Fresh blue pedicure for spring

The foot massage is glorious! Best place to go for pedicures and waxing. I love how clean and relaxing it is here. The newer pedicure stations are excellent. Jackie and her team are the best.

maybe the staff thinks people can't see their toes that well? yikes

Whoa, how things have changed! First off, let me start by saying how Great this place smells. It does not smell like overbearing acetone but rather linen.. so delightful! When the employees are not working on nails, they are cleaning. This place is spotless!! Also, the service is wonderful! They really take their time and do not make you feel rushed, even if it's busy. My cousin and I came in tonight as walk-ins. We were immediately seated. I got a basic manicure and it was speedy and the polish came out beautiful and not sloppy. I also got a nice arm massage... She used some pressure when he really massages my muscles! The best part about this place is the free memberships the offer! All you need is your name and phone number! You get one point for every one dollar spent. Points are redeemable for manicures (250 points) pedicures (400 points) and spa pedicures (750 points)! I really love this about Jackie's nails!! Also, they always have coupons! You are given a plastic card with your member# to use any time in the future. Since my last visit was over two years ago, I no longer had my card but they were able to easily look me up with my phone number. They are one of the only spas I'm aware of that offer this type of incentive and I will be going back very soon! great service!

I have been recently going to Jackie's Nails and Spa for a couple months now, and I am very pleased with my service and the quality of work. The website provides all the information you need re: prices, services offered, location, contact, etc. I will not provide that information since it is listed on the website. SERVICE: Walk-ins Accepted. Appointments Accepted (Recommended). The weekends can be busy, and I recommend making an appointment, especially if you would like Gel, Silk or Acrylic Nails. If you want a manicure or pedicure, you can usually go without an appointment and not wait long. Jackie is excellent in taking care of your nails. I love the silk-wraps, and she was very precise with the care of quality of the nail. With all nail services, they give you a mini hand-massage as well. Jackie's has their own membership reward club. It is free and a must if you become a regular customer. For example, 200 points = $200 spent. 200 points = free manicure, 350 points = free pedicure, etc. NOTE: There is a coupon ALWAYS on the website. Print them or print them from the current Coupon Clipper in your weekly/monthly mailer. She accepts all coupons. I always get $3.00 or $7.00 off with every service, depending upon what I am getting that day. Nail color selection - great variety. They also allow you to bring your own color/nail polish bottle from home too. Cash or Credit Cards accepted.

So you be the judge. This is a simple manicure with a basic color.

I went in on a Monday during my lunch hour (12-1). Apparently they eat lunch the same time. But that's ok we all need to have a break. The lady that ended up doing my nails was nice. She was quiet as well I really enjoyed the silence. Let's be clear I wouldn't mind her talking to me, however it annoys all the life in me when I go to the salon and all the techs are speaking in their native tongue with no regard to me. I liked the work that was done. I got a simple regular manicure. I didn't have any pains at all! And she gave me her undivided attention the entire time. I will say I didn't like the polish on/near my cuticles, but my polish hasn't chipped yet (day 3) so I'm A-OK with it. One thing that puzzled me though, I was going to be charged for "nail strengthener" because I chose not to get a gel manicure...but then I tipped her because I do that...and she polished my nails with it anyway. I know she took my tip because she only charged me for the service no add-ons...hmmmm. Anyhoo...ill go back again, like I said overall she did a nice job.

Clean, friendly, fast. I hate when getting a manicure drags on forever, but the other end of the spectrum is just as bad, and mine felt a little rushed. The bottoms of my nails are a little messy and the paint looks a little streaked

It's super easy to make an appointment online and they're always quick to confirm. When you walk in, they're always extremely friendly at the front desk - they have you check in on their iPad and then wash your hands at the back. I've never had to wait more than a minute or two before being sat. I've been bouncing around between nail techs since coming here and have come in with nail art inspo each time and every tech has killed it so far - I honestly don't think you can get anyone bad in this place. Everyone has been easy to talk to and has communicated if they think they can't do a certain design or has been receptive to me communicating any changes to the design. I've never felt rushed or pressured - the most comfortable I've ever felt at a nail salon! The place feels clean and hygienic. They also offer some fun drinks - like Vietnamese coffee or a mimosa, which I think is so fun and truly adds to the feeling of being pampered. Prices are pretty decent for what I get done - I don't think I've ever paid more than $70 even for gel with an intricate 10 nail design. This is also the only place where the gel actually holds up! I always had issues at other salons with it peeling after a week, but I can go up to 3-4 weeks with these! 10/10 I can't recommend this place enough - I drive 20 minutes out of my way (and pass multiple other salons on the way) just to come here.

I've been coming here to get my nails done since before the business moved to the Voorhees location, but this was the first time I had a horrible experience. It started out with the technician pulling on my hand and giggling and chatting to her coworker, who was staring at me...which is when I first started to feel uncomfortable because I did not know what they were discussing, and with pointed looks, I got the feeling they were giggling at me. During my service, another customer came in and requested my technician. My technician who was in the middle of my service huffed after being told she had to continue with my service before taking the new client who was a bigger ticket client. The new client ended up going with a different employee for her pedicure. After this, my technician seemed annoyed and her work was rushed and sloppy. I was not given the complementary hand massage. I was shocked when I had 2 shorter nails on my index and middle finger. I asked why they were shorter, and was told something like, "you are a lesbian, are you not?" I didn't know how to respond and just accepted the work. My nails were not the length I would have liked, she did them much shorter. Because of how short they were, they looked so chunky and unnatural. I was horrified at the result but am non confrontational, so I paid for my service and left. My nail beds actually hurt to the point I had to remove the set after a few days. I am very disappointed in this technician's behavior towards me and I am left questioning how they treat other lgbtq+ customers. I hope that this was a bad day for her and that she doesn't treat customers like this regularly. Unfortunately after the treatment from the technician and the low quality of my service I will no longer be patronizing this establishment.

I booked online for a full set acrylic pedicure at 4:30pm. When I arrived I was told you pick my…read morecolor. I asked if there were books for the acrylic since the books that were out were for gel. I was assured all the colors were good regardless of the method. When I finally got in the chair, the nail tech came over, specified what I wanted and then questioned me about why I wanted a full set acrylic. She said my toe beds were nice so why. I said that I was allergic to gel polish and I didn't like the way regular nail polish was on my toe nail. She proceeded to ask me why acrylic nail. Is it because I wanted longer nail or thicker. I replied the same about the allergy and the fact regular polish just doesn't do justice. She said okay and walked away. A few minutes later we had the same conversation. This time around she asked me what happens when gel polish is on. I informed her that I got serious burn blisters, itchy toes and then eventually peeling of skin and the way my toe nails look like they're separating from my bed. She tells me to try out the liquid gel as it is not the same as regular gel polish. As she is a LICENSED NAIL TECH, I assume she knows what she's talking about so I agree. She does the base with the liquid gel and then confirms the regular polish color I would like. A minute later she suggests I do the gel polish, as the liquid gel set the precedent. She tells me that if it bothers to come back............ she then rushed through the rest of my pedicure, even so much as not curing the polish properly. AFTER I specified I had an allergy to the polish, I would think every step would be adequately done. Fast forward to 4am and my toes are itching like crazy, I have a huge chemical burn blister, other small blisters are forming, and one of the toes peeled off. I had to pull off all of the rest of the nails because I cant soak off with blisters. As a nail tech, I get you have your ideals, however, when someone comes in knowing what they want, don't suggest differently. As an adult I realize I should have stood firm, but I thought something new came on the market and my nail tech knew what she was doing. Now I have a flare up from the gel and I have to go through itching, peeling and separating and it's flip flop and sandal season!
