I walked into Blissful Nails & Spa to get my nails done. I let the nail tech that approached me know what i was there for, in addition, I asked to use the restroom because I has to go. She told me to go use the rest room next door! I told her that I could not hold it. She refused to let me use the bathroom. ( A client). There is absolutely no excuse for not letting your clients use your bathroom. I was clearly as customer!!! I am on my way to another Salon as I leave this review! I have been going to blissful nails since before the pandemic and I usually go for hand painted intricate designs. However I went in for a very simple French manicure refill and was charge 75 dollars. Which is absolutely ridiculous because a gel refill is price at 40 dollars, so I was 35 for a French manicure (even though I showed her a picture and it was american manicure). I also got my nails done and was charge 5 dollars to remove the gel (that I didn't ask for the time b/4, but was still given) plus an additional 8 dollars for the line. My prior nail set was 73 dollars, which included a cut down, hand painted flowers and a reshape. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. I will never be returning and I use to love this place amd would recommend ppl, who also had thier own problems. read more

Love this gem. They offer dip powder gel, it's super clean, anddddd they have a large range of colors. I loved the job that was done on my natural nails at my first visit. Wonderful people did an amazing job on my nails both my full set stiletto nails and pedicure with massage and hot stone. I believe I even fell asleep at one point because I was so relax between the music the atmosphere and massage that was given by I forget her name but it was one of the younger girls there. Going forward this will definitely be my spot to get my nails done. I come here often but not after today. I buy gift cards for both of my daughters-in-law. Today I went in to get them each an Easter gift card and I see a young girl looking like she is about to cry as another client is walking to the counter. The client was very angry, and informed me that the owner and 2 techs were laughing and pointing at the young girl because she didn't like her nails. The woman told me she would not be back and I walked out without any gift cards. I drive down the street to Moorestown and got them where I used to buy them for. They'll never get my business again! So happy I came across this place. I've been hoping around from salon to salon trying to find someplace that I can just call "Home". Needless to say, it wasn't till recently that this search stopped. After several salons in the area and never finding anything I liked- I figured walking in somewhere I don't know might change my luck. When I found this place I wasn't really sure what I wanted. *EDIT* - after my initial review, the owner personally reached out to me and apologized, asking if I would come in to let them fix my nails. I realize mistakes happen and some people are better than others so I went in for a fix. She totally fixed up everything and my nails look fabulous now. I'm extremely impressed by how they handled the situation. She was extremely professional, nice and apologetic. Kudos to them, I was never coming back after my first visit but 100% rethinking that now. Really disappointed in this salon. I got a new full set, the paint job is so sloppy, the thickness of the acrylic varies from each nail. I had high hopes in trying a new place but I'm definitely not coming back read more

I was in the area for work and needed a refill and color change bad. I research for the top salons in the area and did find one but they were to busy to service me. Right across the street I spotted this hidden gem and made a mad dash for it. So glad I did since the experience from beginning to end was amazing. I was greeted with such warmth. I was asked if I would like something to drink and was offered a water. My nail tech approached me and informed me of a 10 minute wait and to make sure I was ok. How nice is that!!! My nails tech was gentle and so warm and she's amazing at what she does. I received a hand and back massage. And my nails look on point!! It's a drive from where I live but now 1x a month I'll come for refills and pedicure. *make sure to tip cause they really deserve it for the service you'll receive. read more

First time here and it was a good experience. I had Leann and she was sweet. She was very quick with my acrylic full set and gel toe nail polish change. Appt was at 415pm and I was out of there by 520pm. Pretty impressive. Nails actually came out shaped pretty well - it's hard to find a place that can shape your nails like you want them. A few weeks ago was the first time visiting this nail salon. I chose it because I was looking for a place to get dip powder done, before my vacation out of the country. While I was away I had some issues with the polish of my nails and I reached out to the salon via Yelp Messenger, which they answer almost immediately. The owner was SO SO incredibly understanding and helpful, and did everything possible to rectify the situation. She asked me to come back when I returned, and when I did she did my hands and feet and didn't even charge me. THIS is the true definition of professionalism and customer service. New owners and they are fantastic! They use bath liners for pedi so no worries about other peoples foot/nail​ problems becoming yours and the service is the best. I miss the quicky massage that you could get with the old owners but the exceptional service, cleanlines, ​ and skill make up for it. I have been coming to this salon for four plus years. I have had several nail technicians- as some left. Recently since COVID hit, and the salon re opened; I had LeAnn do my Dip manicure. When I dropped in on a whim and realized she was off, Kayla did my nails and was I ever impressed! When I called this afternoon to make another appointment,somehow I ended up speaking to LeAnn who began harassing me about wanting Kayla. Kim, the lovely owner was not there which is rare. However, worst pedicure I have ever gotten. It only took like 10 minutes, the girl cut me, and the polish job was awful. I got my nails done A WEEK AGO in the dip powder they ran and rave about. Not only did I end up paying over 45 after tip, but the polish/nails were CRACKING. as you can see in the thumb the cracks are clearly visible. Also, my pointer finger nail broke in half, hence why the nail is super short. I had to file it down myself. I wanted to go back and ask them to fix the THREE nails that were cracking and the TWO nails that broke, but I didn't want to pay out of pocket to have them fix their terrible job. And I also didn't want to sit there and have them talk about me right in front of me. I have an office analyst job. I'm not working hardcore with my hands. Kim has been my Nail tech for almost 12 years. She started out at a different shop. She's always been professional kind and honest. She will tell you how it is if she can't do it with your nails and she will tell you how to take care of them until she can do what you want with your nails. Yes she probably has had two off days in the 12 years I've been going to her but that is an amazing track record. She opened up her shop not too long ago and I followed her there from the other salon that she was at. Been going to the nail salon at this location for years but quality would wax and wane with each change of owner. Haven't had time to get my nails done in years but came here recently, twice for eyebrow wax, and once for gel manicure. A week after my wax I was still receiving compliments on my eyebrows. I hate when they wax them too thin but both times (different technicians) they did them perfectly! First time I ever got a gel manicure and she did a fantastic job and even helped me pick a better color than the one I had chosen in the first place. Service has vastly improved with this new owner and management. Will definitely be coming back!
