I am new to the area! The service was AWESOME! When I walked in the door I was politely greeted with very nice staff, and the nail service included a massage . How amazing to feel the appreciation for coming to their business! To me my nails came out perfectly and I didn't have to say anything about paint being missed on the sides or anything needed smoothing out etc. The man against the wall when you walk in on the left (what's your name)? I wanted to really like them - some of the technicians were very nice and did a great job but the last time was a deal breaker. I had an appointment but was taken at least 15 min late - it happens, I get it. The gel removal was the roughest I ever had. The nail cut was very uneven and I had to have him correct and refile it at the end. But my biggest issue was the the tools he was using were dirty; there from the previous client. When I asked him to provide "clean" tools, he pulled them From a sanitizer that was not on. The tray he had other tools in had visible rust in the corners (wire mesh baskets) I realize this is a luxury service but, when dealing with multiple clients in a day and using tools that can draw blood and transmit bacteria, and you're licensed by the state for hygienic purposes, you need to make sure all staff and all rules are followed. I recently moved to Medford & needed my nails done. Very disappointed after paying $75 for acrylic set with gel polish within two days they were coming off. I had to go back for repair but it didn't last by my next appointment which was just two weeks I had lost four nails. I explained my disappointment & gave them a second chance however again within two days I have three nails ready to fall off. Needless to say I will not be returning. read more

I've been trying to support this local business for years, but I have finally reached my last straw! Every good and loyal staff member that actually performed quality work has been let go or left for one reason or another. Unless you are seeing John you will not have good quality services. Sally is amazing and takes her time, everything is done meticulously, however, does not have strong hands when it comes to a good massage. Since the beginning, I intermittently see Joy. Mistake. She is too busy micromanaging her husband answering the phones, she left my appointment over six times to tend to other business issues. She rushes through the entire manicure and pedicure process, only Slowing down to actually paint the gel nail polish, And does not even do that well. And if they are having a busy day, forget about quality services all together as they rush through every single client to just continue to see more people after you. She rushed so much through a manicure pedicure that I was in and out in less than 45 minutes- And paid $67. Not even a discount for a "express" service. Staying on trend also requires several colors per hand, she was so exasperated doing different colors, she charged me more! Nail art? Don't even think about it. I'm always left disappointed. Salons like this or a diamond dozen, I suggest you find somewhere else to go. read more

Nope..don't do it..stay away. I came for a regular manicure. They tried to pressure me to get a gel manicure, but I like my nails natural. The manicurist filed my nails down so much that they were left weak and brittle. I googled reviews and found someone else say the same thing about this place. Too bad I didn't read the reviews first. Additionally, there were 2 men just sitting around not doing anything which I found creepy. At the very end, I noticed one of the men had moved to the waxing room and took a nap on the waxing bed. Stay away from this place! I booked a dip powder, pedicure and wax. When I arrived I was kind of shocked by how many people were packed in this tiny little nail salon. Yes they had many workers there but also customers and with all of that it was very hard to get around the room to sit down at the nail station. I booked this appointment ahead and was that down immediately so that's why this place gets a star at all. When I showed them how I wanted my nails designed they continuously trying to convince me for a gel manicure. After going back-and-forth with two employees they're trying to express that I do not want gel on my nails I want to dip powder they still try to convince me to do gel. I ask them is there a reason why they can't do the dip powder on my nails as they promised on the phone that they could. The girl that was assigned to do my nails said the design is too hard to do for dip powder. {I have gone to other salons in the area that have done the same design that I was requesting with dip powder}. I had to explain to them several times that I just want dip powder on my nails but they continue to argue I should get gel on my nails. I eventually in the kindest way told them if they can't do this with dip powder then I will have to leave because that's the only thing I use on my nails. Unfortunately they didn't say were sorry when I said I I'll just go home and I thanked them for their time anyway. And when I left they didn't say a word like we are sorry that we can't do this or we apologize nothing not a word but them walking away from me going into the back room. It's OK if they are not familiar with dip powder or designing things on nails with dip powder but they should've just been honest with me when I first called to book the appointment. Also I just thought it was very rude to them when I said no thank you for the service because I didn't want the gel on my nails that they just both got up and walked away and went into the back room. As for cleanliness that's another thing that scared me. There were a lot of customers in there they were so close to each other and I noticed the nail tables had a lot of nail dust on them. Just a couple minute look around the salon and I was skittish about even being there. I cannot find a good salon that either doesn't overcharge me or adds too much money each timeI get my nails done around the Medford area. read more

The attention given to me was amazing! They did so many things that most salons dont. Such as massages for the feet, back and even the neck it was amazing! But I'll be honest, I would not get acrylic nails here again! Although the service and people were nice, the prep and application was not very good. And for 70$ for a set of nails I'd expect to get at least a good two weeks or more out of them. He did work on my nails for a good two hours and seemed very dedicated to his work. I'm honestly still not sure if it was the prep, application or products used. But they all but one thumb popped off in less than 4 days. All in one piece though LOL. So lucky for me a little nail glue and I was good to go. I'm not a mother nor do I do any vigorous activities such as sports or a day job. Two showers and 30 minutes or less in a swimming pool will do it ig‍. BUT I do think they are lovely, sanitary and very sure and willing to accommodate what you would like. The pedicure was so relaxing and I appreciate all that they do in this salon. So for that reason I'm giving them three stars! read more

I really wanted to like this place. I went two weeks ago for the first time after this place was recommended to me by a client. I got a really nice pedicure along with a dip manicure (though the color did not match at all, I ended up with coral nails with bright orange toes but whatever it was the best they could match and I didn't make a big deal of it.) Flash forward to today I decide to go back again for another dip manicure. I picked a teal blue color and when the color they gave me was a see through gray I decided to speak up this time. This is really hard for me to do especially because I normally am the least pickiest person and hate inconveniencing people but she only did one hand so far and this was so off that I had to speak up. That's not why I left though. After I politely voiced that I was unhappy with the color and ask to go with a pink instead- Joy, my technician, got visibly frustrated with me and started aggressively taking off my color. Then walked away and would not speak to me. It bothered me and I kept apologizing because I felt bad for the inconvenience. It wasn't until she tried to throw me to another nail tech that I said forget it just take my color off. It was so uncomfortable that I didn't even want to get my nails done there anymore. First experience was fine but after this encounter I will never be back after the way she reacted to me. So much for customer service! read more
