I've been going to JIM Nail Spa for 9 years faithfully, and the last 2 sets I had were "GEL X" and both times I've had nails split horizontally for no reason. First 3 nails split the exact same way within 12 days of getting them done. This set has now only been on for 5 day and guess what .... ANOTHER horizontal split. I went back to get them fixed, and they CHARGED me to fix THEIR mistake. I never complain, but I spend so much money there every 2 weeks, and now I've had enough. I dont think I'll be returning there. read more

JIM Nail Spa - Split nail, this is the 4th one in last 2 weeks. - Nail Salons Near Me - Maple Shade Township, New Jersey

Convenient location for me. Gave it a try. Pedicure spa starts at $48. Not bad. Person cleaning my feet was kind.

Very disappointed with them today! Came here literally a week ago to get a full set and by Saturday one of the nails came off. Came here now to get it fixed, just for them to charge me for a nail that came off and it wasn't my fault. I thought this place was better but I guess not read more

When you go there for a regular manicure they do not put any soap or anything in the water to soak your feet . They do not scrape your foot or anything like that they basically soak your feet in water and do your cuticles polish your toes and that's it . The goal is to get you to pay $58 for a spa gel pedicure . What happened to just a basic pedicure . I will never go back there again that was an absolute rip off read more

I came to the store last minute and they're about to close but still took me in! Amy did my nails and everything was just great! The shape, size, length and the time it took was great! A little pricey.. but overall worth it! I recommend this place if you want beautiful nails. read more

They're kinda mean LOL depending on who you get. but.... overall, they kill it at nails

Went for a pedicure and color change of nails; nail technician wanted me to do a fill and replace several, I didn't have time and also the set had been done about 2 weeks prior at their establishment, not a lot of growth. I declined when I went to pay for a regular pedicure and color change, I was charged $73. The technician who did color change didn't even spend 20 minutes and didn't even reshape/file my nails, the woman who did my pedicure didn't even have to cut my toenailsas I had done them myself. I am extremely disappointed in their prices, which I also didn't see posted anywhere (different spa pedicures posted, not nails), and it was actually the poorest quality I ever had from them. Prior experience was good, not the last one. Looking for a better establishment! read more

My nails always look great when I get them done at Jim Nail Spa. The last time NaNa did them. Perfect shape and length.

The nail salon is nice, quiet, and clean. Service is prompt and they offer walk ins even on their busiest days. Giving them a 2 star rating because whatever they are using for their dip powder nails is horrible. I've been getting the powder for 2 years and I've never had an issue like this. Went and got my usual powder set and 4 days later 4/10 nails were cracked. I called the salon and they were able to fix them for me free of charge ( plus tip of course ) without any hassle. TWO DAYS later all 4 nails are cracked again + 4 more :-(. I have 2/10 nails that have no issue. I've never had this happen with any of my previous dip powder sets and not quite sure what the issue is. Maybe faulty / old products? Anywho, I can't bother returning for the same issue to happen again. It's a shame because the salon really is nice. read more

They are just average in my opinion. Don't expect a warm welcome either when you walk in. They kind of just look at you like 'hey what do you want' face. I got my nails done for my vacation here and it was pretty decent when I first got them done but once I was on vacation a few days later, the gel top coat on-top of my dip started cracking and any makeup/dirt would be noticeable in those cracks. It was so ugly! & that's never happened to me before. Would I go back again? MAYBE, but now I know to expect average work being done. read more

Love this place! I've been here a number of times and it's always great! I brought my mom with me and she loves it too. Don't forget to get your loyalty card signed! They accept card but it's a better price to pay cash. I love that they have the perfect match for every color in gel and regular polish with the same number so you don't ever have to guess and hope that your mani & pedi will turn out the same color. read more

I visited J.I.M Nail Spa this afternoon and got the absolute best pedicure. I was a walk in and got Sophie as my nail tech. She was fabulous! The pedicure was great and I was extremely pleased with the time she took to massage my legs. I'm a runner and it felt great! I'll be back and will look into the upgraded pedicures. If the Basic Pedi was this great, I can't wait to experience the higher end services. read more

I've been here many times before but never expected this would ever happen! I made appointment for 12:00pm and I got there 5mins earlier. I saw one lady was definitely free but she just went to have her lunch and leave me waited there for 1 hour! I tried to talk to the manager/owner and she just told me to keep waiting. Her attitude was so bad. I would never ever come here again! read more

I use a couple different nail salons locally and JIM is always in and out with little to no wait. The staff is friendly and they give a discount for paying cash. Also, they have a frequent visitor card where you receive free or discounted services as a loyal patron. I would recommend this place. As a side note, please be leery of some of the commenters. If you look several aren't even local and my guess is might even be the competition. read more

I had bad experience when I got full set liquid gel nails at a different salon less than a week before going to JIM Nails. Gel was thick and lifting from nails. Amy was great! She did a fantastic job!!! My nails look great and I'm a satisfied customer. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!! The second you walk in it smells like cat urine. The smell was so strong it began to give me a headache. It is very unclean, and the customer service is some of the worst I have ever had. They do not exfoliate your legs when they do a pedicure and charge you a extra $8 just to scrape your heels. All employees have terrible attitudes, and did not try to make Conversation what so ever. They put lotion on my soaking wet legs and rubbed it around as the "massage" portion of my pedicure. MY TOES LOOK WORSE THEN WHEN I FIRST CAME IN. the guy running the front was beyond rude. I wouldn't be surprised if I got a fungus from how disgusting and smelly this place was . read more

Loved it! Vivian did my acrylic nails. Very quick, and made them look super natural.

This place just opened on Tuesday. I was very hesitant to try it because we all know how hard it is to find a great nail salon. I got a gel manicure and my eyebrows wax. PERFECTION! Everything turned out great. Right now they're having 30% off your total for their opening special. I love me a discount lol. read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! I am a new customer and made my appointment one week in advance. When you walk in, no one says hi or even acknowledges your presence. I sat down and started looking at gel colors that I had to find myself until someone came up and took the basket out of my hands without saying a word. I waited 30 minutes and eventually walked out. Very clean, tons of colors, a rewards card for $5 off of your 6th visit and my nail tech was a perfectionist. I had a great experience and will be back. Great experience! Relaxing, nice people, lots of colors and designs! They even gave me a back and hand massage at end!

3.5 Girls were nice but didn't talk - like nothing-not even a name. Pedicure was ok but make sure you upgrade if you want more than meh. Loved that they had magazines in chair but chair did work. Gel manicure was ok too. **they use gel gel for base coat NOT polish** Good prices but colors are confusing-gel colors are not same a polish colors plus not really up to date. Hand foot & shoulder massages were nice but just ok. Place was clean but not all tools sanitized (metal foot scrub put in basket along with other tools) Atmosphere was weird-place looked ok but no music and crappy news was on tv. More than 3 but not a 4 Like a C+ B- rating read more

I used to like J.I.M. but my last few experiences were awful!! They literally set a timer and I was in and out within 15 minutes. My toe was cut and there were at least 3 different unsanitary techniques. I gave them another chance because the place I switched to was closed, but I will definitely not make this mistake again. read more

Went last Tuesday, 1 week ago today, for a gel manicure, well my gel is already off on 2 nails- shortest i have ever kept gel on my nails before. I also was wearing my apple watch and brand new north face jacket to get my nails done. I got the hand dip wax - and what do you know, the wax all over my watch and jacket. The wax ruined my jacket! Unacceptable! read more

New nail salon, just opened. Interior decoration is very modern & relaxing. They have big flat screen TVs & massage chairs in the pedicure area. I came in on Tuesday as a walk-in for a color change on my toes. I wanted chrome but they didn't understand what I was requesting & didn't have it so for that I give them 4 stars. But overall it was a good experience! I ended up getting a full pedicure by Michelle who was so sweet. She gave me a shoulder massage while my polish dried & I received 30% off my total. I will definitely be back to get my nails done next week! read more

I like this place been here a couple of time Jessica did my nails and I was very pleased

This nail salon is new and I'm quite leary about new salons because you have no idea what you're gonna get. I go to BJ's so I ride by them often and I was in a pinch this Saturday. Who knew I was in for such a treat! Beautiful space with nice colors and decor. Sally did my gel manicure and it's great. Not to mention she gave me a quick neck massage AFTER she did my nails. This place is gem. I'll be going back for sure. read more

I recently moved to the area and I've been having a hard time finding a good nail salon! But I went to J.I.M. earlier this week and I was super impressed! My nails seem to be holding up very well! I will definitely make this my regular salon now!! read more
