I live less than half a mile from here and have gone here whenever i needed my nails done. I was here 2 weeks ago and got my nails a mauve-rosey pink color, but it changed within 12 hours to a gross tan color (see pic). I went back the next day and the girl, who clearly thought I was lying, wanted to charge me for a color change - she said she'd have to call the girl who did my nails the day before because she wasn't there and kept telling me that it's not possible for the color to change and that i must have picked a mood changing polish (which i did not)...I eventually got her to Re-do my nails and asked if i should pick a different color and she said no you have to do the same color, AND MY NAILS CHANGES AGAIN WITHIN HOURS. Since my nails were done 2 days in a row and already sore from being filed down twice, I didn't bother going back a second time. I'll just never go here again despite the convenient location. This was my first time in here, and I was very disappointed with the quality of service. Interior was very pleasant, but the actual appointment to get my nails was terrible. First, I sit down, and ask for a stiletto style nail, which absolutely befuddled the man in front of me, before I just ended up clarifying I wanted them 'pointy.' Next, I asked for a holographic pink color, and the nail technician insists that I should choose a different polish, first because 'oh, that's not a spring color.' but later passive aggressively commenting that 'it would take longer because of the glitter.' okay... he calls over other nail technicians, and holds up the color to my nails before laughing with the other techs. way to make me feel good! He kept telling me to relax my hands, and proceeds to take a ten minute smoke break while my misshapen, lumpy, lazily painted nails dried, which was awesome. The only other good thing I have to say about this place, the price was reasonable. read more

Been a customer of Jerz Nails for 10+ years and always walk out incredibly pleased! They have great customer service, always accommodating to their clients needs, and willing to do whatever it takes to make them happy; even if it means working through lunch or overtime- truly dedicated to their clients which is rare now a days! Overall the service was basic, I got a pedicure and a gel manicure. During the pedicure I had general questions but she wasnt up for answering them. For my gel manicure on several of my nails he did not paint my whole nail bed. So a quick glance its nice but a closer look you can see the whole thing isnt painted. read more

I have been to Jer Z Nails about 3 times and each time it was just OK...well today I was getting a pedicure and I jumped in pain when the lady cut me with the cuticle nippers. I felt my tears welling up as the manager came over to assess the problem. They kept pouring the "green juice" on it but the blood kept flowing. I sat there for a few more minutes while they tried to stop the bleeding and comfort me. When I decided that it was bad enough I asked to leave. "No polish?" No, no dang polish my toe is covered in blood! Just beware, I know this may not be a regular occurrence however I just felt like this information needed to be shared. Will absolutely not be going back. Been here a few times, more bad experiences than good. For example, was getting gel done and the manicurist got paint on my fingers which proceeded to burn my skin when I put them in the UV light. Example two, went in to get a regular manicure and as she was doing my nails, the color basically ran out and there were missing spots of paint on my nails and nails were very streaky. She tried to pass those off as good enough but I said no. Then she had to redo all of the nails and got paint all over my fingers and didn't clean it off. Spent an extra 45 min there. No apologies for either. How is this even acceptable? Lost my business. Am looking elsewhere read more

I love coming to this salon. I have never had a bad mani or pedi. The girls Tara and Cindy are so awesome and friendly. It's a busy salon so I always try to go at slower times. I've had skeevy pedis before but not here. They put a plastic liner in the tub and all of the instruments come straight out of autoclave. They use hot rocks to massage your feet and legs. There is a woman there (Tina) that is so sweet. The men that work there are great too. Highly recommend. read more

Wow Cindy & her staff have done a great job remodeling. She makes her own sugar scrub and her manicure has lasted over a week! The orchids are beautiful and for cleanliness Cindy tells me they wrap their spa tubs. Actually that's a reason they're given four not five. Place seems a little scattered-may be cover some of the supplies. The other are the polish choices-many seemed outdated. But overall this place is GREAT! read more

This place is horrible!!! I tried giving them a chance, but the customer service is terrible. I've scheduled appointments and they never start on time nor apologize for the wait. My last tech was disgustingly RUDE. She didn't seem to listen or care about my nail preference, rushed through the service and at the end told me to book with someone else next time! Love it there. I've been going since I moved here in March. They're super busy on Saturday's, and they've apologized about any waiting time. My sister and I stopped in today 15 minutes before closing. We both got pani pedis and mine was amazing! I used Tina for my pedicure and she was so thorough. They even do a hot stone massage on your legs and feet! My feet feel so soft and the gel paint is perfect. My gel manicure was done by Hanna and she did such a good job! She really paid attention to all the corners and the paint is so neat. They didn't rush or do a sloppy job even though I kept them there an hour after closing. I really loved the fun vibe the entire staff gave off and of course the puppy was an added bonus! I will only be using this salon from now on! read more

So I called ahead to make an appointment for ombré pink and white nails. I showed up and they claimed to not know I wanted ombré. I called and asked specifically if they had anyone who does ombré pink and white. The guy said yes and I asked for a price. He quoted me a price then I made the appointment. I sit down and show them a picture of coffin shaped nails with ombré pink and white. He said he didn't know that's what I wanted. I should have walked away. So he proceeded to tell me it was not pink and white it's just airbrush. I said ok. He does my nails and tells me I have hard nail beds to work with. Ok thanks! I've never been told that before and I've been getting my nails done for over 15yrs now but ok. He proceeds to tell me my hands are just not relaxed enough. I dont know what to do here because I can't relax them anymore than they were. So my nails were square not coffin shaped at all. The ombré was nothing at all like the picture I showed. I had acrylic spilling over all on the sides of my nails. My entire nail looked white. My middle finger nail was not even straight. I was trying to convince myself it wasn't that bad. And I really needed my nails done because I had an event to attend. I paid and left. I get home and really get a chance to look at how bad they were. I said there is no way I am walking around with these nails. I went to another nail shop (Le' Sexy Nails) and they fixed the mess that was done and gave me the shape I wanted and didn't even charge me a crazy price to fix it. I didn't even want to go back here to get them fixed. It's sad because this place is right by my house. I would have loved to make it my new salon. After this experience I won't be returning. I believe he was rushing. They were extremely busy because of the holiday and they were trying to accommodate everyone me included. But that's why I made an appointment. read more

The nail shop isn't run efficiently. Customers are taken out of order. Some of the nail technicians are terrible. The wait is too long. I was told 20 mins. It needed up being 50 mins. I will go back to Moorestown mall. Their shop is better. read more

Great new business/management in the location previously occupied by another, now closed business. The interior has been completed updated and modernized and is warm and welcoming. The new management (a family owned buisness) is great and everyone is so nice! I loved my manicure and pedicure and encourage others to give this new business a chance.
