor. Tilted 10 as an arcade is just ok, but not as impressive as a Round1, with both being expensive. Primark's not bad as a clothing option. Willow Grove does have an outstanding food court that was very busy during my visit. You basically couldn't get near Chick-fil-A with the line they had. They also have The Cheesecake Factory in one of the re-developed anchors. If this mall were in another place, like Harrisburg, it would be an outstanding regional mall that would attract shoppers from hours away. Can I tell you that Willow Grove with worth going out of your way for a visit? Not really, not right now at least.
