She got polish all over my hands cut 2 of my fingers at my cuticles and sanded my natural nails down so thin that they're bending even with gel on. My polish is already peeling and was uncured on multiple fingers. I only am giving a 2 star because the girl my sister was with did an outstanding job. I wish I had the same experience. I schedule an appointment for gel pedicure and manicure usually one person does my pedicure and then I transition to doing my nails. I can only assume that the nail techs were ready to go and that's why they were rushing. They did my feet and nails at the same time. This process was completely over stimulating and in no way relaxing. When I walked in I had a specific vision for what I wanted for my pedicure and manicure. I showed the pictures on my phone and the nail tech told me she could only do two colors and she was unable to do the three colors which the image I wanted had. I said okay and picked my two colors. The person doing my feet had a specific name for what I wanted and she told the person doing my nails. When My feet were done u assumed we would transition to do the design I asked for . None of that was done. My toes were one color. I asked what happen to the two colors I asked for and everyone looked crazy. The person doing my nails said she could no longer do the style and suggested an alternate design that I was going to be charged for. I was totally disappointed but what made this trip to this salon more upsetting is I got my nails done for a dream trip I was taking 3 days later. My nail appointment was on a Wednesday evening. We flew out Saturday morning by the time we boarded the airplane I had completely lost one full nail. Not chipped completely gone! By Sunday I had four nails lifting. I opted to remove the nails so this would not frustrate me during my trip. This whole salon experience was a waste of time and money. I won't be able to go back.

The staff is very warm and accommodating. This place has become my new regular nail salon. I usually come here after work as a walk in when I have time & have never been turned away. I love the customer service. The prices are reasonable for the area we live in and you will always get a consistent job because they take their time on each customer. Nancy answered - can you get here in 15 mins? she said? 10 minutes later I walked into their little oasis. Lovely. Calm. CLEAN. I told her I loved Cat's eye nails but the other salons said it wouldn't look good on my short nails. One of her manicurists were working on my nails as we were all chatting. They were doing a 20% off spa pedicures so we both decided on that. It was relaxing and worth the money. Both girls did a thorough job and were very gentle and kind.
