My first visit over a year ago felt rushed, with two techs working on me at once and filing that cut into my cuticles. I decided not to return at that time. I gave the salon another try recently. I was, again, cut by the nail file. While I was there, another customer came in saying her gel nails had lifted within three days. Unfortunately, I experienced a similar issue. My UV gel nail began lifting after one week. I asked three times for the nail to be removed and redone, but the tech ignored my request and only repainted it. When I asked again, she acted irritated and still did not address the issue. I was charged $10 for a repair that wasn't completed, and the owner defended the charge despite my concerns. Overall, the service felt dismissive and the quality was inconsistent. Based on my experiences and what I witnessed from other customers, I will not be returning.

When I asked if she planned on putting lotion on my feet, I was argued with that she already did. When I said no you didn't twice I just gave up. Then when I was checking out the other tech came up and put oil on my shins. Which confused me, as I said they didn't put lotion on my feet. I have planter fasciitis issues and specifically went to have a foot massage and pedicure. Seems like the same lack of quality is there even with new owners. Nancy answered - can you get here in 15 mins? she said? 10 minutes later I walked into their little oasis. Lovely. Calm. CLEAN. I told her I loved Cat's eye nails but the other salons said it wouldn't look good on my short nails. One of her manicurists were working on my nails as we were all chatting. Nancy said - I can make it look beautiful - and she did. I've been coming here ever since. The techs are all fun conversational, know all their regulars by name, soon I was chatting with them other customers and it was lovely. Plus my nails have never looked better. Highly recommend!

The place is clean and well ventilated. There aren't any odors and the attention to detail is unmatched. I had a lavender pedicure and it lasted over an hour.
