I sat in the chair and I was asked to "pick my jelly", which confused me til I realized it's the stuff they put in the water. It did feel nice, so points for that. The chair massager was really good. I can only assume that the nail techs were ready to go and that's why they were rushing. They did my feet and nails at the same time. This process was completely over stimulating and in no way relaxing. When I walked in I had a specific vision for what I wanted for my pedicure and manicure. I showed the pictures on my phone and the nail tech told me she could only do two colors and she was unable to do the three colors which the image I wanted had. I said okay and picked my two colors. The person doing my feet had a specific name for what I wanted and she told the person doing my nails. When My feet were done u assumed we would transition to do the design I asked for . None of that was done. My toes were one color. I asked what happen to the two colors I asked for and everyone looked crazy. The person doing my nails said she could no longer do the style and suggested an alternate design that I was going to be charged for. I was totally disappointed but what made this trip to this salon more upsetting is I got my nails done for a dream trip I was taking 3 days later. My nail appointment was on a Wednesday evening. We flew out Saturday morning by the time we boarded the airplane I had completely lost one full nail. Not chipped completely gone! By Sunday I had four nails lifting. I opted to remove the nails so this would not frustrate me during my trip. This whole salon experience was a waste of time and money. I won't be able to go back.

The staff is very warm and accommodating. This place has become my new regular nail salon. I usually come here after work as a walk in when I have time & have never been turned away. I love the customer service. The prices are reasonable for the area we live in and you will always get a consistent job because they take their time on each customer. I've never had them rush me out even when there are 5 other people waiting to get their nails done.

The ladies are always very kind and nice with my mother, although sometimes language barrier gets in the way. They do have a small fridge up front, so if you need a cool bottler of water, it's complimentary for guests.

If we can't come in 40 min late, what gives you the right to have customers waiting, and say NOTHING. I will NEVER go back! no apology bc they didn't care. they over booked and was only concerned about the money. 3 UNHAPPY customers. My kids did this for me as a gift, I am recovering from major surgery. HORRIBLE!
