I have gone to this place for many years. It is very convenient and they are very flexible with drop in appointments. My last two regular polish, not gel, pedicures cost $33 and I by handing them a $50 bill for the service. The person who provided the service genuinely used their hand strength to provide a very good, deep muscle foot and calf massage. Today, I was asked if I wanted a spa pedicure. When I asked what the difference was, I was told it would be more relaxing. I acquiesced. That was a mistake. The person who provided my service before started the sink for me, but they switched out with a different person. Lots of different lotions with next to zero hand strength behind the foot and calf massage and at the end, the boss told the provider to charge me $70. By comparison, a friend of mine gets a gel pedicure for $50 at another salon. I was taken back by the price. I had walked into the with $60 cash which I handed to the service provider and told her that I would go out to my car to get more money. I didn't even sit there for the polish to dry. I genuinely felt as if they thought I was an ATM machine. I was insulted. I walked out to my car and got a $10 bill to pay the rest of what I owed for the service and an additional $15 tip for the provider. Even though this place is very convenient, I don't know if I will ever go back there. very disappointed and like I said at the beginning, I've used their services for many years, certainly way before the Covid shut down. Came In from another nail shop nearby. Experiencing horrible customer service. When I came into this place not only did they want to hear me out they wanted to fix a problem they didn't create. Which to me that says a lot about a business that didn't know me from a can of paint. Saw that I was upset and went above and beyond to make it right and make me happy. Very basic interior, but this place has been around for a long time, and does a good business even with heavy competition in the area. They don't offer dips at this time (the new trend) but they give you what you ask for. A like to her acrylic and a lot of places will try and talk you out of it so they can charge you more for gel. Came in today to get a gel manicure. I wanted to try this place since it's much closer to home than the place I've been going to. They have a special for a $22 manicure from Monday through Thursday. I walked in and was asked what I needed. I sat down at the station and the technician brought me the gel options. They have sooo many colors! I did three different colors so I paid $25. The technician was great! We talked the whole time and she paid attention to detail. I love how my gel manicure came out. I will definitely be back! read more

I had to get a gel manicure before a trip and had to find a place near work. I went to Princes Nails and I must say it was the worst gel mani i have ever gotten. The technician (a gentleman - not the owner) was the one who did my nails. When it came time to do my base coat i requested CND or Essie since i know what works well with my nails. He promptly told me they don't carry that base coat and that every company is the same. I should have known right then and there this was going to be a problem. I've been getting gel mani's for years and i know the base coat has to cure for at least 20-30 seconds. one coat is enough. the polish has to cure 1 minute. two coats is enough. finally the top coat has to cure for a minute (at least). one coat is enough. I was rushed through the first coat of the base product. The technician proceeded to then give me another base coat. When it came to the polish he gave me three coats. i received two top coats. my nails were dried under the UV light and i was sent on my way. it sucks because i was in a rush and i had to leave, but there were bubbles within the polish color. The product was too thick. I left unhappy. When i tell you my nails didn't even last 48 hours i am not lying. (see attached photos). I got the mani on a Thursday and Monday morning i called them requesting to come in and have someone remove the gel mani all together. They said i could come back (complimentary) and they took off my gel set. A normal gel removal takes about 5-10 minutes socking in alcohol. I was in there for a good 30-40 minutes just for the removal! I will say this: the owner was nice and understanding. She offered to do my nails for free, but honestly it was too late. i already had a bad experience and I just wanted leave. sorry but i wont be back. read more

Judy is the best. She's the only person who DOESNT make my toes bleed or tickle my feet to the point im white knuckling the chair and want to run away. I've been to multiple other local businesses and even if I tell them I am ticklish, they just are in their pedi robot "mode", which i get but i do not enjoy. Judy listens to requests and socializes, which is nice bc im usually by myself so im not just sitting there staring at her working or on my phone. I really havent tried anything fancy here. But she had a marble effect gel polish on her nails that looked cool. So i am sure she's capable. read more

TRASH. My gel manicure chipped within 5 days so I called that same day and was told I could come in next weekend (because I was on vacation). I came in and was faced with a very angry little guy aka the "big tough manager." He refused to redo them (literally all but 3 practically peeled off) even though I was told twice that no problem that can happen. Going in, I thought I'd try a new/different place than normal - also I knew the mani was only $12 so I said why not. I got there, the guy was helpful, but the lady that did my nails? It was as if a first grader did it. My nails were left unevenly filed, polish not wiped off cuticles when done, and overall sloppy. I refuse to ever go there again - you get what you pay for. read more

Seriously the worst nail place i have ever been to. I went there because i just moved to the area and it was right up the street from my house. I got a refill and a pedicure. the pedicure was fine, but other then that i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. When i was getting my nails filled in the women seemed to have no interest in what she was doing. She was speeding through the whole process & talking on her cell phone. She never even cleaned up the parts of my nails that were pulling up on the edges, she just put acrylic right over it. So now you can see underneath the fill in where my nails were pulling up before. She never even asked me how i wanted my nails shaped either, now half my nails are rounded & half are square!!! how does that even happen!!! she cut my nails down without even asking me if i wanted them shorter!! and within a couple days whatever type of acrylic they had used on my nails turned yellow!! For starters these people don't even talk to you and next they left my nails looking crappy as if my 3 yr old niece did my nails and it doesn't even look like they refilled them.
