The place is clean and well ventilated. There aren't any odors and the attention to detail is unmatched. I had a lavender pedicure and it lasted over an hour. It was incredibly relaxing and I left feeling so pleased with my time there. There's a drink station filled with coffee and other beverages. There's also an ATM machine there. I will definitely be returning! I have a feeling my pedicure will last me awhile.

Many local nail salons don't have the best Yelp reviews. The glowing reviews were what sparked my interest. That and the fact that they have a truly functional website. The staff requires all patrons to wash their hands upon entering. I love this because people wind up touching nail polish bottles and a host of other things while present. My appointment was honored exactly on time and I was amazed by how busy this place was at 12:30 PM on a random Tuesday. My toenails came out amazing and my feet are as smooth as a baby's ass. While they were nice the quality is still the same-lacking. Never had a pedicure where they only rub your shins and not your feet. When I asked if she planned on putting lotion on my feet, I was argued with that she already did. When I said no you didn't twice I just gave up. Then when I was checking out the other tech came up and put oil on my shins. Which confused me, as I said they didn't put lotion on my feet. I have planter fasciitis issues and specifically went to have a foot massage and pedicure. Seems like the same lack of quality is there even with new owners. It's super easy to make an appointment online and they're always quick to confirm. When you walk in, they're always extremely friendly at the front desk - they have you check in on their iPad and then wash your hands at the back. I've never had to wait more than a minute or two before being sat. I've been bouncing around between nail techs since coming here and have come in with nail art inspo each time and every tech has killed it so far - I honestly don't think you can get anyone bad in this place. Everyone has been easy to talk to and has communicated if they think they can't do a certain design or has been receptive to me communicating any changes to the design. I've never felt rushed or pressured - the most comfortable I've ever felt at a nail salon! The place feels clean and hygienic. They also offer some fun drinks - like Vietnamese coffee or a mimosa, which I think is so fun and truly adds to the feeling of being pampered. Prices are pretty decent for what I get done - I don't think I've ever paid more than $70 even for gel with an intricate 10 nail design. This is also the only place where the gel actually holds up! I called in the morning and was quickly set up for a haircut with Rob. He is AMAZING. He's basically a hair surgeon- he takes time to listen to everything you want and checks in constantly throughout the process to explain what he's doing and make sure you're happy and comfortable. He even showed me how to blow out my hair at home to get the same look. He's a gem and gave me the exact cut I wanted. He knew I was nervous after my bad hair cut and was so patient with me. Before the cut, I asked him about getting some color on some pesky grays I've been getting. He told me he specializes in haircuts but introduced me to Laura who suggested I do a demi-perm on the grays since I have so few. She picked the perfect color and was awesome! So I walked in not knowing what I was going to do or get and left with the best cut I've received in a while and much more confident than when I went in. To top it off, I couldn't believe how reasonable the prices were. It's a really nice Aveda Salon so I was expecting at least $100 for a glaze and hair cut. I usually visit another location and familiar with the Gel X service. I asked about pricing and was informed there would be an increase in price for shaping the nails. I was confused because with Gel X the nails are already shaped and in different sizes ( short, medium square nails and more). They brought out long pointy nails stating they needed to be cut and shaped. I had to let them know that I know the shape and size that I want is available and what do you know somehow they found short oval nails! The lady that assisted me was nice. The location is clean.
