My girlfriend's been to Infinity Nails a few times, and overall, it's a solid spot for nail care, whether toe or hands. The staff is friendly and professional, and they do a great job with both manicures and pedicures. The salon itself is clean and has a relaxing vibe, which makes the experience enjoyable. The only reason i'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that i don't give 5 stars often. Still, for the quality and friendliness, I think Infinity Nails is definitely worth a visit, and we'll be coming back for future appointments. read more

Went to this nail salon for the first time the other day since I just moved to Jersey and was still going to my original salon in Philly. The salon isn't all that...it's an extremely basic salon similar to the salon I usually go to in Philadelphia. However, their prices are outrageous and the work/ environment they provide for those prices is minimal. I got dip powder on my nails, and the man doing them did not file it down off of my cuticles so I just have dip powder flipping up over the tops and sides of my nails. Now onto the pedicure- the man was aggressively taking the light pink polish off my toes and pulls my entire toe nail off- LITERALLY my entire toe nail is gone. He then proceeded to tell me it was like that when I came in when it clearly wasn't. Now my toe is bleeding, I am missing the middle toe nail on my left foot, and this guy just goes and glues my original toe nail back ON TO my skin... didn't seem very hygienic to me. I paid $78 for subpar work that I would've paid $45 for at my original salon and they refused to discount me for the inconvenience of this man ripping my toe nail off. I don't recommend it here at all. I could've paid less, a bridge toll, and gotten way better work if I just went to my original salon in Philly. I tried this salon out for the first time for a gel pedicure. On the phone when I booked the appointment I was told it was 30$ and included a hot stone massage. When I arrived I was immediately told oh it's 45$ for gel pedicure, which was 3 days from when I had called to set my original appt. It was a 10 minute pedicure with cold water and bare minimum service. No scrub or washing of legs. No callous removal or cleaning under nails. No hot towel or massage it was horrible. I wound never recommend this place to anyone it was dimly lit and overpriced for service you could do at home. I have never receive a 10 minute pedicure in my life at any professional nail salon. And to pay 45$ I was shocked. Would never recommend anyone to come. The client next to me also said her water was ice cold. Extremely unprofessional and overpriced. read more

The owners of this salon are very kind, but unfortunately I wouldn't come back here to have my nails done again. The job felt rushed, and the result looks very rushed. First and foremost, the acrylic was laid down very sloppy, and by the end of the service I left with acrylic all over my fingers and jagged pieces of acrylic on the nail that weren't filed to be smooth. I've also never had a service for the same cost at another nail salon that didn't clean up the cuticles. My cuticles were completely left alone which makes the nails look even worse. I was getting this service done for an event and I really wish I could get my money back because I'm already going to have to get them fixed after 3 days of having them done. I will never go back. Their prices are considerably higher than the competition and the results are horrible. The girls in there can't speak English well enough to comprehend what you want. They charged me $3 more than my regular eyebrow place and they were uneven and fuzzy. I had nails put on and the girl said she couldn't fix the streaky polish!!!! I have been coming to Infiniti Nails for 8 years and have watched it now pass through 3 owners. Each time a new owner took over the service and the physical plan of the business has become better and better! My entire family goes to Infiniti, the owners are personable, they remember your name and are more than willing to accommodate you. The establishment is clean, their utensils get sterilized and you can buy your own set if you like and keep it there. I would highly recommend them to anyone. read more

Amazing job Always..used to shop around every time I got my nails done but ever since I tried out infinity I've never gone anywhere else (except one Monday they were closed and I needed a fill in I went to "princess nails" and was so disappointed after being so spoiled from the level of care at infinity) the outstanding level of care the staff gives is exceptional... U will NEVER walk out of there with a smudge or a crooked nail and if they do mess up and u address it they're very polite and quick to fix whatever right away..WITHOUT rolling their eyes or pretending they don't understand u all of a sudden or going off on tangent in another language...they would never think twice then to be anything but polite and friendly.. They really are all about the customer and aren't fake and phony about it....really are just some genuine people with highly skilled nail art abilities and wonderful personalites... Diane is the best eye brow waxer around town. Every time I walk out they are perfect & I have those horrid bushy eyebrows in the front without the uni-brow & very fine hard to see hairs. I usually get pedicures and my eyebrows done and have yet to have a bad experience. I only had to wait one time and they offered me a bottled water while I wait.
