The best pedicure ever! Entire staff is friendly and takes pride in their work. I will never go anyplace else for a pedi.

She proceeded to take me to a frigid room, where she asked "what do you want." I told her I was four months postpartum and wanted a massage preferably laying on my side or back, to which she told me "I am not trained to do massages on the side or back" and stated she had the client face down the entire time. Having had massages done for over 20 years, I have never heard of a masseuse who is hired untrained to perform massages unless the client is solely on the back. Nor have I heard of a spa who books massages without specifying that the masseuse may be unable to do a massage at all if you are unable to lie on your stomach after you inform them you are postnatal from a c section. After I told her I guess I would cancel the massage because she kept shrugging stonefaced while telling me "I just can't do it," she promptly left the room and began gossiping with another masseuse down the hall. I literally had to call out after her "can you at least show me the way out?" given the lack of exit signs in Spavia's dark hallway. Caitlin rolled her eyes and sarcastically asked "you are not going to change into your clothes?" and I told her I needed the locker room. She wordlessly showed me the way before rolling her eyes again and stalking off. Please avoid booking with this woman Caitlyn and Spavia in general. Also, Caitlin came to collect me at 12:59pm (though I could hear her chatting with someone in the hallway well before then) so that my 1:00pm appointment time could start ticking away while she led me to the room, did intake, have me get ready, etc. No waiver or paperwork regarding massage goals was done at all, though it is unlikely she would have reviewed it anyway. I would also avoid this Spavia location for safety reasons.

Rizzieri is really a top notch salon and spa. The service is amazing and they really know what…read morethey're doing. If you're looking for something to be done for a special occasion or you're looking to treat yourself I'd recommend this place to anyone. Something to note is that Rizzieri is definitely on the more expensive side salon wise. It isn't Birkin Bag astronomical but for a guy like me, you'll pay $70 before tip for a cut and shampoo. Most other barbers or salons charge around $40 but at the same time, you're paying for the quality of the cut. I have no complaints in that department. I know that some guys prefer the barber atmosphere and to that end, they do have a side room with two or three chairs that are specifically for men. I've tried that side area once and have no complaints. Preferably I just like the traditional open area salon over the barber area but, that's just me. My fiance and I love this spot.

I used to come to Rizzieri for haircuts a while ago, and the results were always very inconsistent…read more Sometimes my hair would turn out amazing and totally worth the price, but other times it just wasn't good at all. I honestly wouldn't recommend this salon if you have curly hair. The last time I went, I ended up with a pageboy haircut and lost about 4 more inches than I originally asked for. It looked horrendous -super choppy and uneven. I also got my hair styled here for prom, and not only did they severely burn my ear and hair, but the final style looked nothing like what I had asked for and wasn't flattering at all. Maybe just don't come here if you have curls, not worth the price.

Very nice and friendly employees. On a work trip, it's a great place to get a much needed massage…read morewithout the prolonged drama you go thru with many other SPAs. I don't work here but am being fair about my review.

I originally was not going to write about my experience until a friend insisted this review could…read morehelp others. The only reason I gave it one star is because my back and pulled neck felt better after my 90 minute massage. The website is totally misleading, it states "tailored to their individual body needs". No one ever even asked me if I wanted deep tissue or a swedish massge. Here is how my experience went: 1. Upon walking in I was greeted and I asked if an 60 min appt was available today, the lady at the desk said yes but how about 90 minutes. I said sure. There were no intake forms to fill out I was never asked why I was there or what type of pressure I wanted I was just shown into a room 2. My therapist enters and starts on my back, no communication just starts in with a rigorous deep massage - I realized later she did not speak english 3-no music, no bolster under my feet and forget about modesty, by bare butt was exposed plenty and often 4- Both my upper arms are bruised very badly, I wish I could post a picture- the therapist ripped into my upper arms and I had to keep asking her for lighter pressure which she did not seem to understand 5- Checking out is what really inspired me to write this review. I was never asked how do I feel I was given postcards and asked to tell my friends - which I did and they will never come here. 6- The clincher was I handed the therapist that worked on me a $15 tip and the lady at the front desk started going on and on that I should give her "$20 because she worked hard for me" WOW she wouldn't stop she kept at me. Talk about leaving with a bad impression! I hope this helps someone else that may be looking for a relaxing spa like experience - this is not the place
